this deal wasn't worth a dime. 2 ladies showed up, swept the floors, vacuumed a little, wiped down our showers and were gone. i certainly would not recommend this deal to anyone and will not be using this company again. i guess you get what you pay for, i just figured $55 would go a little further

Kari was very sweet and seemed to know how to organize but I could have ha a friend helpe with reorganizing my closet and it would have been just as or even more productive. She didn't tell me what I needed to do ahead of time to get ready for her visit. She brought her mom. Again who was very nice but instead of helping to organize kind of dusted my house (my housekeeper had just been there). We split the time into 2 days as I didn't have enough containers to organize things which if I had known up front I would have had. She did get me 'going' but when it came time to schedule the 2 md half of our session I just did it myself. Nice girl but was disappointed in the service.

The woman that came was punctual and professional.

This did not go well. As soon as they got here,almost an hour early, the lead girl asked if she could use the washer to wash her dirty cleaning rags. I said yes, however I shouldn't have, I did have to sanitize the washer later that day. I had arranged with Keri that they stay until 12 noon but left 15 minutes before their initial 2 hrs were up. I asked them to clean the blinds and they refused. I also asked them to wipe down all the electrical switch plates, they didn't. The work they did do was mediocre at best.. I was so disappointed with the work they were doing that when they said they had to go, I just let them leave.

WONDERFUL!!!!! Besides all the hard work, Keri is a sweet young lady and a pleasure to work with! I will absolutely use her again and highly recommend her services.

We applied for the deal, "$189 for a Complete Housecleaning of Any Size Home. I spoke with Keri and we made arrangements for 12/16/2013. Keri arrived with her Mother, Nancy. They were great and cleaned our home which is about 3000 sq ft. I explained what I needed and they fulfilled that and more when they cleaned my home. Their attention to detail was most appreciated. I felt very comfortable having them in my home and appreciated their professional and kind personalities! I do recommend A Kays Busy Maids and plan to use them again.

I purchased a BigDeal coupon for four hours of professional housecleaning from this provider. I scheduled the service during, as I recall, the week of 12/2/2013. However, no one showed up at the agreed time, and no one called. When I called the contact person, she stated that she had misread her calendar, and thought the appointment was for the following week. I rescheduled for the following week, on 12/10 according to my records. Again, no one showed up and no one called. I left two voicemails with the contact person but never did get a return call, if only to explain the reason for the no show.

I bought a 'deal' on angie's list to try out this provider. It consisted of 1 hour of cleaning by 2 people. My house is only 1100 sf and I did not have them clean the appliances except the microwave nor did they have to clean the second bedroom..and my second bathroom is literally smaller than an airplane bathroom. so I was a bit surprised that they didn't have time to clean the front steps on the way out. They did swap for brushing off my patio furniture and sweeping the deck but still I think they should have been able to get to that. That aside, I was pleased with the cleaning overall. I liked the little touch to make a fan out of the tissues and put points on the toilet paper. One of the ladies spoke fluent English and was very personable and polite and the other lady seemed a bit shy but i'm guessing that was a language barrier circumstance. I think the cleaning job was fine, except that they used the wrong tool to clean my hardwood floors despite me pointing out what to use. I'd give them a second try but I think 1 1/2 hours would be more suitable time.

After they left I realized that all they did was wipe down to top facing halfs of the slats and did not touch the frames or back side of the slats. Moreover, the slats they did manage to wipe were left looking streaky and felt sticky to the touch, effectively leaving them in worse condition. My advise to anyone using them would be to provide explicite instructions and constant supervision. I ended up having more difficulty recleaning the shutters they worked on than the ones that they didn't. This was an Angie's List coupon deal so I am left to wonder if my discounted price begat half-way service. My mistake thinking professional cleaners would professionally clean.

My only complaint was that there was no follow up phone call from the company or it's owner. That would have made me even more satisfied.

I had a hard time connecting with Keri and getting call backs to start the service. Two girls were sent to clean a small two bedroom duplex for my mom. Floors were cleaned first and then dusting. The tiny bath floor was not cleaned until I asked for it to be done and the girls just "wiped" surfaces with no "elbows" into them. My mom had to ask them to clean areas and then they were going to leave 1/2 early without finishing. She asked them to stay. I was told that they would not clean the fridge(though the coupon stated it would). I thought that the girls should have been trained more. The first words were to ask if I wanted weekly cleaning. I explained that I needed to see how well they worked before answering. They were very polite but not experienced.

Great. Easy to communicate with. ahead of the game. Needed little direction.

She was fantastic. It was only one lady that showed up and she just was very thorough and very good with what she did. I was very pleased with everything she did. I couldn't believe how much she did in such a short time. She did it well and I was very pleased with her work. Everything was just immaculately clean. I had no questions at all as far as her cleaning abilities.

I was very impressed with this cleaning service. There was a slight problem when they arrived with overbooking and lack of staff. The crew had to come back a second day to finish but they did an excellent job! They were very honest about their staffing problem and they did make it right. They did little touches like folding the toilet paper and tissues that gave me the feeling of being pampered at a hotel. I liked that! Excellent dusting, cleaning the wood floors and getting in every corner of a room. Some areas had not been cleaned in quite some time and they still look great a week later. I will definitely use this service again when I feel like having my home looking its best!

I used Kays for two years before moving out of my La Jolla home, and they did a great job with my small 1-bedroom condo. Since moving, I've realized I had forgotten how quickly dust, mildew, and dirt accumulate over just a couple months, because Kays never let anything accumulate in my old place. Kays is great with scheduling. They were flexible on several occasions with rescheduling and finding a time that worked each month for me. Their team also worked quickly and efficiently during their visits, and they were responsive to items I pointed out that especially needed attention. Worth it.

The housekeepers did an excellent job of cleaning my bathrooms and vacuuming and cleaning all the floors in my home, which was what I asked them to do given the 2 hour time limit. The only concern I had was that they were to arrive at 1:00 pm and didn't arrive until 2:55 pm., nearly two hours late. When they hadn't called or arrived by 1:35 pm, I called the owner and asked if they needed directions because they hadn't arrived yet or called. She explained that the housekeepers were delayed at a home that took them longer to clean than they thought and that they would call me when they were on their way. At 2:30 pm, the housekeepers called and asked if I still wanted them to come clean my home. When they arrived, they were apologetic and said they had another small house to clean before mine and had to stop and get something to eat on the way to my home. I would have appreciated a call from the owner explaining they were running late rather than my having to call her. I was not told it would be two hours before they would be at my home. It was a bit frustrating as I rushed home from doing errands to be sure and meet them at the agreed time. The housekeepers worked very hard and diligently, even on a late Friday afternoon and they are to be commended for that service.

Everything is going well. They show up on time, do thorough work, and charge fair prices. Ultimately, they do a good job, and I would recommend them to others.

I responded initially indicating that I was not ready to schedule a service but did not hear back from them. I then contacted them via email through the Angie's List website asking for available dates for a given timeframe in November prior to the Thanksgiving holiday. Still have not received a response

This is the second time I have used A Kays Busy Maids. The first time was a full house cleaning and this time a shorter time. I have been very pleased both times with the service. I wish I could afford to have them clean on a regular basis but unfortunately our finances don't allow it at this time, so we take advantage of the service when we can. Rosa called in advance of arriving. They arrived on time. I told them I wanted them to dust and clean the bathrooms specifically and anything else they could fit into the two hours. Honestly I didn't think they would get much more than those two things done in the time frame allowed. However, they cleaned all three bathrooms, dusted all rooms in the house except two and cleaned the counters in the kitchen and dusted the floor. I was very pleased. They miss the occasional thing, but if they came on regular basis, it would be easy to let them know how you want things done. I have no doubt they would follow instructions given.

They did a great job. Very good attention to details, cleaning under the couches and not just around them.

They were not good as the first group that came out but they were okay. They were adequate. There was nothing really wrong but she was not just meticulous than the first group that we had. She was very good and did an exceptional job. She was very pleasant and lovely young lady.

They were okay. There wasn’t anything that stood out. The work they did was okay.

It went well. Saved me tons of time and energy!

Although there was a little confusion on scheduling once the team was here they did an amazing job in cleaning the house. We have two cats and a dog so the fur alone can take over. I really appreciate their hard work. I would definitely use them again.

The service did not meet our expectations. We have had housecleaners in the past and they have always done a good job. The first they came, they did a fair job but not a great job. The price was reasonable for four-hours.
