N.R.G. did exactly what they proposed in their estimate. Replaced a 19 year old R-12 4 ton system with an R134a system. The work was done quickly and professionally. All of their representatives were on time and polite. I did notice that their estimated cost of replacing my existing 30A breaker with a 40A breaker in my breaker box was unnecessarily high. I had them delete that line item before signing the estimate and replaced the breaker myself for $20.00 from Home Depot. I probably could have gotten the job done more cheaply by negotiating more aggressively, but I was pleased with the estimate and the work and so I didn't pursue that option.

NRG was great! They came on site and put together a proposal that was far greater in detail then anyone else. They also negotiated the price down with me when it came down to them and one other I could trust. They will be my service provider for all AC and heating needs in my home!

They put in $1000 of coolant without asking me first. I did pay them but this is crooked. I would NEVER hire them again.

Our technician was great, they did a wonderful job of explaining the problem and solving the issue real quick. Great experience all around - I highly recommend them.

He came over right away when my AC wasn’t working properly. He diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue. He gave me some great suggestions for keeping my system in good shape. I highly recommend!

14 year old AC system unable to keep up when temp hits 90 degrees. Came out said the thermostat needed to be replaced but the unit itself was fine. Paid $300 to replace the thermostat which did not fix the problem. Called them back to have them come back out but they never showed. Terrible customer service.
