Manny and his crew were freakign amazing. They came on time and did the work as performed. They got compliments from the other contractors who thought his work was clean. I wish I could post pics they were on time and showed up a few times even when there was a small leak. He said no worries I come by and fix it no questions asked. I mean I love customer service and they def provided it. Great job!

The crew was prompt and professional, however when they tried to complete the high pressure rooter service they told me there were unable to due to a break in one of my pipes to the street.They provided a quote of about $2800 to fix the pipe, which I approved. (I have been getting a regular rooter services for years and no previous mention of broken pipe or problem with the rooter service being completed) When they broke through my driveway to get to the pipe they told me the pipe was also broken in several places between the house and the original break. I then had the decision to trust them and repair the entire main line for $9000 or have the just finish the initial repair. I was told If I waited they would have to dig up my driveway again for an additional cost later down the road. I elected to bite the bullet and get the line repaired. So, I am feeling I didn't have a lot of time/choice to shop around and get a better estimate on the cost to repair the main line. I am not saying they were wrong or they took advantage of me and my inexperience and situation but part of me is somewhat suspicious that may have been the case. Did the high pressure service create more problems than a regular rooter service? DId I need to do the repairs? - probably yes, Is $9000 too much and could I have gotten a cheaper price if I had time to shop -- I am thinking yes but I don't know. In the end I didn't have the time to deal with it and went along with this company's recommendations. It is what it is but $9000 is a lot of money.

It was excellent. I wasn’t home so they left a long note. They were very responsive. I appreciated that they followed up and cleaned up after themselves.

Very fortunate to have John Rodriguez, master plumber and general manager, come out with two trainees. He has tremendous professionalism and plumbing experience but a section of our sewer line between the blackflow valve and the cleanout in the front yard presented him with an issue he had never seen before. We got a quote if we have to dig up the valve and replace some of the pipe there but the camera system was unable to pinpoint what the issue is exactly. They did install a new toilet quickly and efficiently. I would have no hesitation in calling them back in if further work needs to be performed.

It went great! Even though it was a pretty traumatic experience with every sink and toilet in the house backing up simultaneously, they were able to come out almost immediately and get the process started. I was treated with dignity and respect even though my waste water was coming up through the clean-out! All along the way Manny, the owner, explained everything that was happening and gave me options. He put a camera down the sewer drain and let me video tape it on my iPhone. He also let me photograph the whole process the following day when the crew arrived to do the work. I was given a 25 year warranty in writing! Everyone on the crew was cheerful, polite and professional! My driveway was left cleaner than before they started! I was able to go on a 0% interest payment plan!

wow. i don't leave a lot of reviews but i am telling you these guys were GREAT! i have lived in my home for 11 years now. since forever the sewer has been backing up. every year we pay hundreds and hundreds to snake and hydro jet it out. finally this year it, and we, just couldn't take it anymore. the roots were growing in so fast it was ridiculous. well after closing i saw the sewer backing up not just into the cleanout in the backyard but also into my children's bathroom! EWW!! i called and manny came out THAT NIGHT. seriously. no extra late night charge even. just came out to help us. he camera'd the line and told us what needed to happen. unfortunately it was 10k worth of work to completely reline the sewer line - we had 60 ft of hillside piping, some of which had to be manually dug up. my husband and i freaked at the price of course. manny cleaned the line up so we could take time to make our decision. we contacted another company. same price. and told us the same thing manny did. if we didn't do it this way now, re-lining, we'd be looking at tearing up the street to the tune of 20k. we went with manny. he was SO available whenever we had any questions. fit us right in. came with a large crew and unbelievable equipment. super friendly professional crew. seriously, the whole time i felt like he was treating us the way he would have treated his own family. yes, it cost a lot, but i think that was bc of the work we had to do, not bc of him. we had 6-7 guys, two FULL days worth of work, and over 60 ft of hillside digging, re lining and piping new. hope your job is less work and less money. but whatever it is, i would trust manny absolutely. they were AMAZING!!!!

They saved me $8000.00, a different plumbing contractor told me I would have to re-pipe the entire house. I called The Rooter Drain Expert Inc for a second opinion and they told me I did not need $8000.00 worth of work done. They explained everything really well and could not have been more helpful and nice. I will definitely be using them if I need anything done and am so thankful I called them.

Absolutely wonderful service! We had a back up at the house and I purchased a deal on Angies list that morning. They promptly called to set up an appointment. Unfortunately the first appointment they had was in 2 weeks. I let them know that I was backing up and she did some magic for me and had someone there the next day! I couldn't be happier. I had this service done previously from someone not on Angies list and it was $600. Not only were the fast and professional the we're really nice people. I'd highly recommend them.

Provider showed up on time and was very professional. They performed the hyrdo-jetting as expected and provided color video inspection for me to review. All in all, I recommend their services.

Per my conversation with a Rooter Drain Expert representative this morning, we had an emergency plumbing situation on July 5th and had to pay $1,200.00 for a new clean out installation. Suffice to say we will not require the services at this time and would like to receive a refund.

I received an email stating the company was booked through next year. This was a few days after I submitted the request and paid via credit card.

They arrived, looked in the pipe and showed me the roots growing. They explained to me they did not know why but their boss said they could not perform the service. They apologized.

I specified when I bought the deal that I needed service within 48 hours. Then I called directly to make sure they had received my note with the purchase. Initially, she said they had no time available, but then she said she would know for sure in the morning. Sadly, they are all booked up for the week and I have to get it cleaned out before 7/16 in the pm.

Manny and his crew were great. They showed up on time and were polite and informative. They also worked fast and left signs of their work or mess. Afterwards, Manny explained what they found and what action may be needed in the future; i didn't feel that he was trying to up-sell me on anything. All in all, I would use them again in the future or recommend them to a friend. Thanks, Sean

It was as pleasant as any repair issue could go. Manny was the utmost professional, knowledgable and absolutely genuine. He took his time to answer all my questions, review every option, and tackled the task with perfection. He went above and beyond coming to meet me multiple times and taking care of everything. I wish my arteries looked as clean as my pipes after the hydro jetting work. Kudos to Manny and the team. I will definitely use them for again.

They came out and said I did not need the service. I appreciated their honesty.

Manny did a great job. The main line is old cast iron with a section of 6" clay pipe had a lot of root build up. He got them all out. I was able to verify this at the end by watching the camera go through the pipe.

Arrived promptly, very professional and friendly. Got right to the work and complete it in a timely manner, then explained what he had done and asked if I was satisfied.

I called them to see if they could help me even though my house was built in 1928. They said yes and came out. However when they went to do the work they say that I only had a 3'' pipe and that wouldn't work. They did tell me for another $125 they could examine it further. They were no pushy about the additional cost.

The guys came to look at the toilet and the deal that we purchased didn't not match what needed to be done. They were very nice and professional and we would hire them again in the future.
