Mediterranean Heating and Air Conditioning

I have used this company before. This time I asked to see the removed filter. It looked in good condition to me, not very soiled. They charges me $55.00 for the new one. He did not ask me if I wanted a new one. I would have said "not this visit". I will know better next time.

My landlord wanted me to use their own service provider so I had to cancel, but I had a very pleasant experience with them. I have used them in the past and they have always been excellent.

They come in for a check-up every six months. They call me whenever they are going to come in and always keep track of our appointments. I am overall very pleased with Mediterranean Heating and Air. They provide such courtesy on the phone and when they come out to the home. The repairman always has the parts he needs on the truck so that way they get the job done quickly.

This is just the most recent work Mediterranean has done for us. We picked them to install a new heating/ cooling system shortly after we bought our home in 2001. We have a service contract with them, and faithfully, twice a year, they call to schedule maintenance. They always show up when they say they will. The workers are polite, professional and efficient. They wear booties to protect the floors and clean up after themselves. If there's any problem, they will let you know immediately. If we experience problems and call them, they are there within the day. We're very pleased with Mediterranean overall.

This company is top notch. All the people we dealt with during this repair were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, reliable, and professional. On the day of the installation, the installers stayed for over 12 hours because they didn't want us to be without heat and hot water any longer. I was afraid we'd be charged the overtime, but the price didn't change at all. We now have Mediterranean doing our annual service ($198 per year for two visits), and have found this service to be fantastic as well. Last time they were here, the Tech replaced one of our thermostats (with a spare we had) for no additional charge. They are very accommodating, and a good company to do business with.

THEY HAVE MAINTAINED MY LENNOX A/C UNIT FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS, THEY ARE A REPUTABLE COMPANY. THEIR EMPLOYEES NOT ONLY DO QUALITY WORK, THEY ARE ALSO CLEAN, WEAR UNIFORMS THAT MAKE THEM EASILY IDENTIFIABLE, AND ARE ALSO VERY COURTEOUS.
