I was happy with instillation 2/2018, until I went to use the brand new A/C on 6/29/18 and it would not turn on. Service man came out next day, said the coolant may not be enough or it maybe too much, the installers would have to come out to fix it. I waited 2 days and called to find out when installers were coming out on 7/5 and was told they knew nothing about it. Since then I called and left voicemails on 7/5, 7/6, 7/7 and 7/9, with NO call back!! I paid $30,000 for an A/C that won't work. The one time I spoke to someone, Lorraine, she said she would call me back in 10 minutes and she promised. I called the direct line back 50 minutes later and it went to voicemail...HELP!!!

This company is very professional , quick in response and technicians are very knowledgeable jason.g was my tech and gave me a estimate he knew exactly what he was talk about, and answered all my questions , I would like to say jeremy was very helpful to , he set up my appointment was very kind and respectful i recommend this company to everyone in the southern California region , I also saw there CBS special where David Goldstein did a investigation on HVAC company scammers and NRG was one of the few that past and didn't even charge the customer after seeing that I will always use NRG HEATING AND AIR

Happy to have new ducting, however there was a bit of a disconnect between sales and installers. We chose NRG in part because they included disassembly and cleaning of the the furnace blower fan and the air conditioner coil and condenser. The contract even says "includes disassembly". However the installers said they don't do that, instead doing a chemical cleaning in place. I feel we were mislead a bit, and the extra for the cleaning perhaps wasn't worth the extra we paid. Having said that, everyone with whom we interacted personally was very nice, professional, took time to answer questions and so forth. A little disappointed that there was no follow up to ask if we were satisfied with the job or had any questions. Now we have to wait a few months to see if the promises of projeted energy savings turn out to be true ...

They figured out the problem and were able to fix it that day.

I got them the deposit money, no work was ever done, I requested refund and they refused to refund my deposit.

Arrived on time. Knew what they were doing. Worked constantly with no breaks. Installation looks professional. Work completed as scheduled. Excellent overall. On time and excellent workers.

Technicians did an excellent installation.

They were prompt, and did a great job. I would hire them again.

He was wonderful.

It was a big job and not without its challenges, but in the end the folks at NRG always did right by us. The quality of work was great and the customer service is strong, just be sure you’re clear what you’re communicating the engineer is making its way to the installer. The sales team you speak to doesn’t have the details of the job outside of what goes into the service order, so make sure you’re abundantly clear and all teams have same understanding. They are a big company so you can’t assume they all know the details of your project. Engineer might say/reco something, but if it doesn’t get to the installer then it won’t get done. In the end, all worked out and our system is working wonderfully.

It is great to finally have the capability to adjust the air-flow throughout my ducting system...now the house will warm / or chill, evenly...On-time service has always been great, with little, or no, mess
