Description of Work: Excavate at two locations and Install liner in 4" and 6' main sewer line.

Description of Work: Never used the service. The provider said they could give me a discount of the cost off the price of $450 down to $300. But I noticed that another company could do the same for $199.

Description of Work: They came to the home and did the pre-inspection as promised. They prepared a quote and were honest enough to let me know that they could not perform the "deal". I truly appreciated their honesty and will use them when I can afford to do the entire project as set out.

Description of Work: They did the Angie's list special, I added on to my job at the same rate. It was a massive sewer repair, so I don't know how it will do in the future, but I don't anticipate any problems. I would definitely use them again & recommend them.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal form the company. He is replacing the pipes from my home to my septic tank. He found some other existing pipes as well and has to bring some stuff up to code.

Description of Work: This was a bait and switch situation. As advertised, this was to be a drain clean out, which we have had successfully done several times in the past. The provider had a caveat that there be an accessible clean out drain, which there is. Upon arriving, they said, despite the accessibility, they could not clean out our kitchen drain because of how it is plumbed, at the advertised cost. Instead, it would cost $385. In the past, we have paid $75. Not a good experience.

Description of Work: They did a great job cleaning out my sewer line. Upon completion of the job, they showed me (via camera) what my line looks like (from the drain out to the street) and explained the procedure they completed. I would use them again in a heart beat!

Description of Work: Bought Angie's list deal for hydrojetting main sewer line. Excellent service from start to finish. Scheduling on point. I had some very stubborn roots but the guys worked super hard and strategically blew them away, literally. Sewer line was terrible clogged and now it is free and clear with a 1 year warranty. Could not have asked for a better service.

Description of Work: They were able to hydro jet our line and reline it which prevented an otherwise very expensive and messy excavation. They were responsive and professional and also very clean for this type of work. My only issue was that there was some additional costs due to the line changing from 4" to 6". So the $1499 deal had another almost $4000 additional when all was said and done.

Description of Work: We have an old, old craftsman home, with equally old plumbing. It finally needed to be redone, on an emergency basis, and they came quickly, did the job in a day, and returned and finished up another previously unseen problem as soon as it appeared, at no further cost. Really good people.

Description of Work: Hydro Jet. Deal was a 25ft sewer line but I need additional work.

Description of Work: This was for a special deal ($1,500); however, my home far exceeded the deal parameters. The extra work required amounted to additional digging to get to the sewer line, installing lining beyond my property limits (didn't know I had to pay for relining sewer line from my property line to the main city sewer line, an extra 35 feet at proportional cost). Extra work, plus city permit, took cost up to around $7000. They did work on time and cleaned up after themselves. I was very satisfied, but added cost was an unexpected surprise...beware and expect these added costs if your home lies on an incline/decline, is far from the man-hole cover in the street, etc. I also got 2 other proposals which were all in the same price range, except the 'deal' made the price lower, which made the deal attractive. The drain expert rep was very knowledgeable and upfront with the cost estimates, which I appreciated.
