Description of Work: Mediterranean replaced our a/c and our furnace. Both jobs were professionally done. With the furnace, there was an issue with the air pressure (i.e. there was some leakage somewhere in the system). Mediterranean went above and beyond to get this resolved and past inspection.

Description of Work: All of a sudden I had no AC. Even the fan did not work. This was an urgent service call as it gets to over 105. Problem was accurately diagnosed and fixed in a very timely manner the same day. Power surge likely blew a fuse which was replaced. I have been using this company since 1985.

Description of Work: DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. The are modern day gypsy's, rip off artist, who hire questionable representatives to work for them, starting with their customer service, to the technician, to the sales rep, and management. I had a service contract with a company that was bought out by now this company, so I called them to trouble shoot why my AC was not cooling. They talk real technical as to confuse you, and gibberish talk about the cost of copper being more expensive now a days, and that this was going to be a high ticket cost repair. The repair was done, and it broke in a matter of 2 months, called a different AC company and was told that the repair was done, and that the part used to repair it was the improper piece which actual cost is only about $40.00... I learned the hard way...do your homework and there is no sense of having a dialogue with a thief organization that does not return numerous calls I made and left to the manager. They just dont care, a sucker is born every minute attitude.

 + -1 moreI WOULD SAY THEY'RE PROFESSIONAL AND THEY HAVE BEEN RESPONSIVE. THEY TRY TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS TO SUIT YOUR TIME. THEY'RE CAREFUL ABOUT WHAT THEY DO. THEY carefully REMOVED THE PANEL FROM THE FURNACE WITH THEIR TOOLS. THEY'RE CAREFUL THEY DON'T SCRATCH THE HARDWOOD FLOORS.

I THINK THEIR SERVICE IS PRETTY MUCH AVERAGE. THEY SEEM TO BE PUNCTUAL. THEY MAKE A CALL WHEN THE SERVICE IS DUE. I FEEL IT'S MORE OF A CURSORY TYPE SERVICE. WE'VE HAD A PROBLEM OR TWO, AND THEY'VE HAD TO SEND SOMEBODY BACK. I HAVEN'T GONE TO SHOP AROUND FOR ANYONE ELSE.
