Comfort One was incredible!!! They are very knowledgeable and professional. Their prices are extremely competitive. It was a true joy to work with Itay, the owner, and his staff. I would recommend them to everyone. I did one system with them and then rehired them to do a second system. Wonderful customer service as well!

System had not been checked in fifteen years thought it might need additional gas (house was not cooling down as quickly as I thought it should). Tech cleaned outdoor compressor with garden hose and told me that gas levels were correct.. Was told dirty compressor can effect system performance. Unable to check results due to cool weather. Did point out possible future leaks from indoor coil pan.

Everything went well. Itay provides a very competitive quote and great service. He has honored his warranty whenever we’ve had any issues with our AC system so far.

It seemed to go well. The owner, Itay, did the maintenance on my AC wall unit. It does not need refrigerant so none was put in.

We were able to connect with Itay at Comfort1 HVAC and he arrived same day to diagnose the faulty motor. He needed to obtain one part and returned the next day to complete the job. Itay was knowledgeable and thorough, he was also kind and pleasant to have in our home. We were very satisfied and would use him again if a need arises.

Vendor does not answer phone nor reply to phone messages. Three business days and still no response. Paid for the service already. will request refund from Angies List. Terrible lack of service.

The technician was on time and very knowledgeable. We had a very old AC and it wasn’t blowing cold air anymore. Itay (the owner) came for the installation to make sure it was done properly. They removed and replaced the entire system in one day including lineset and a new air return. those guys are the most reliable company I worked with, their prices are very reasonable and great quality of work. Definitely five stars.

Amazing service. When I called back because I had an AC issue they came back to tested my ac at no charge and the issue wasn’t even due to the service they rendered

AC stopped working during the heatwave and had to be fixed ASAP. They answered the phone quickly and came in the same day. The owner was very knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed. He explained all the options I had and was really informative. They worked fast and cleaned up after them and now my AC is working perfectly. It was such a blessing to have them do the job!!

Everything went smooth. They are very professional and efficient! I was a pleasure working with them and I'll definitely hire them again!

Excellent service arrived quickly and there were 3 technicians from other companies in front of them and no one corrected the problem. The technician arrived and within 3 minutes realized what the problem was and fixed it for good

Very bad, the contractor is using someone else license and I had to go after the bond he have to fix the brand new units that was installed not properly.

Not good. leave it at that... Find another company & a service tech/manager that doesn't have an attitude....

This company is a FRAUD!!! Do not do any business with them! They will show up in discount price service and tell you that your Air Condition needs major fix and charged you hundreds of dollars without changing any parts!!! I purchased a Air Condition Maintenance Package from Angie's List for preventive maintenance with 1 Qt of coolant. Ari Suissa (Manager of the company) show up at the appointment date and went to check the air condition. After he came back he told me I need to change my capacitor and I need 6 Qt of coolant, so I gave Ari Suissa $500 to fix the problem. After Mr. Suissa cashed my check and nothing improved on my air condition, I start to calling this company and they just put me off even 3-5 times to request owner to call me back but no prevail. Do not wast your money to get service in this company! They just gonna cheat you out of your hard earn money!

The service technician quickly identified electrical components which required repair and replacement. The service call was completed within 20 minutes and my air conditioning system was up and running perfectly after that. The service technician was very courteous and knowledgeable about furnace and air conditioning systems. With his precise questions it demonstrated his focus on the problem areas. He had a ready supply of replacement items in his service vehicle and was able to quickly provide the needed parts to get my air conditioning system operational, which he did in a very efficient manner. I recommend him and his company with high marks.

First call went fine. Itay came and gave the best quote. Work was done within a week. Afterwards, the newly installed heater stopped working. Itay did not seem happy to come fix the problem. Essentially, he just reset the switch and the heater started working. The 2nd time this happened, he said he's gonna open an additional vent. I was very surprised. My unit is small and does not need any additional vent. I called CH Heating and Cooling. Carlos came and checked. He explained the reason for the heater to stop. It was from overheating because Itay did not change the flux and the ancillary pipes to direct the heat out through the roof. He replaced my old unit with a bigger unit, but did not consider the potential problem of overheating if the ancillary pipes and flux were not replaced with a bigger one. This is a serious demonstration of irresponsible work.

I paid for the AC tune up but they never came to perform the work. I scheduled 3 times on Angie' List but they never called. I called to schedule and they never came to perform the work. I took time off from work and they never came. No phone calls from the company what so ever. I am very surprised that this company was allowed to offer their services on Angie's List.

The service rep kept telling us he was the manager but seemed very junior. Price was nowhere close to market or other bids to the tune of $13k higher than next bid.

They came out, but then didn't hear from them again.

Vender returned very promptly for needed adjustments; Replaced faulty control panel; made quality inspection, performed service to flow vents. Performed all service and that was requested. Gave thorough explanation & review of system, maintenance. Vendor made sure to answer any-all questions to my satisfaction.

Had to be pressured to in ordered to show up to a promised service visit, and this only after they postponed an earlier visit and then didn't follow-up. Had to borrow my equipment to perform the work and were smug following the job. Boasted that they deserved a good review after all this, so humility wasn't at all present. The only personable person I dealt with was the receptionist/secretary, Rachel.

Needed much more freon than what was in the Angie deal and felt I over paid for the extra amount.

Broke the AC and didn't get to complete the tune-up.. My home owners insurance will take care of rest.. I just need to get refund now. Thank you.

Eventually, it went very well. Our A/C is working great!
