Dave was very prompt and performed the job very well. He was neat and efficient.

Rainbow was very prompt at returning calls. Professional and polite in person, knowledgeable and thorough in discussing the details of the job and local permits etc. The estimate was completed quickly. The job was scheduled and carried out as planned. I was kept well informed during the process. Some minor changes were made during the job, they handled these without any problems. Overall quality of the roof job was excellent. I would use them again.

They returned my call promptly and scheduled the appointment in a timely manner. They were professional, on time and gave me a fair price. They a dependable; they came on the day that they promised and made repairs as agreed to.

Returned our calls promptly. Came out quickly to look at the job. Performed repairs quickly (in between rain storms). Fair price. Can't ask for more than that!

They were really great, but we decided not to move forward with it. We called them, they called us back right away and set up the appointment. They were there and I was really impressed.

I noticed looking out my window that some of my spanish tiled had slipped downward, leaving an open gap. I called Rainbow on thursday afternoon. He called me back quickly and came to the house the next morning. He showed me that not only had the tiles I noticed slipped, but several other tiles has been cracked due to someone walking on the roof incorrectly. He came back a few hours later with a worker and replaced the broken tiles. You'd have to look hard to know which tiles he replaced. I'm very pleased and I will use him again for my roofing needs.

They were very thorough in their workmanship. They were very polite and professional. They really know what they are doing. I can tell because I went up the roof (by my own request) with them before and after. I see how nicely the new tiles fit in with the existing tiles. They also did not make me wait. the work started 2 days after the inspection. They finished the job in 3 hours of time. If you are looking for the cheapest price in Santa Clarita. They are likely not the one. If you are looking for high quality, reasonalble and competitive price, experience, insured and licensed roofers. Then I would highly recommend you looking into Rainbow Roofing. In addition, Mark also offer 1 year warranty on his workmanship. I will report back in a few month on how I think the roofing job holding up against the weather.

I called and Mark came out that afternoon. He took a look around and saw some problems that I had not seen. He gave me a very reasonable quote and came out the next day with a partner to do the work. They did a great job and they were both really nice, too. I would definitely recommend this company for their competence, fair price, and professionalism!

Mark returned my phone call right away and came out the same day to give me an estimate.After inspecting the roof he explained what all the issues were,I was satisfied with his estimate and hired him to do the work,. He and his assistant came out the following monday and performed the work,they showed up on time and did an excellent job, Mark is a very pleasant man with a wonderful personality,his assistant was equally as nice.

Mark returned my call in a very timely manner, was on time for our initial appointment, and worked diligently to find the closest satisfactory substitute for replacement tiles. He did not bill for the job until he was satisfied with the work. He did not require immediate payment until I was satisfied with the color matching he did. I'm extremely impressed with his friendly customer service attitude and attention to detail. Interestingly, his assistants all spoke English - not common in the trades in soCal these days.

Mark was on time, very nice guy, if I ever need a roofer for any problems, Rainbow Roofing are my people !!!!!!!!!!! P.S. Did this at no charge !

THE MEN THAT CAME WERE VERY NICE. THEY WERE ABLE TO MATCH THE TILES TO MY OLD ONES SINCE MY TILES WERE DISCONTINUED. THE PROCESS WAS VERY QUICK AND THEY WERE VERY NEAT. THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS. THEY WERE ALSO VERY PROMPT.

THEY NEEDED TO GET UP ON THE ROOF TO FIND WHERE THE LEAK WAS COMING FROM. THEY WERE ABLE TO PATCH THE ROOF AND HELP US WITH THE LEAK. WE ONLY LOST ONE TILE. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND DID A NEAT JOB.
