+ -1 moreKeri arrived exactly at the time we were told she would, and did an excellent, thorough, and efficient job. The service performed was exactly what we'd expected. My only complaint was in the length of time it took to have my original AL purchase acknowledged. I had placed the order on July 1, and on July 21st I still hadn't heard from them. It was only when I emailed them that I finally heard back and we were able to get scheduled. Other than that, the service was great.
Description of Work: We had 2 1/2 bathrooms and our kitchen cleaned.

+ -1 moreI was delighted to get a call back the same day I requested services. The women came a few days later and did a wonderful job. They finished almost exactly within the time scheduled and were very pleasant to work with. They brought all their tools and supplies for the job. My floors have never looked better! They asked me to review a list of things that should have been cleaned by them, quite extensive, and all was completed properly. Will use again soon!!

Description of Work: Did absolutely nothing. They did not show up when arranged for original date of 7/17, last service of the day (though I had taken off work to get this done). She was stuck in traffic, contacted me at 4:38pm. I waited until 7pm and realized she was not coming. I had to text her, she never contacted me that she would not be coming. Arranged for another time, 7/24, which I had to cancel due to conflict. We arrange for today 7/27 at 5:30 , but when I texted her to confirm I was told that her husband is not letting her work after hours (5:30 was the only time we had ever discussed). Per their website hours on AL are 7-6pm M-F. Per Keri, she stated that 7- 7:30 she only takes phone calls, 7:30-5, they do business; 5:30-6 phone calls only. This was never mentioned in any of our calls or texts. She then informed me to "get a refund". I told her that I would be contacting AL and leaving a bad review. She told me to "go ahead, I only advertise through AL, they are not my employers" I then stated that I would contact AL for refund and the BBB, she said "I don't have time for people who think they should get special treatment, I don't care if you write a review we are so busy it doesn't make a difference!" I told her "good luck" She txted "you are just bullying me to get your way" "just like every other So Cal person, manipulating to get after hours. I'm nice and was going to give you after hours but my husband is like I don't thinks so, don't let them boss/ bully you to get special treatment" I told her that I had contacted AL and was able to get a refund, so I was certainly not bullying her to get any type of special treatment. In all of my texts and phone calls with Keri, I never asked for special treatment. 5:30pm or later was the only time ever discussed. K's Busy Maids is very unprofessional and the owner, Keri can get very petulant on the phone and via text. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. They seem to be very unreliable and unprofessional. I am sorry this didn't work out as I really needed help with getting my house ready for out of town guests.

Scheduled for 3 days after we reviewed everything I wanted cleaned. 2 maids arrived as scheduled and cleaned areas of my home I wanted detailed first and then their normal routine all within the time paid for. + 0 moreI was disappointed in the fact that they dd not come on the originally date. It appeared that they had over booked. When they came, they were punctual. They spent 3 hours cleaning my house. I did not feel that it was thorough. They did not clean all of the blinds, only the lower ones. They did not clean the top of the shower door or the top of the refrigerator. .

+ -1 moreI saw the Big Deal on Angie's List for a whole house cleaning for $189, so I bought it. When I called I was told that it didn't include a move-in cleaning. So we agreed to just have the bathrooms, kitchen, and refrigerator cleaned instead. She was supposed to come the next day but called to say that she was so busy that her mom would come to clean instead. I felt so guilty the entire time her mom was there cleaning! She was so nice, it felt like an Auntie was visiting and scrubbing my dirty house. She did a good job of wiping everything down.
Description of Work: They cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen before we moved into our new house. The house had been vacant for a year, so it was pretty dusty.

+ -1 moreWhen the two ladies arrived, I explained the areas that were of most importance for cleaning. The promotion was for 3 man hours, so since there were 2 of them they'd be there for a total of 1 1/2 hours. They were efficient in getting everything done I requested and had the necessary cleaning supplies with them. After I checked the work, I made arrangements with the owner for them to come back in a couple months. The owner was very willing to work with the timing I would need for future cleanings. I stayed around in case they had questions, but I only needed to explain one time what I wanted done.

+ -1 moreShe took a week to call me back to schedule an appointment. She scheduled me for an appointment over a week out for 2 hours of service with 2 cleaners. When only one cleaner showed up late, I called her because I didn't have time in my day to have only 1 cleaner for 4 hours (I only had 2 hours like scheduled) and she called me a princess and a b**** and said I was rude for canceling because her Mom (the one cleaner she sent) had to drive an hour to get to my house. I am still in disbelief at how badly I was treated and am hopeful that Angieslist will give me a credit for this coupon I purchased because I will not work with people like this.

I work at home and they worked through the cleaning with no interruptions or problems. The kitchen sparkles and the refrigerator looks brand new. And all the cat hair is gone. Its great for our allergies to have a clean home!
Description of Work: Keri and Brittney deep cleaned our 2 story, 1725 sq. ft. home from top to bottom and they did a great job! They worked non-stop for about 6+hours because our home had not been "cleaned" for years! It was bad. They cleaned everything with eco friendly and Keri was scrubbing the seriously dirty base boards on the first floor with a toothbrush! I asked Keri to do some extra cleaning in the master bathroom shower and she completed the work with no hesitation. We took advantage of the Big Deal and we are really glad we did. Thank you Keri and Brittney! We are loving our totally clean home!

+ -1 moreTwo women came. They worked very well together and were very pleasant. They did a nice job and I would hire them again. The deal was $99 for kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms. I paid $10 more dollars since I have 3 full baths. I think $109 is a tad high for a "deal."

+ -1 moreAs stated above, no service provided. I know for a fact it took me two weeks to get a phone number to call because they never called me as promised. My wife left several messages when they failed to show at the appointment on the 26th and did not even get the courtesy of a return phone call. When she finally got some one to answer she claims the lady was very rude.
Description of Work: I purchased the product on 4/16/2015. I send an address and phone number as requested. No one called. A week later I send an email message asking for someone to call me, instead I got an email message with a phone number. I gave the phone number to my wife to schedule the cleaning appointment. The appointment my wife got was 5/26/2015 in the afternoon. When no one showed up she called twice, no one answered. She called today 5/27/15 talked to one of the ladies who informed her she was not scheduled. My wife claims this lady was rude, I called talked to Carrie and she claims my wife was rude. I run a Financial Planning business. Clients are my life line. These people need to learn how to deal with clients if they plan to be in the people business. I am very disappointed. This is the first time I used someone on Angieslist. I hope this is an exception.

My back bath shower stall has not been as clean since installed. I wanted to come back from vacation to a clean house. Next time I may have the do all the rooms.

+ -1 moreThey did an EXTRAORDINARY job! We were more than pleased, we were impressed with their service and thoroughness of their job. They were very accommodating and were willing to work us into an already busy schedule in order to get our home cleaned at a requested time frame. Every call that I made was answered or returned within a couple of hours. Traffic prevented them from making their original scheduled time, and this was understandable because it rained and when it rains in the area, it nearly shuts down the freeway systems. They came the following morning and when we came back to inspect the home, it was spotless. We met with the landlord for a walk-through and we ended up with a FULL REFUND of our security deposit PLUS we got our pet deposit back too!! That is unheard of, we weren't even supposed to get the pet deposit back but the house was SO CLEAN that it looked like we never moved in. Its important to note that we lived with a 50 pound english bulldog in the home and we STILL got all our deposit back. THANK YOU to A Kays Busy Maids. I would give my highest A+ rating to them. Their work was worth more than double what we paid for.
