The gentleman that showed up didn't know how to reprogram my thermostat and didn't show any interest in finding out how to do it just took my $95.00 and left. He did get my air conditioner working but said it was a program problem but as I said he didn't try to fix my program. I bought another thermostat and put it in myself. He told me that would be good because they charge $250.00 or so to do it, not including thermostat. It took me 30 minutes to change it out myself. Working like a champ.

They were very professional and did a great job.

Arrived att the beginning of the estimated time interval. They were efficient. Completed the repair quickly and only charged me the minimum estimated.

Had to call them a 2nd time since my A/C stopped working after they installed it. Turns out that the wires installed were somewhat loose, and they did not install the two batteries needed in the programmable thermostat.

They arrived promptly and fixed the minor emergency problem. They then "recommended" a new capacitor (turbo) for $600. I balked and they immediately dropped it to $475. I subsequently received bids for under $200. Total rip off.

I found them looking for help on a Sundeay when my air conditioner went KAPUT and they we4re the only ones willing to come to my aid. They were so nice I hired them to do the whole Job . They went out of their way to make sure I had a portable unit to tide me over until my job was done. They were very helpful from start to finish and it was a pleasure doing business with them.

It's been 2 weeks since I bought a new air & heating system from this company. When it was installed a part was not ordered. I was promised that a technician wold be back the next day. I called NRG to find out why the tech didn't show up I was told it's their bsuy season & that someone would come out at a later date. I am very unhappy the installation was not completed

Wound up having to replace the 35 year old air conditioning unit from when building was constructed. The repair technician went over my options explained the work to be done. Installation crew arrived on schedule and made sure everything was working before they left.

It was an intense heat wave that day so they ran five hours late and came at 9pm. Original time given was 2-4pm. I appreciated his willingness to work that late and such long hours.

Very courteous and polite. Came on time, did the work and was able to tell me about the deeper problem and have me contact an electric company.

it was my fault for not knowing the price of a capacitor and should have shopped around. Upon researching the price, I realized I paid too much. Lessons learned. Paid $650 for a $30 dollar capacitor and a 20 min install.

It cost me $635 for a small part. Also didn’t leave me a copy of what service they have performed or an invoice of itemized cost. However, my air conditioning is fixed. I appreciate that.
