Tyler came on time and took 20 minutes to spray the perimeter of my house. Now I no longer have problems finding these crickets in my house. The last time I had them come out to spray for crickets, it was 1 -1/2 years ago. Their treatment lasts about this long.

I've had an ongoing problem with rodents and/or possums under my house. I had my pest control company (Antimite, since bought out by Terminix) trap and remove the possum(s) and seal up openings. The problem would be fixed for awhile, but they'd come back (of course, out of warranty time) and I'd have to pay to have the work done again. This last time, I decided to find a different company and wish I had used Stealth from the start. They weren't as inexpensive as Antimite, but the quality of work was like night and day. They were very professional and prompt. I haven't had a problem since and don't anticipate any after seeing what they did (heavy duty sealing of openings!).

It went very well. On 2 occasions, I saw rat droppings in our laundry room and that's when I first called Stealth. They were able to come and do an inspection the same day. They inspected the outside areas where rats can enter into the house by the eaves on the attic and crawl space. From reading the reviews, I knew it could be a substantial cost but was also impressed that other reviewers were happy with the work and the inspection. With the rat traps, inspection and repair work, they were very thorough. I feel that they did a good job. I have them come and inspect the traps (which I pay every time) every 1 to 2 weeks to check and dispose of the rats. At the first inspection they went ahead and set the traps. On the 2nd visit to do the repair a week later, 2 rats were trapped in the attic. They reset the trap and so far have come twice to check. No rats caught however, I haven't seen any rat droppings inside the laundry room. The total cost includes the first inspection, repair work which included the optional repair work to add vents where there were old bird nests, and the 2 trips to check the traps. My husband and I are very satisfied and glad that we used them to take care of this problem.

I have had Stealth on four separate occasions from rodent abatement, spraying for ants and other creepy crawlies. They were so good the first time, I called again when I had other bug issues. There was a bug that couldn't be identified and they actually sent samples to an entomologist to determine what it was. The upshot is that this bug, that continued to return, was identified, sprayed and has not returned. I found them to be not only professional, in all respects, but also responsive in a timely manner and would keep the appointments on time. This is unheard of when so many places have such poor customer service. Their rates are also competitive based on my research. You cannot go wrong in choosing Stealth.

They did a very good job of sealing the various entry points. They set the traps and were able to catch one rat, but there seems to still be one somewhere because I can still hear it moving around from time to time. Overall, the pricing is fine, but having to pay $50 every time they come back to check the traps seems a little pricey to me. At least one return visit should be included in the price of setting the traps.

I first found them on Angie's list - based on reading the reviews plus they do the work to repair where rats are coming in from the outside and put traps. I also saw that they were local to where I live and I called them right away since I saw rat droppings on 2 occasions in our laundry room. And believe me I hate to see rats or droppings (I worked for a veterinarian as a kennel worker in high school so I know what rat droppings look like and what they sound like running through the walls), I called them but had to leave them a message. Leah called me back right away and was able to send 2 guys to inspect the house that same day which I felt really relieved. She also informed me of the inspection fee. I also asked her if they would be able to move the dryer to check but she said they couldn't but would inspect and put a rat trap there. There were very thorough and explained to me that it's better to repair and put screen barriers on the outside to prevent them from coming in and trap the ones that were inside the house. They checked the attic and all the areas on the roof where they could be coming in and there was evidence of rat droppings in these areas. They indicated that they would put rat traps in the attic, in the crawl space and behind the dryer. They also said I would receive a report by email explaining the cost and what work needed to be done including optional work and what the charge would be to make a visit to inspect and get rid of any rats that were caught. We received the report and I figured from the previous reviews that it could cost quite a bit but the customers were satisfied and pleased with their work. We approved the work that had to be done including the cost and the additional cost of the option of putting vents in the areas where I showed them where there were old birds nests- (thinking this could be a place where rats can enter). I wasn't sure of this and wanted to clarify so I had my husband speak with them more in detail about this. He spoke with Trevor and my husband was glad that he was able to get more information about this and we decided to have that work done. After all was said and repairs were done, I was very glad that we decided to do that. They came on Oct 13th to do the work and found 2 dead rats in the traps in the attic. They disposed of them and set the traps again. They check the other areas and there were no rats caught so they reset the traps again. They spent a lot of time doing the repair work and I told them that I saw a few rat droppings while cleaning underneath the burners of my Viking stove. Trevor checked underneath for me and I showed him the areas under the burners where I could see the rat droppings. I was concerned that their could be rats behind the stove or possibly in the stove itself. He recommended to clean the areas by vacuum and use bleach to clean the areas. He said he couldn't move the stove to check but fortunately my husband came home from work early and was able to do it. We have a gas stove and I saw the gas line firmly attached the wall so they couldn't be coming from there. What bothered me about the rats was I didn't know how they were coming into the house. My husband also moved the washer and dryer and we saw that there was a lot of rat droppings and I thought there were rats coming through the dryer vent. They weren't since the dryer vent was completely closed to the wall. We also cleaned the area behind the washer and dryer. I mentioned to Trevor that there was corner underneath the cabinets where I could feel air on windy days from the crawl space. He went ahead and offered to put a sheet metal there for me since I was concerned that the rats could come in since the stove areas and laundry areas there was no way the rats could come into the house. I felt relieved that he did that for us. He also suggested to have them inspect the traps sooner than a week so I had them inspect on the 18th and on the 25th. I was thinking that there would be more than 2 rats but so far on the last 2 inspections there were none. So far there haven't been any rat droppings and I felt better that the rat problem was taken care of. My husband and I are very pleased and they went above and beyond to do the work and made me feel better that there were no rats coming in our attic from the outside and are not coming into the house. Trevor mentioned on his last visit to wait 2 weeks to inspect the traps. After all was done and paid for, I am really confident that the work they did including the initial inspection, the 2nd time to do the work on the outside of the house and set traps, and the last 2 inspections visits - that it was worth the money we spent when they came.

They were wonderful. The owner and his son were extremely patient. They were able to get up in the attic and checked for rats. They determined there was nothing that would indicate that there was a problem. They are not trying to get you to pay for more services that you need. They are honest about what they find. They referred a someone to fix my screen door where something could enter the house through the screen door.

If I could give them six stars I would! Stealth is THE most professional company I have ever dealt with. Ever. I'll start with Price - other reviews say they that they are not the cheapest, I say the price is comparable to everyone else. Plus, you get what you pay for, and they did a lot of work, they were at the house for six hours. Punctuality - they were so prompt I thought they were sitting outside waiting for the minute hand to move ;p. Quality of the work - Outstanding!!!!!! Professionalism - also outstanding. Trevis explained what needed to be done in great detail, not only that but he took us around the house and showed us exactly what needed to be done, why it needed to be done, how it was going to be done and what the result would be. This wasn't some guy coming over for five minutes to give us an estimate. He was at the house for almost 45 minutes on the roof, under the house, checking out the perimeter, and inside the attic. This is a family owned business - Leah is the backbone in the office, Tyler is dad Trevis' assistant. They do have other staff, we met Eric, and they are just as professional and quality oriented. I can't say enough about Stealth except that you don't need to look at any other company.

Excellent, very professional, but twice the cost of another provider that I used in the past.

We live in the Los Angeles County foothills, which is prime habitat for tree rats and other undesirable rodents. The population of these animals has been increasing, and this old house is not hard for them to penetrate. In the past, we had rodent exclusion services that turned out to be expensive but inadequate, so we have had recent episodes of rodents getting into the attic, the crawlspace, and the house proper. I called Stealth based on information at Angie's list. We had a rodent service once before but needed another review and treatment. I don't like to poison the animals because of the potential impact on beneficial creatures such as raptors and pets, so I asked for a poison-free service. The office staff, Leah Robinson, provides excellent and prompt service. She responds to email promptly and accurately. She schedules services very quickly, and the technicians arrive as planned. The inspector, Trevis Robinson, conducted a thorough examination of the house and provided a detailed report with recommendations a few days later. Since some work had been done previously to rodent-proof the house, much of what was needed was remediation and correction of new problems. The proposed solutions offered us some flexibility. Although I am not particularly handy, some of the work was i a category I could manage myself. Since we are retired and on fixed income, every chance to economize is definitely appreciated. But anything that required mortar, working above eye level, and construction, was beyond my reach. We asked Stealth to carry out the plan they proposed except for a few items I could do myself. They returned a few days later and did that - they closed some gaps into the atti by adding Angle-Iron (L-Bar) and mortar, and they provided a new concrete platform and barrier door to the crawlspace They repaired the mortar in a few places. They placed snap traps in the attic and near other entryways. They do not provide interior services or trapping in the home. We know of several rodents that are no more, and we know that at least one is still here, but we are confident not for long, and that no new animals will find their way into the home. Stealth is qualified to, and will, place bait stations, but we declined that service. They also offer a monthly monitoring service ,but we elected to pass that up for financial reasons. One of the most important service that Stealth provided was to explain to us what was going on and how to watch for it and control it in the future. I have worked with many companies in the past that offer and provide expert services, but this company is truly excellent not only in providing the services, but also in providing the homeowner with some options and some very sound information. They explained everything in a very patient, non-patronizing way. I am glad to have done business with them. .

I have been trying to contact them to come back out and finish the job.. There has been no communication with them per i have been trying multiple times to contact them and they have not got back to me. I have been trying to get them for a week or two...

6 months after work, we continue to be cricket-free!

We did not end up scheduling the work with the provider at this time as we needed to save the money for other projects, but we were very pleased with and impressed by their service, they were very helpful. We will have to have this work completed in the near future so we will likely be contacting them again.

They are environmental, kid and pet friendly. They do pest control without hurting the environment or your kids. We had a good referrals from them. They are great. They are a nice company.

Eric located the nest and sprayed the exterior foundation of our house and also the property. I'm allergic to chemical odor so we left when spraying began. Eric left a detailed description of where the cricket nest was. Next day, we had the crack sealed tight.

Travis arrived on time, looked at what was done by a different company. Identified additional areas that needed to be secured. He set traps. When then had him come out and secure the areas that needed additional securing. (I could hear them in the walls!). He checked the traps and fortunately there were not in the attic. All night long I could hear the rodents "testing" the secured areas, they did not get in! Yahoo!!!!!

The Stealth team were very professional, courteous, and efficient, taking care of the issue swiftly and thouroughly. I was very pleased with the outcome, and happy to have this unknown problem, revealed and removed. This is the kind of issue that one doesn't want to bring a lot of neighborhood attention to, and Stealth really lives up to their name with their approach and course of action. The problem was resolved quickly and completely, and they will be returning to do a thorough clean up and sanitization within our attic, to restore our home as it was prior to these latest, 'unwanted houseguests'. I would fully recommend Stealth to anyone needing this type of service!

Service was excellent, courteous, timely and professional. This was the second raccoon they have removed for us and both experiences went very smoothly. They also sprayed our outdoor areas and garage for spiders and silverfish. Bye, bye spiders and silverfish! They are very knowledgable and helpful. I would definitely use them again.

After hearing noise underneath my home, I called several rodent companies and left messages hoping someone would return my call and that I'd be able to get an appointment in the near future. To my pleasant surprise, Leah with Stealth returned my call within 10 minutes and was able to schedule a same-day appointment!!! She explained the process in a thorough yet concise and understandable manner...so much so, that I knew I was in good hands before the technician showed up! A few hours later, Trevis arrived within the timeframe promised, assessed the complete structure of my home and quickly identified the area where the rodents were likely entering my attic. Within an hour, he had set traps in my attic, crawl spaces and roof of my home and we had also discussed all of the work that would likely need to be completed to fully secure my home. I asked to receive the formal estimate of the work within 2 days and sure enough, Leah provided just as promised. Given their professionalism, knowledge and patience, I promptly ceased discussions with another company that submitted a bid on the work and decided to go with Stealth! We scheduled the work to begin a few days later and everything was done as promised within the timeframe agreed to. The quality of the custom-built crawlspace enclosures met and exceeded my expectations. I also appreciated Trevis' willingness to complete a few ad hoc tasks in addition to those related to securing my home! Trevis and Leah were very patient with me and I feel lucky to have had Stealth perform the work on my home. Since I am extremely pleased with Stealth, I will likely switch my existing pest control service to them. I will consider Stealth for any future needs I may have and would highly recommend them to others. Thanks again Leah and Trevis (who spent HOURS in the heat!!!) and Stealth as a whole...very much appreciated!!!

I did not continue with them because they don't take American Express and I felt more comfortable with another company's brand and the way they presented themselves. The other company seemed more professional in the way they marketed themselves. I think Stealth did a pretty good job with what they are treating. Additionally we had a wasp's nest on our garage and they helped knock that down. When they treated they did a physical sweep of the house to knock down cobwebs and everything. It seems pretty thorough. We had only used them once, but the experience was pretty positive. As a first time customer I think they gave me some pretty competitive pricing.

Stealth Pest Management is an excellent company. They are courteous, on-time and hardworking professionals. We would not use anyone else.
