Paid thousands of dollars to fix AC install on new construction. We had not done the concrete pads for the condensers, Itay said to call and they will be out to move the plastic ones. Went back on his word as he wants to charge me now just to do that. Terrible business practice after I paid thousands of dollars.

Itay's crew was punctual, respectful, friendly, knowledgeable and quick but thorough! I highly recommend them!

All around good service - from timely call back to prompt scheduling to thorough service. Itay explained his diagnosis and proposed service very well. All service for 3 compressors was done as promised. Very happy. I have used before and will use again.

Technician suggested a periodic system preventative maintenance inspection. Added freon and cleaned evaporator coils.

It was a 79$ tuneup. However it needed 5 lbs of Freon @ 150/ib. The total bill was 800 which was a little over the cost of a 79 tuneup.

An appointment was set and the technician came out. He ran diagnostics on the whole system (note: the unit was on the roof), He did a by pass to make sure the lines were active and functioning well. Lastly, he changed out the filter. Upon completion of diagnosis, it was determined that I had a burnt fuse, a dirty filter and the pilot to the gas was out. The technician took on and handled the assignments. When he was done, I had heat coming through my ventilation system.

They showed up on time, very professional and qualified. EXCELLENT! Never using another company again.

I called him to schedule me for the next day they arrive on time and replace my condenser outside in one hour also give me free extra 1 pound Freon Explained me all about it I was very happy the AC works better than what he was also save me a lot of electricity thank you very much

It has worked well this entire summer so I'm happy with it and hope to get at least another year or two out of it.

I called them only because every other company was booked solid for at least two days. The technician who spoke a very insufficient English and was not really able to communicate well at all, changed out the capacitor and the unit started working. The problem was he wanted to charge $750 for this (!!!). He spent about 20 minutes to do the work and it turns out the capacitor is under $40!! What a rip off!! So I paid him the visit charge and told him to leave. The next technician who came by gave me a very different diagnosis of the problem; yes the capacitor needed changing, but the root of the problem was something completely different. I consider these guys dishonest, unskilled and unprofessional. DON'T USE THEM!!

We had 5 large AC units installed at our building. Although the project took over a year to complete due to City permits and inspection requirements, Itay was very professional and did a great job with the installation. We're very happy with having these new units in our building.

Ari the sales manager in this company told me I need to replace my carb for $500 and I paid him the fee to replace. After he done he told me let it run for a while and should be fine. 2 days later my air conditioning still not cold and call him he's not answering the phone. I call the company and left message to asked owner to call me back to resolve this matter but never call back. Bad company and scam your money with any excuse. Avoid this company as they will take your money and not doing their job!

The service went very well ; the tech showed up on time and took care of the a/c and made it run like new . The price was very fair and I’d recommend them highly .

They got into shouting matches with the city inspector and didn’t take responsibility for their faults. They got into shouting matches with a prior contractor and lots of blame went back and forth before they offered to correct the flaw for additional costs. Additionally the work was sloppy in that they failed to put things back that were moved to get to the work. Finally the city inspector urged them to finish off the work with fireproof caulking and they never returned!

My AC unit gave out and Itay came over on a Sunday to fix it. He noticed AC unit was not installed properly and replaced my unit with one that is more efficient.

It went really well. They showed me the problems and provided various solutions I could choose. I decided to replace my old forced air furnace with a new one. They were great. The price was great. The workers were great and I felt very comfortable. They were clean and respectful and thorough. I would recommend this business to anyone!
