Michelle in the office makes the process and paperwork so smoothly you only have to make one call and everything is taken care of. All photos and paperwork . Now I have a nice folder with everything at my fingertips . Thanks NRG , I highly recommend.

Came on time, fixed my attic fan problem and gave me great advice on an unrelated AC problem. All this while having to climb around in a 112 degree attic.

Dave is GREAT. Showed up on time, communicated his findings, including pics since I am not home. I am confident in NRG's ability to fix issues for a reasonable cost.

Dave is who came out, he had a full schedule, He made room to come to me at 7pm after a full day. He was the only one of 3 contractors that went into the attic and found and diagnosed and fixed for 350. dollars. compared to 11,000 and 5500 to bids from other two contractors to replace, that did not need to be replaced.

NRG Heating and AC Repair crew did an awesome job installing my mini-split. They listened to my concerns and found solutions. They did the job quickly and cleaned up after themselves! I have already recommended them to my friends.

My attic ventilation fan quit on me. We immediately noticed warmer temps in the house. First stop was Home Adviser where I entered the info re the project. NRG was the first to call. We set the estimate for the next day. I received text updates including a pic of Alon (Allen), the tech assigned to my job which was much appreciated. He showed up on time, and provided me with a price to install a new fan. The price was fair, so I didn't waste my time or anyone else's by having multiple estimates. Scheduled the install 2 days later. Alon returned with my new fan, did the install, and all is well. Very professional from the scheduler in the office to Alon the tech. NRG is now my go-to company for my HVAC needs. Next up, will be the replacement of my AC coil which is a mess. FYI, a whole house fan in conjunction with an attic vent fan works great for us when the night temps drop enough, so we don't have to use the AC. When we do use our AC, the attic fan seems to help cool the house.

the serviceman was very pleasant. We had a nice talk. However, I did not get answers to questions that I had asked. I wrote an email to the head of the company and asked that he respond....he never did!

They did a fantastic job my air conditioning unit was over forty years old and I just retired and have COPD so I need the air conditioner during the hot summer months NRG gave us a great deal on a new air conditioner and I am so appreciated of there help and understanding thank you NRG and staff
