I recently used John's services again. This time it was to install a gas line to the pool heater. I had serval quotes and several suggestions for the "best" way to install it. John was the last person I called, I had actually called him for a recommendation as I thought it was not what he usually does. His quote was slightly higher than the others, however, he presented an option that none of the other plumbers could offer. He performed the job trench-less by drilling a horizontal hole under the concrete. By doing so, he didn't have to rip up a bunch of concrete and landscape. So going back to cost, I think it is a nets out or even saved some money this way as we didn't have to deal with a bunch of trench aftermath. This wasn't a small job and it wasn't cheap either so you have to put a lot of trust in the person doing the work. I put my trust and confidence in John and his team and they delivered.

John and his team were great, very professional and explained everything very clearly. The work they did was top notch. It solved the problem and now I will sleep easier knowing that pipe under the house has a warranty!

This company is amazing. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and goes beyond to help a client out. They use trenchless pipe installation technology that saves a lot of money. They installed a 70 foot sewer pipe at my place and left the place spotless. They got all the permits and passed all inspections with positive comments from inspector. I can't imagine using anyone else in the future and strongly recommend this to everyone who needs pipe work done. Simply the best and price flexible. They even have 0% apr financing if needed.

The work itself and the workers were all fine. My main complaint is that this, like many Angie's List offerings, seems like a good deal at first, but then turns into an opportunity for the contractor to upsell, so the deal really isn't that great. That's why I haven't used Angie's List in a while. However, while it was far more costly than expected, I have no complaints about the quality of this job.

added a clean out, which was not there, and replaced all non abs sections of the sewer in a few days. They also obtained all permits, and cleaned up the area very well when the job was done.

The Rooter Drain Experts showed up promptly and showed me on the camera the location of the root invasion. As the city pipes run very deep in my neighborhood, the Angie's List deal I had purchased wouldn't cover the cost for the work needed. The Rooter Drain Experts had to dig up a whole and did a very good, prescision job to install the pipe liner. They worked fast and left the place very clean. Overall, I am very happy with their work, even though it ended up costing me more than anticipated. If you need to have your pipes relined, the Rooter Experts are a great choice.

Excellent. John and his team are first class. They did the job as they explained and quoted it to me. Through each step they made sure that I inspected what they has completed. John took extra care to make sure that they when they re did the concrete in my driveway they got it as close to match to the rest of the driveway.

I highly recommend this company. John came as soon as I called him. He evaluated our main sewer line problem and offered various solutions to repair. We were able to do the Trenchless repair that did not involve ripping up the floor inside my house. He worked very closely with my homeowners insurance to give them all the info they needed to approve the work. John, and all of his staff, were polite, friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and professional. The work was done very quickly. When finished, they put everything back into place so it didn't even look like any work had been done. I recommend you call John for any of your plumbing needs. I know I will.

I have never worked with a contractor in my life that was so professional. John's communicaiton was unparalleled to anything else I've ever experienced. He texted me with updates and pictures through out the whole process. He quoted me at a price and that was the exact amount rendered. I had about 50 feet of pipe that needed to be replaced and they did it in two days. I would hire or recommend these guys in a heart beat. I have nothing but the upmost respect for John and his team!

John and Caesar were on time, knowledgeable about the potential problems and solutions, and exceptionally courteous and helpful. They used a camera to show us the issues (no charge) and offered two options. We chose the less expensive and John was so nice and professional about giving us the best result possible. We will definitely call them again when we need help.

Everything went great. Everyone was professional and were done quicker than I would have expected. Everything is working great.

Excellent service! John and his assistant showed up on time. They performed sewer camera inspection with location/depth indicator from two places because of a constriction in the pipe. They found out the depth and location of the sewer section that needed to be repaired. John explained well his recommendations and provided clear explanations to my questions. Later he provided a detailed proposal for work to be performed. We ended up choosing another proposal.

Though the problem turned out to be an unexpected plumbing connection problem, it was sussed out with acumen and the job went well, executed by considerate professionals.

They came out, and let me know that I needed something different entirely. I didn’t end up using this company, but they were professional and timely for the estimate.

John, the owner did an amazing job all the way around. this was a sizeable and significant project for which I received several quotes and opinions. In the end, I awarded John the job and I could not be happier. He showed up everyday on time and worked long days as well as six days until complete. While it was a project that by design would be messy along the way, he stood behind the fact that he left everything as it was before he started. In short, John is a man of his word with great integrity and work ethic. I seldom write reviews, but this one I felt compelled as it truly was a great experience. Lastly, his right hand Manny who often was called out on other reviews did a great job leading the team as well....nice to finally meet him. Thank you!

Provider was on-time and turned around an inspection report and estimate the same day, which our HOA will review.

I am using the company but it was not for the deal that was purchased. They are doing work outside the scope of the deal so they told me to get a refund.

They came out to take a look at what I needed done. The project I needed done was significantly bigger than the deal I bought. They estimated everything I would need done and it was just more than I wanted to pay. The company didn’t do anything wrong.

They came and video inspected my sewer lines, and said everything was fine and did not require this deal. They were very nice, professional and on time.

It all went fine - start to finish in about 4 hours.

Manny use his camera to get in the drain to see how bad my roots are and after awhile he and his worked Manny had to go back to the yard to bring in the big guns, bot returned wite a bigger maching to helps cut and disloged any roots left. These two men where at my resi for APPROXIMATLY 5 HOURS and really went the extra mile to get my line completly cleaned out. Customer service was fantastic when you hire someone to do the job and care about the customer also this company is off the charts I have recommended him to my neightbors whom are having my same problem with roots.

Sewer matter became urgent and other company could respond faster.

I purchased this as part of the Big Deal. I believe I paid 150 or so. The actual value was 650 and I believe it. The two gentlemen were here for no less than 2. 5 hours. They hydro jettted out sewer main (house to street) which is close to 100 feet. They used a camera before and after. Explained everything as they went along. I expected a quick job since it was part of the "Big Deal" but they clearly completed the job as if I was paying the full price.

The service worked out really well. They came out very quickly. I liked that they put on booties over their shoes while in the house. They pretty much checked all of the plumbing in the house
