The other morning when taking a shower I noticed that water was leaking from the bottom part of the glass shower door. So I called Aladdin. They came by the very next day and gave me an estimate. In the time between my initial phone call and when they came to give me an estimate, we noticed that someone had tried to break into our house through the sliding glass patio door. The door was slightly off the track and wouldn't move. It was also open by about 3 inches. So, Aladdin gave me a price to fix this as well. They also wanted to make sure I could get the door closed and secure until they could come out and fix both issues. So they sent two gentlemen that very night to take care of this for us! What great service! We scheduled the repairs for the following Thursday. However, they called and said they could come early. So they came on Tuesday and took care of both problems. They did an outstanding job. The sliding glass door has never rolled as smooth as it does now. And the shower door looks great and doesn't leak. These guys are outstanding. The are very professional and courteous. I cannot recommend them too highly.

By the time I got to the shower door installation step of my bathroom remodel, I was exhausted. I didn't want to haggle with another vendor. I checked out Angie's List and found the guy with the best review, Aladdin Mirror & Glass. I called them and booked an appointment. Beware: They only operate M-Friday during regular business hours. So you have to have someone home to let these guys in during that time to get the measurements. Luckily my mother lived near-by. Then, it seemed like I didn't do anything more and voi-la, I go home and the perfect shower door was installed. After the measurements, Aladdin called, got my email address, and sent me the estimate, a drawing, and some pictures. I signed the contract, scanned it, and emailed it back to them. Three days later, they came to my house to install, and when i got home, the shower door was completely done. I never met the Aladdin guys, but they did an amazing job. And yes, the price was well worth the product.

We moved into a house with two bathrooms--one walk-in shower that lacked doors and another tub/shower combo that had a wall on one side, and a low window on the other, making a sliding glass door impossible. I interviewed two glass companies, both highly rated on Angie's List, and felt that Aladdin understood what I needed much better than the other company. We got a floating door w a fixed panel for the walk-in shower and a fixed panel for the tub/shower using 3/8" glass that was also coated to prevent water spots. The workers were on-time, clean and very nice. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family. Finally, I want to rate the price as 'C' because it goes with 'Fair' in the rating scale. I'm not really sure how anybody equates pricing to 'Excellent' or 'Good' without first thinking it's 'Fair' but I wouldn't want to throw people off who are only looking at the average numbers so I'll go with 'B'. Really though, I think it's 'Fair' because it was what I expected to pay.

Called Aladdin, they sent a guy out promptly for a free estimate. Estimate seemed reasonable and scheduled service appointment. Service technician on time and completed the job in about an hour. Completely satisfied and will call them again if I need similar work.

They were wonderful. They did a beautiful job and it looks gorgeous. We will definitely have them back.

The company was reponsive and arrived at each stated appointment on time and ready to work. The initial design and estimate process was professional and provided options that other companies did not or would not consider. Examples of this are the use of a top frame to ensure a secure installation and operation of door hinges (other companies suggested running a support bar from the middle of the glass to the shower wall at a 45 degree angle; using rails to secure the shower glass to the base and walls. While clips may be attractive, I was concerned about the life span of the silicon and did not want to have to deal with leakage 5 - 10 years down the road. The measurement process was precise and done with care. The installation went as planned and the overall results are beautiful. I would recommend this company to my friends and family and would use them again without hesitation.

They were wonderful. They just finished a lot of things that I needed to repair. I would recommend them to anybody. They were professional. They came when they said they would. Their price was very reasonable. They came to look at the work and emailed the quote right away. They did custom work. They did everything they promised. I was happy with their work.

I had used Aladdin before to replace 4 windows in a guest bedroom and they were super. So when I needed new windows for a bedroom remodel, I called Aladdin without hesitation. I spoke with Julio, who was very helpful in determining what we needed and gave us quotes for different scenarios. I ended up going with just a single new window, and we placed the order. Julio said it would take a couple of weeks, and since my carpenter could install the window himself, we determined that my carpenter could just pick up the window himself. When it came time for the window to be picked up, Aladdin could not locate the window. It had apparently been "lost." So Julio ordered another, at no additional cost to me, of course. When that window came in, the glass in the window was broken. Julio ordered the window again, and expedited its delivery, which only took a couple of days. Finally, my carpenter picked up the window and installed it no problem. For just a single window, this experience with Aladdin was a bit of an ordeal.

We needed to replace our 43-year old shower enclosure which was cracked and no longer up to code. Aladdin responded promptly and came out to measure the same day. They provided an estimate which seemed very fair to me. We went ahead and contracted the job which was finished to our satisfaction. They hauled away all the old material and cleaned up very nicely.

It took a few visits to complete all the work. They were efficient and knew their craft. I would use them again. Julio is the general manager, very easy to work with. They are prompt and cleaned up after their work. I would use them again.

Fast, easy, and at a reasonable price.

Not able to define nor communicate the problem with my glass shower door hinge. Could not identify the manufacturer of the hinge and was not willing to suggest the proper course of action to fix the problem. The second call was to Burbank Shower Door who immediately knew the manufacturer of the hinge and fixed the problem. They did however return my deposit.

I did not hire them, but they did seem to be very professional. They seemed like they were very good. They seemed to be knowledgeable. I think their price was reasonable as well. They were punctual; they showed up when they said they would. I would rate them high. It was a free estimate. I think they probably would have done a good job. I just went with somebody else, who was specifically recommended to me. I would probably consider using this company in the future.

They had a competitive price and seemed very knowledgeable, so we went with them. The installation was a little disappointing. They didn't clean the glass that well, and when we showered the steam revealed a couple of squares and a straight line - I assume from whatever packaging it came with. Also, the seal strip went beyond the handle, so it didn't look as I had anticipated. They did come out again to trim it and clean it, but didn't seem thrilled about it, and never followed up to make sure all went well. Would not use again, but now am happy with the final outcome.

They were very responsible and did a very good job. I liked them. I am using them again now.

To move in to a new home you have a lot of tasks to get done and service providers to work with. ALADDIN was one of my favorites as the were on time, the right price and most of all honest. I was asking them to do a lot more work but they fixed some doors vs replacing them. They were looking for ways to save me money.

They came to make an estimate. It took a week to get the mirror then they put it into the old frame which was kind of funky so they made due with what they had.

The estimator arrived on time and took many measurements. About a week later, on the day the installation was scheduled, the installers arrived in the morning and completed the job in one day. The house was left immaculate.

Another glass company had been recommended to install a new door to the remodeled shower, but they couldn't even come to measure the opening for 10 days! Alladdin came the next day, and he quickly measured and left. I made final choices over the phone (thickness of glass, tempered or not) and also opted for some high-quality plastic trim that he said they highly recommend... it helps make an almost perfect seal, will not yellow or mildew, and is easily replaceable if needed. Tempered glass such as this has to be drilled at the factory, so it took about ten days to actually arrive after ordering, but the finished shower is remarkable. The door fits perfectly and was installed flawlessly.

Scheduling and payment was easy. Workers arrived promptly on the scheduled day. They were neat, courteous and pleasant. Job was completed roughly within the estimated length of time . The materials and workmanship appear to be of high quality. Their price was as estimated and was the best of 4 estimates we had received. I highly recommend Aladdin.

Overall, the experience was great. Days after the repair, we found a few small bits of glass inside our house, probably left over from removing the old, cracked window pane. Next time, I would ask the installer to take extra care in cleaning up is all. This was a very minor issue, though - overall, we are very happy.

His dimensions were correct and I installed the materials myself. I was pleased with the materials he prepared, and he even gave me some mastic that he had in the shop and told me how to apply it to mount the mirroring in the cabinet. Very helpful and I will return if I need any glass or mirror.

Aladdin Glass was great starting from the first phone call. They were not only willing to come out for a free estimate/measurement, but they left glass samples for us to review. They followed up their estimate visit with a phone call - but not too soon. Once we selected them, scheduling was easy. The installers showed up at 8:45 for a 9:00 appointment, layed down protective blankets, moved my plants, cleaned up completely and were gone in 1 1/2 hours. I would definately use them again.
