difficult scheduling, more than twice the provider didn't show up at scheduled time. explanation was "wrongly wrote down a different time". Otherwise, good work.

The service was great. The lady was very thorough and detail oriented. She really made sure to do a deep cleaning and really gave everything a good scrub. Everything looks really good, to the point that you can't even see a smudge on the mirrors. I would recommend them.

Cleaner rang 30 minutes before their arrival. They arrived early and were very efficient and just continually worked. My wife was very impressed with their attention to detail and the standard of work provided. We even told our neighbor how well they did. Worth recommending to those wanting a home cleaning service.

They did a great job. Showed up on time, and got right to work. One of the cleaners had to leave after a while due to a medical problem, leaving the job unfinished. However, she first called the company and arranged for a replacement crew to finish the job. Which they did. It doesn't get more professional than that. I recommend the service highly.

The two workers showed up promptly and worked steadily, cleaning the whole house. They did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again. This was an Angie's List Big Deal and the price was excellent.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were pretty good. They were pretty efficient and were good at what they did. They did a good job. They were personable. They were fine. I spent an additional $40.

The day of the appointment no one showed up or had called 30 minutes after the appointment time. When I called I got a long story how the person who was to clean had had a medical emergency. Before I could offer that I would be available the next day, I was told by the owner that someone could come after finishing their assigned appointments. The owner called at 3:30 to say the person was on the way. She arrived 2 hours later. She did a wonderful job cleaning but it did not include the deep cleaning items listed in the offer.

We signed up for the Angies List deal for cleaning of our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Kerry was personable and did a fantastic job; great attention to detail and very efficient. She is much better than other maid services we have tried and we'll contact her again for future cleaning needs.

They did a fine job. However, their advertizing and their job didn't quite sync and I spoke to them about that.

We have been using Kays Busy Maids on a regular basis for five months. They have always been punctual and perform reliable work. We are happy that they accommodate us on what specifically needs to get done.

It's still an on-going process. So far is going fine. Their professionalism and responsive is fine.

Two ladies arrived on time with cleaning supplies in hand. They both worked diligently to clean my baths and kitchen (including oven). They did an excellent job. They were professional and polite. I would definately have them come back to clean again.

The price was unrealistic for the services provided. What they did was fine but the value placed on it was high. It was supposed to be $300-$400 worth of work for $189 and I got $189 worth of work. They did what they said they were going to do and it was fine but I think it was an overpriced product. There were there for 3 hours. For a $500 value, I would have thought they would be there longer. My wife was out of town and she came back and said it looked clean and nice. I didn't tell her what I paid but I think she would have said that I didn't get any deal. It was a young lady and her mother. I went around and noticed some things so they fixed them right away. They were trying to please. I thought they would do more for deep cleaning. I probably wouldn't use them again.

We had some confusion at the beginning. When they cleaned, they did okay. However, I'd requested them for a certain day, and my daughter was home. The maids came 10 minutes early, and they told my daughter they were going to get some lunch and come back. This was 10mins before noon. At 2, I called them and asked when they were coming back. They claimed that they said to call when I wanted them to come back. I had to reschedule past the date that I needed them, and I was disappointed about that. They seemed unconcernd that I needed them that specific date. I didn't feel like they made any real effort to accomodate the customer's needs.

I have a large house which I messaged to the scheduler. She said it would take two half days because they had a house scheduled before mine onTuesday. They came back the next day mid-afternoon to finish the job. My husband and I were able to accommodate the weird scheduling because we were planning to be home. Two young women showed up a little earlier than they said, which was fine. Rosie spoke perfect English, though her partner didn't quite seem to. The Big Deal said that after the service was performed, we would do a walk-through to check the work - they didn't offer to do that. After they left, I found that they did not clean a shower in one of the bathrooms, they didn't sweep or wash the floor in the small kitchen pantry, and they didn't dust the nightstand or lamp in one of the bedrooms. We also found that they didn't clean the sink in the wet bar. Overall, I would say they did an adequate job, they were punctual, and they brought their own supplies and equipment. I would not use them again without some sort of discount.

Keri Whitney, the owner, is on a regular schedule to clean my house. Because I have been satisfied with the work she and her mom perform, I referred them to a family member and was asked to write this review. They did a great job and were very kind about working around the unpacked boxes and scattered furniture due to moving into the house only a few days before. One concern expressed was that Keri tends to talk while she is working, and sometimes that is not in the best interest of the home owner. Keri is very friendly, but is easily distracted by her phone or desire to chat. She was enthusiastic and eager to help even on the short notice provided to her. The work was well done, and the home owners were pleased.

The 2 women arrived on time. They did a great job cleaning 2 main areas ie. bathroom and kitchen. My home is pretty cluttered. They moved all the stuff on the floor to clean underneath it in both places. I rarely use a professional cleaning service, usually only before we have company stay with us. I used their service in 2013. This year I used a different company on a living social coupon. They did about 50% of what A Kays did for about the same money. I didn't realize there would be such a difference in cleaning companies. Next year I will have A Kays back.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were great. There was a little scheduling difficulty, but otherwise they were great. They were professional when they showed up and even though it was late they stayed until the house was clean. They were really good and I was satisfied with their service.

The company could not find my place. I stood outside to help them find my place - no showed.

Called to see if they could come to clean my house on short notice. Very awkward on the phone. Made me feel like I was being a bother to them and should have known better than to call them on short notice. Actually asked me why I would call them on short notice (I was asking for cleaning service thew next day). Don't worry, I won't be calling again.

The service provider asked me to provide requested date(s) of service. I did so. They then said they needed my phone number (which I had already provided along with payment in FULL via my Visa card). I never heard from the service provider again. I normally would not pay in advance for a service I have never used before. I won't ever do it again.

First of all, Keri and staff are the greatest...ever. This is the first cleaning assistance I've ever contracted, so I had no idea what to expect. When the workers showed up...on time, they had all their own cleaning supplies and vacuum. We did a quick walk through to show the layout of the home and from there they began the service. I had know idea what was in store. While watching TV, I could hear scrubbing in the background. So I turned around to see what was happening...they were on the floor, scrubbing the tile floor. I'm like seriously, I didn't know people still did that. In short, when done, I was extremely impressed with the details and overall service. They left the house in an impeccable condition. Unfortunately, if I consider maid service on a regular basis, this crew has set the bar pretty high and others would be hard pressed to repeat. Fortunately, I have their number and they are my company of choice.

We were really happy with what they had done. We had wished they could've gotten to the family room, but the rest of the house was excellent. They are the first cleaners that I've been happy with. I have allergies to a lot of cleaners and dust and whatever they used it didn't set out my allergies and so whatever they used was very good as far as being natural, not over fragrant, didn't leave anything sticky residue anywhere so I like the cleaning products they used. They were 25 minutes late.
