The work was done promptly and professionally. Julio came three times for measurements and was a perfectionist. The work went smoothly from start to finish and was exactly as described.

Sooo easy! Called them, the owner came out to measure, we got a follow-up call with the estimate, set the date, they showed up on time and both mirrors are perfect. Everyone was professional and friendly.

The owner of the company came to the house, measured and gave me some suggestions on the project. (I noticed his company also did window retrofits, but when I showed him what I needed, he actually recommended another company that he felt would fill my particular needs better). The bid seemed very reasonable and after a couple of weeks his workmen came, carefully trimmed the mirrors they had brought to fit perfectly, installed them and left the house as clean as they found it. In addition to what we had agreed upon they added some wonderful little details at no extra cost. A very pleasant experience and excellent results.

Aladdin Glass was easy to work with. The estimator came to our home soon after we called. He was on time and professional. We received our quote within 24 hours. The installation was also smooth. The installers were on time. They did a very good job and cleaned up after themselves.

The workers arrived promptly as scheduled and work was completed that day. The new glass works very well and looks great. They only replace glass; my contractor had to put up new molding around the edges of the glass.

I called and they responded the same day. An estimator came the next day, the work started as scheduled, and finished on time. The workmen were friendly and addressed our main concern that the mirrors be attached securely and with safety channels.

As easy as easy could be. Quick on the estimate visit, fast on the printed estimate and on time and PERFECT on the install. Thumbs way up!

I had been wanting to replace the old shower door for some time, but was unable to locate a company that would come to my house, bring samples, and measure. Aladdin did all that, and did it very well. They were recommended by my plumber, who has worked with them on remodeling jobs and new homes. I was happy to find out that they would also be able to replace the non-tempered piece of glass on an interior wall which has been rattling since the Northridge quake. Ron Lewis came to my house, took measurements of the existing enclosure, and brought a brochure and glass samples; then two workmen came out to precision-measure the glass on the wall, and today two skilled workers removed the old items and installed the new shower enclosure and piece of glass. Everyone who came out was prompt and polite, and the installers were careful to clean up after themselves. I now have a beautiful new shower enclosure, and peace of mind about the glass on the wall.

It was fine, they did a fast and good job. There was some confusion at their end as to the exact appointment time, but no big deal. I called and reminded them of the appointed time and they came right away.

They did a great job on the shower door and panel. It was finished a few days early, from the estimate and they called to install it. The mirror was taken care of quickly and efficiently and we were very pleased. We would certainly use their services again.

The assignment wasn't difficult, but once you've gone to the trouble of taking the measurements, finding the place, and being there you appreciate prompt professional service. They delivered it.

The replacement shower door was for a rental property, and Aladdin's personnel advised us on what was reasonable to spend without being excessive. The job took less than a day, and was scheduled approximately a week after I placed the order. The new door, plus refinishing with Julian's porcelain glazing, made the shower look nearly new.

The representative was courteous, on time, and (to our delight) made a recommendation against the economic interest of his company (but very much in our interest). There is no question that if we have any windows or screens that need to be replaced, we will definitely be calling this company again.

THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCT. THE PRICE WAS EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID IT WOULD BE. THEY WERE CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL, EVERYTHING I THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.
