A Kays Busy Maids

The deal was for 4 hours, but 2 people came and only stayed 1 1/2 hours for a total of 3 hours. The job was okay, not great.

Friendly, brought own supplies, punctal, thorough, worked steadily, finished quickly, were flexible at working out of my way, and around the carpet cleaners. Maybe the stove top and some stains on floor could have received a bit more scrubbing.

Very happy with Kays Busy Maids. I first had them over through an Angie's List offer. My wife and I were so pleased we now have them come out once a month to clean our 2500 square foot home. They've always been on time, work hard, are thorough, and speak English.

First off, I want to complement Keri on her flexibility. My weekly schedule tends to require frequent readjustments and Keri worked with me extensively in rescheduling her team's visit. This was very much appreciated. Now for the actual visit: The team of two cleaners arrived right on time and once we'd identified the rooms that needed attention, they got right to work. The house is a bit cluttered, but they cheerfully worked around that and in some cases, left the clutter quite nicely organized for "processing". The kitchen and upstairs bathroom were the real sore spots (especially the latter) and the team did a wonderful job on both. They also cleaned and dusted the living room and downstairs bedroom. The cleaning materials they used were very pleasant and the house smelled, well, "fresher" once they'd finished, My wife and I were very happy with the results and we've booked them for a follow-up session!

Kay certainly has high standards and did an excellent job. I would suggest that she work out any issues that she has with her team regarding her expectations, before they arrive. If she needs to be mentoring then it should not be done with a paying customer. One nitpicking thing is that when something is removed from an area so that it can be cleaned it should be placed back in the same location, not even the other side of a table or dresser. Overall, the house looked clean and felt very nice when she was complete.

The service was performed as advertised. the workers were professional and hard working.

The persons showed up on time they brought a lot of their own cleaning supplies with them I instructed them what I wanted them to start with cleaning the Plantation shutters and the windows on the inside, they said we do not wash windows if I wanted the windows cleaned there would be an extra charge. I was not happy to hear they would not be washing my windows they were here about two hours then informed me they had to leave to go to another job, I was under the impression when I booked them they would be here for four hours two people. They Said they would return the next day, I took off work for this service, and was not happy they did not finish. They came back the next day,they had me leave a key outside for them, but the could not get in because the did not check that the inner door was left unlocked and the key did not fit. They then came back the next day but really did a lousy job finishing and completing the job to my satisfaction. She seemed to be more interested in booking for the future, but I would not hire them back. What a disappointment. I have learned my lesson not to do this again unless I have recommendations from others.

The two ladies were wonderful. They came in on time. They did exactly what I asked them to do. They were wonderful. They did a fabulous job!

I was first told they would meet me at 8:00 AM. Later they called back and changed the time to 1:00 PM. Then at 11:00 they called again and wanted to begin right away. After showing up, the provider immediately wanted more money. They did not even look at all the rooms in the house. They told me they could not do the work in 2 hours. I explained that I purchased what I thought would be 4 hours of cleaning. They then asked me if I had read the fine print. It say's 4 man hours. I do not appreciate vendors springing fine print details on me at the last minute.

The provider cleaned the following: Bathroom"s Kitchen Den Living room Dusted and vacuumed all Showed on time, was friendly and brought all supplies.

Making contact and scheduling service took a few phone calls before I heard back. She arrived on time with her mother as assistant.They worked very hard to help us sort through our stuff and organize it. She seemed to be rushing through and was not as patient as she could have been with her mother or us. The overall experience was a bit unprofessional. Although our garage does look much better!

It went fine. The girls were pleasant and went about their work. I found the price of their service without the coupon to be high for my liking. Outside of that I would definitely use them again.

They did a very thorough job of cleaning the house. I have not been able to have them come on a regular schedule but Keri has been very flexible to do periodic cleanings. The shower doors shine and the kitchen is very clean...both not easy to do well. They are willing to get behind easily moved furniture, under cushions, base boards, behind toilets, ceiling fans, all areas that are overlooked by most house cleaners. They sent a reminder email the evening before the scheduled date and arrived on time. They both come with a smile and work very hard. If you want something done, all you have to do is ask.

2 people showed up on time and started cleaning upstairs. They shared what had to be done - one did bathrooms etc. other dusting, vacuuming etc.. and then worked their way downstairs. Took about 4 hours and the they were done. Job done was good and satisfactory. Just thought it was quite expensive as it did not include cleaning of baseboards, windows etc.

I wasn't at home but I believe it was okay. Everything was fine, that's all I can say.

Provider responded promptly and date for service was scheduled. However, no one showed at the scheduled morning time. I left messages without a response initially. The provider eventually did return my call and stated that the service had been accidentally scheduled for the wrong date and offered to reschedule. When I told her that I needed the cleaning that day as we were having guests the following day, she was able to find 2 cleaners to clean that afternoon. Not ideal, as we had planned on an AM cleaning, but worked out ok in the end. The housecleaners did a good job.

Great! Keri and her mom are wonderful. They are reliable and very responsive to requests. They come on a bi-weekly basis and I couldn't be happier. It has been a great stress reliever for me as I have health issues and cannot do many of these tasks myself anymore. I can always count on them and would recommend them highly. The level of detail in their cleaning if unmatched.

I purchase an Angie's List Big Deal and it went well. They did a great job for the amount of time. I have had this problem with other deals I bought. When we think we are getting four hours of something, that's divided by the number of people so my four hours went to two people for two hours. That kind of throws me off a little. In theory the number works well, but it was kind of upsetting. I made them stick to the time, no matter how many people they brought. It was pretty simple stuff and they did a fine job. They did a good job and I have them scheduled to come out again in a week for some light cleaning. It met the bill and I was very explicit about what I needed. I think they are a little bit on the expensive side, but they were right on time; everything was good. She spoke good English, which was a good thing. She was a help.

No trouble making the appointment. The company sent a very competent woman to clean for me. She spent the entire 4 hours cleaning and everything looked sparkling when she was finished.

Rosie worked alone and was very quick and professional. She brought all her own equipment, even her vac! I asked that she start with the bathrooms and finish with the kitchen and I should have done it the other way around, but she started and ended cheerfully, even in the heat of the day. I would recommend this company if you need either a thorough cleaning or on a regular basis; I was very pleased. Thank you Ladies!

They were very responsive and scheduled the appointment right away. The employees were very friendly. They were not as thorough as I would have liked. I was frustrated by the quality of the service, they did not even dust the dining room table. They did not take the time to fully do the service. I had to go back over some of their work.

Keri and her mother arrived promptly on time. They came with all the supplies necessary to perform the requested work, except for a step ladder which they borrowed from me. They were very friendly and very efficient. It was rewarding to find they addressed what I consider to be routine issues like the ceiling fans and cobwebs along the ceiling. A couple small vacuuming areas were missing in corners, but all in all everything looked beautiful when they left. Keri was very attentive to details, and went around with her dusting rag one final time to catch any oversights before leaving .

Fantastic job. Took the time to get into those hard to reach places that you don't notice until after the cleaners are long gone. Great attention to detail. Will definitely have them back again.

The time went fast and we got an amazing amount of organizing completed with their help! So pleasant to work with and easy to have in my home. I just appreciate having a third party here to help me let go and get things accomplished. I would love to use Keri again!
