A Kays Busy Maids

They were scheduled to clean our house on July 11th, but never showed up. No emails or calls to reschedule. Sent an email and I am still waiting for a response.

The service went fine. Two people came out for the service. One of them was the owner and she did an excellent job. The other cleaner was just okay and I had to correct a few things she did. The owner was very thorough and efficient. They completed the service in about an hour. It did take quite a while to schedule the service, but part of that is due to fires that were happening. Babbba-

Usually late. Broke ceramic coffee cup replaced as promised. Quality of cleaning good, but took too long .Probably because on cell phone a lot. Good @ trouble shooting vacuum function. Occasional disharmony between workers. Very uncomfortable. Too expensive for work. done .Nice people, tho , were willing to negotiate better price.

Great. Through. Nice people. Gave us our money's worth. Professionals.

it went smooth as silk!!! two ladies came in on time and cleaned, dusted and generally spruced up our whole house. They worked hard for 4 1/2 hours and did a great job. Highly recommended.

After getting the deal from Angie's list, I contacted Kays Busy Maids for a short notice cleaning service. They normally asked for two weeks but with issues on getting the house from escrow, it was difficult in locking down a date and I appreciate the flexability Kays Busy Maids provided in coming with days of my purchase. The cleaner came from North County and called me prior to arriving. Since I was running late getting to the new house, it gave the clearner time to drive down the coast. I had to leave the cleaner by herself and so I left her the key. When she completed the job, turned off the AC and left the key inside as requested. Thanks again for the great job.

I purchased someone to come organize for me and it's not what I thought at all. Their service seems good if that is what you are wanting, but not for me. I thought they would come in and organize whatever I wanted (closet, pantry, cabinets, laundry room, etc). I wasn't being picky I bought it just because I don't have the time to do it and any help would have been good. Even if they just organized cans with cans in the pantry, towels with towels etc. I guess I was supposed to buy a whole organizing system for them to organize? Something like from Container store to fit perfectly in my spaces and then they would put them in there and put away. If I were to go to the trouble and money to go to the container store, measure, choose etc for each of my areas, I would definitely not hire anyone to then just put them away? I could do that. I just thought two people would come and organize the best they could with what I have. Can you please refund my money so I can use it somewhere else? Thank you

Amazing and excellent job done by Nancy cleaning my one bedroom apartment. She was very thorough and caught things that needed cleaned that I missed asking her to clean! My tub had a stain on the bottom which the Manager said would not come out with any of their cleaning methods. Nancy got the stain removed, and now I feel comfortable taking a bath. I moved into this apartment, and it had not been cleaned to my liking, and now it is so nice and clean, love it! Very hard and detailed with her cleaning and nice person. I would highly recommend this cleaning service. Thank you Kays Busy Maids.

They did exactly what they were hired to do. No issues.

When I called them to schedule something, they said that it’s not 4 individual hours but 2 people for 2 hours. They also wanted me to go through my things first, and I can’t really work efficiently with 2 people and direct them. However, the gal that I spoke to in the mother daughter team was very helpful and tried to accommodate me in terms of what hours I would be available. The one thing they couldn’t budge on was the 2 people for 2 hours.

.Did an amazing job. Showed up on time, were polite and nice. Came a few days before hosting a bridal shower and the house was ready for guests to arrive. When they arrived, I told them I did not expect them to be able to get it all done. Our house is just too big. They did an excellent job. Our bathroom mirrors go from the counter to the 12 ft. high ceilings - and they got them done. I will be calling them again. I think this is the cleanest my house has ever been.

An appointment was set for 6/30/2014 at 11A. The provider A Kays Busy Maids was unable to come on that day at that time so I had to cancel. There was no other day available.

They showed up on time and cleaned the house as agreed to.

They sent two cleaners and the experience was okay. They weren’t that great. They should be more thorough. They did only a visual, light cleaning.

The service went well. They cleaned my daughter’s home and she was very pleased with what they had done. Several people came out and completed the service about 3 hours. She had no issues with scheduling.

The actual service was good and the cleaning lady that came was really good. The scheduling part was a little difficult because I was trying to do a move-in cleaning. I had to reschedule due to some tile that was being worked on. It was difficult to talk with the lady in the scheduling department. She kept telling me I would be charged extra for having them clean it on a Friday. They ended up doing the cleaning on a Thursday afternoon because she was not willing to schedule Friday. I just felt uncomfortable with all the excuses she gave me.

Purchased a special on Angie's List for 12 hours of cleaning. Initial plan was 6 hours of deep clean, then 6 hours follow up (which could be 2 people for 3 hours). Deep clean ate up the whole 12 hours (multiple cleaners), but the house looks great! Hired Kays to now do bi-weekly.

Called and asked if they could come 1/2 hr early. Two women, couldn't have been sweeter or more conscientious. Very good cleaning including wiping down leather furniture, using excellent cleaning products to safeguard stone and hardwood. Took almost 5 hours of steady work. Every nook and cranny cleaned. Got this cleaning after a remodeling project got dust all over the house. It's all gone now.

The first cleaning people they sent out were fantastic. Then for some reason they no longer cleaned for them so, they sent out two new people. After that I never had the same people clean my house. I told them I was very unhappy with this and that some of the people who cleaned didn't do a very good job. It's nice to have a clean house, but........

They were fine. They were able to do what I wanted.

The work itself was fine. However, with the way that the ad was worded, it seemed like it could be done before the holidays, but they were fully booked.

Went great. Got the house spotless. Arrived on time. Very pleasant and professional.

They were good. I just thought they did a good job. I was satisfied. I might use them again.

I believe all of this occurred because we had purchased a Groupon and the company did not want to honor it. So, we lost the money we invested. I can think of no reason why anyone should use this company.

Excellent work. I have had them out since and they were very professional. I have had surgery and they were very helpful with things even like laundry. I would continue to give them an A+.
