Our AC went out on Friday, May 27. We called Comfort 1 the following Sunday morning and Itay came out within a couple of hours of our call. We needed an entire new unit, which Itay was able to get to us and installed by Wednesday, June 1. Juda (the other owner) and his crew showed up right on time and had the unit lifted and installed within a couple of hours. We were quoted a fair price and are happy with our new, power efficient unit, installed just in time for a Valley heat wave. Comfort 1 took care of our concerns and did a great job with the installation. I'd highly recommend them to anybody looking to have their HVAC serviced or replaced.

Very happy with the prompt service. I placed the service request at Angie's late afternoon, around 5 pm and Comfort 1 responded within 2 hours.. Itay of Comfort 1 - Kaldess AC came the following day to assess the job, made recommendations, and provided estimates. Itay recommended the relocation of the condenser inside my patio. He pointed out that thieves would still be able to steal my condenser if installed outside my condo complex, even with anti theft measures. He also discouraged me from having the ductless system since it would cost a lot. The relocation of the condenser to my patio was the best option since it cost less and there were already existing ducts, power box and heating and & a/c system by my patio and garage. I accepted Itay's recommendation and decided to take his offer since his cost estimate was also reasonable. Another provider I had an appointment with came later and gave a higher cost estimate for the same job. Itay and his crew came two days later and finished the installation. He tested and ran the A/c and everything worked fine.

I needed to have a new heating and air conditioning system installed. I looked at 8 different companies and chose this one, I was very surprised by the honesty of the technician who visited my house and gave me a quote (Itay). He didn't try to sell me things I didn't need like the other companies did. his price beat all the others and the quality of his work was spectacular! I can honestly say to date, that I am a satisfied customer. I am impressed with the courteousness and professionalism of the employees who worked at my house over the last two days (Santiago and Or). They worked efficiently in my home, always being sensitive to my environment, and cleaning every day before leaving. The lead Itay, always kept me apprised of the progress and ensured that I understood any issues. I felt that he went beyond the call of duty to make me a happy customer. Many thanks to the team for a great job.!

My A/C broke and I needed someone to come over immediately, I called a few places but they couldn't send someone right away. When I reached Comfort 1 they said they'll send someone in an hour which was a relief. They guy actually arrived in 45 minutes and he did a very good work, he also gave some tips on how to prevent this kind of problems in the future. I'll definitely call them again!

Itay and Juda are the co-owners of this business and came to my home as a team. They were easy to communicate with, showed up on time and were exceptional to work with. What old-fashioned, personal, fabulous customer service! After installing the new wifi thermostat (who knew it could be done with my ancient system), they then also personally downloaded the app to my iPhone and went through the registration process for me. They even came back a couple days later to make sure it all works and that I could use it by myself. While they were here I also asked them to look at my old HVAC system that will need replacing in the next couple years. They were very knowledgeable about cost-saving and energy-saving options, and gave me the idea to move it to the attic to free up space when I am ready to do so. I will definitely use them when the time comes. Love these guys and recommend them highly!

They came out and put in the new thermostat, which was not Honeywell. We looked up the one that they installed online and it was only $20-$30, so that seemed to mean that they other $179-$169 that I spent was just for them to come out, and the Honeywell one they promised wasn't that much better either, they are both very cheap. So it doesn't seem like it was a good deal at all. The main problem was the fact that it stopped working once they left. We called them right away and they weren't able to come back out until the next day. It got down to 56 degrees in my house that night. I understand that maybe they couldn't come out right away, but we had called them as soon as it happened which was not too long after they left. When they came back out that next morning, they seemed to have fixed everything and we thought everything was good, however, the last few weeks it has gotten warm, so we turned the A/C on and nothing happens. The first problem was a heating problem and now we have an air conditioning problem. I called last week and they said they would check the calendar to come back out and call me back and I never received a return phone call. I needed to get the information for the warranty and now I think I have missed that deadline. At this point, I need someone else to come look at it because I just don't trust these people anymore.

Everything went smoothly. The provider was in and out in about 3-4 hours and cleaned up any mess. So far the heater is working great...just in time for the cold weather.

I called some Air-condition companies to get estimates for a complete new system installation. One of them was COMFORT1. Since the very first moment I was talking with ITAY, there was a click and understanding. ITAY showed up, checked everything and offered me a good price (not the cheapest one, but reasonable). Couple of days later everything was installed and worked great. I also found out that the new system is an efficient and a money saver. I an very satisfied with the beautiful service and the new system I got, and highly recommended COMFORT1. Thank you Itay. ((:
