Very well. Brought their own supplies, worked very hard and quickly, checked with me to make sure I was happy with the rooms as cleaning progressed. The provider was very friendly and diligent.

The team that arrived here was definitely trying to earn an A. I think if you can appreciate the fact that it may not be possible to predict an exact arrival time, and be flexible in your timing, then you will be happy and think you got a good deal. And a clean kitchen & baths.

I was very impressed with Kerri and her mom. They did everything as required and more. Kerri did a bang up job of cleaning my kitchen floor, especially an area that I have been unable to clean for a long time. I would definitely have Kerri and her Mom back any time.

Good workers. Came back next day to finish. Very attentive to details.

I have used this provider once before and they helped me clean and organize my garage and they did an excellent job. However, this time was very disappointing. We had agreed they would send two people for two hours each at a rate of $75 for 4 hours. I had rescheduled my work and they were to work from 8 - 10 am. One person showed up at 8:30 am! She did a good job of cleaning two bathrooms and a bedroom, but I had to leave to go to work and she had two hours to go. I left her with a key to lock up the house, which she did, but I don't believe she did any work after I left. She had not touched the living room or the kitchen!

It was amazing. The two ladies came in and did their job and truly were amazing. If I wasn't moving I would have kept them on forever.

The cleaning was thorough and efficient, and we would use them again. Communication beforehand was not the best, but that may have been due to them being overwhelmed with responses to the Angie's List deal right before Thanksgiving. We initially received a message on the website that they could come Monday late afternoon (we had requested Monday morning). I posted a reply that that was OK, gave our phone numbers, and asked if we needed to provide anything for the cleaners. We never got a follow-up response. When my husband called late Monday morning to see if he could get an approximate arrival time, the scheduler seemed a little upset, saying she had moved things around to fit us in. The cleaners showed up as they were speaking (around noon). So I would recommend that any scheduling be set up and confirmed on the phone, not through posting messages on Angie's List.

Communication was fine and the owner was super nice and arrived on time. They cleaned my bathrooms, and dusted downstairs on the counters. I will be the first to admit that my house was very dirty but I had hoped that in 3 hours with 2 people that more would be accomplished. I believe both cleaners spent about an hour and a half in my master bathroom and the rest finishing my other bathroom and surfacing dusting. With past cleaners they have been able to accomplish a lot more. If I was writing the review based on how nice the main girl was I would give an A but just so others know for future services I dont think the quality or speed were up to PAR. :(

The owner never introduced herself, she showed up with her mother. The owner is a young woman who works fast and I actually had them come back for a second time. The mother is not very good. I felt like I had paid for four hours with an expert and instead, paid for 2 hours with a expert and 2 hours for someone who was nice but, not very good at it. I had to stop her at one point because, she was reorganizing things that I had already organized. She is fast and did a good job.

I'm sorry to report (because I hate to give a bad review and hurt someone's business) that this was a disaster. The scheduling was very difficult and took about a month to accomplish. Calls missed, phone tag, date scheduled that ended up having to be rescheduled by the provider. Finally, on the day of organization, two very kind ladies who spoke little English showed up ready to clean my house. Huh? I didn't need or ask for a house cleaning. I needed help organizing my garage. They looked like they didn't want to lose the job, so they put away their cleaning supplies and quickly went after the garage. Bless their hearts, they worked hard but had no idea what they were doing. I ended up with random items stuffed into all nooks, crannies, and shelves they could find. Heavy paint cans stacked to a teetering height on a high shelf, which made me nervous and I later moved. They did clear a good portion of the floor, but things were put away in such random fashion that I've had trouble finding things since. I appreciate that they tried, but they were not qualified for the job. It was not their fault. The owner, scheduler who was difficult to reach, did not properly schedule or prepare them for the job. I wish I could have gotten my money back, but I wanted these ladies to get paid.

I was extremely pleased. Two hard-working ladies showed up right on the dot and worked for 4 hours straight.They completed everything I asked for and the house was spotless. They had a very good attention to detail and didn't miss anything.

I called Keri on October 9th and discussed my need for a housecleaning service and her good reviews on AngiesList.com. When I asked where the rest of the crew was, I was told it would just be the two of them but they would stay all day if necessary. Keri asked for the check which I gave her within the first ten minutes of her arrival. I asked them to start by dusting the walls and blinds and vacuuming the living room, den and bedrooms so the furniture could be put into the rooms. We would tackle the kitchen next and bathrooms last ( because the movers wouldn't be there until the end.) The movers began moving in at 8:30 am. Meanwhile, I am wiping scuffs off the walls with magicerasers and cleaning the shelves in the den. A few minutes later, I saw Keri on her knees cleaning the Master Bedroom fireplace surround tile and her mother cleaning the master bathroom mirror. I asked them to clean the large rooms and Keri said that is not how she cleans and that she would not vacuum twice for the price I had paid. Ten minutes later, her mother was in the kitchen and Keri was nowhere to be seen. Her mother explained she had perhaps gone to get the other workers. I asked her mother to clean the dining room floor so the rug could be laid down. Keri had all the cleaning supplies including the bucket. Her mother used the kitchen sink and was generally helpful and apologetic. At 9:32 and 9:33, I called Keri on her cell with no answer followed by a text. Keri finally called me back and said she didn't like being yelled at or told how to do her job. We talked it through and Keri said she would come back only if I left the property or that her mother could do the job alone. My thought was - not for $269! At 9:54, I called my husband and asked him to stop payment on the check. Her mother overheard the call and called Keri. Keri immediately went to the bank in Poway, (where she was working at another client site!) to deposit the check. When it would not clear she called her mother and told her to leave. Her mother was nice enough and I paid her $30 in cash for her work and helped her load up her supplies. So as not to interfere with their mother/ daughter relationship, I will not repeat what her mother said to me. I wanted to be fair but was annoyed considering we had both been distracted by phone calls and texts from Keri all while the movers are unloading an entire house full of furniture and boxes all around us. I spent the rest of the day cleaning the house which could have easily been cleaned by three people in two hours from 7 am to 9 am. We can't start cleaning unless we get paid upfront Thanks A Kays Busy Maids This was very unprofessional behavior and clearly revisionist history. ( I certainly did pay her but stopped payment only after she walked off the job and refused to return!) Had Keri told me on October 9 that she could not / would not start at 7 am as advertised and requested, could not provide a team of cleaners as requested, and cannot do a job as instructed and paid for by a client, I would have found another service - there are plenty to choose. I will continue to offer full house cleaning to my buyers, it will be through another company.

I asked about their Angie's List coupon deal ($225 for a thorough cleaning), but my house was too big for that deal, which is for houses up to 2,500 square feet. Keri looked at the house and gave me an estimate of $500 to thoroughly clean the house and garage, which seemed a bit high to me (hence the "B" grade for price), but we decided to hire her anyway. On the day that they came out to clean, the two women who were assigned to clean my house were about 25 minutes late (hence the "B" on Punctuality), however I did hear later that the morning traffic that day was excessively bad, so that explains that a bit. The women were very easy to work with - I showed them what needed to be done, then I left the house after giving them my cell number to text if they had questions and to let me know when they were finished. About 5 hours later, they texted that they were almost done (They were very accommodating of my schedule, waiting until I picked up my daughter from school to get to the house. No complaints from them!) When I inspected the house, all cleaning had been done thoroughly and completely. They cleaned insides/outsides of all cabinets and built-in furniture, all baseboards, all blinds, all ceiling fans, in addition to vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms & kitchen, and sweeping and mopping the 3 car garage! I was very happy with their service and their great attitudes! I would recommend this company to anyone needing a house cleaning service.

Everything was great, except the bathroom floors were not any cleaner. They did, however, dust the tops of the baseboards, which I appreciate, and they cleaned out the fireplace.

I believe these are wonderful people and Honestly meant well, just seemed they were overbooked or over whelmed by the responses they received, never completed the full task which was not that big. Scheduled in advance with continued efforts lasting for weeks. Just gave up trying and did it myself. Strange as it may seem, because they are Great people and family run, I would recommend them to others. Life is a learning process for everyone.

There was a delayed response from the service once we purchased the coupon, we finally agreed to a date, but it took a while to get the confirmation. The cleaners showed up when expected and worked while they were here. After they left we discovered some areas not touched, e.g., the window sill above the bathtub was not cleaned, lightweight sofa on wooden floors not pulled out so dust bunnies were not removed. If they don't pull out furniture, then they should have told us and we would have pulled them out for them. Overall they did a good job but I would not say it was a "Deep" cleaning, just that they added areas that are normally not included. When they cleaned the refrigerator, I would have been more pleased had they put back the items on the shelves or in the drawers that they removed them from. One of the main reasons we will continue to use this service is because they use products (Meyers) that I am not allergic to or that leave a strong aroma or sticky floors.

They did a fantastic job in every room. Each surface was properly cleaned and spotless. Some areas needed extra attention and all are now spic and span. They are attentive, very thorough,and have all the materials to do a great job. They are pleasant, courteous, professional and very hard working. Look forward to their next visit and would highly recommend their service.

I had given them three dates to choose from. They chose the date that was nearly a month away. Then they never showed up. When I asked Angieslist to reimburse me they said " no " they would not reimburse me because it was more than a month after I made to purchase of the special deal. I still feel ripped off. Disgusted.

She was pleasant and willing but at 59 and almost as arthritic as I am this was too hard a job for her. So while things are much better in the studio there is still more to do to get it the way I need it to be. I felt guilty about her lifting and bending knowing how painful my back would be if it were I doing it. I will hire my daughter and a grandson to do the rest -- they work for less. But I'm glad to get the studio this far at least. She is a very nice woman and I'm sure she and daughter make a good team. I'm disappointed she had to come alone because there was no way she could finish it all alone. Too much lifting, sorting and bending. I couldn't afford another session. So this is it until family can give me a hand. Canvasses and finished painting all a jumble in the closet. Hopefully none damaged. The next day three fellow artists were able to paint with me and that was good. Two long tables cleared for work spaces. That's a good start.

I reluctantly allow anyone to see my garage since it is so cluttered. I was working in it when Keri arrived and she immediately went to work separating unlike items and putting them in containers with like items...ie...kitchen items with kitchen items, decorative items with decorative items, etc. She even volunteered to take items to a charity for me, and took with her cardboard recycling, I no longer had room for in my recycling bin. She diligently put things back in my garage that had been taken out for sorting, and at the end of our time together, my garage was more organized and 'I can see the light at the end of the tunnel'! I highly recommend Keri for organizing as she confers with you before throwing anything out, she's very pleasant to work with and worked quickly, and was nonjudgmental about my clutter. She did a fantastic job. I'm very pleased and highly recommend her! :D

Haven't had the house cleaned in a while and it looks great now. Plan on contacting Keri and setting up cleaning schedule.

I was very very pleased and my place looked great!

She came in and said she would clean. I agreed because her English wasn't good and I felt we would get nowhere if I asked for organizing. After about an hour she called the owner of the company and asked that I speak with her. The owner said that she realized I had paid for organizing but that services could not be split (2 hours cleaning, 2 hours organizing). I said that was fine just have her finish out the time cleaning. I just felt that the price was high for cleaning rather than professional organizing.

Very personable young lady. Tried to accommodate an earlier day request, but that just screwed it up. The two cleaning ladies showed up in the afternoon. For a 3000 sq ft house. Sorry, that isn't enough time. Oh, we will come back to do the rest of the house. Wha? I have visitors coming! So after visitors came and left, the two ladies came and barked at my kids about clutter. STFU, get out. Better luck next time. Ymmv

They met my requests and then some. They're very good with accommodating with requests. They even had accent details with the Kleenex boxes. Scheduling was super easy and they're very trustworthy. They give you the option of using eco-friendly products or heavier duty products. They're really good with working around the cats. Because I have an automatic cleaning litter box at the bottom of the stairs they also clean this area.
