Description of Work: They replaced a double-paned window that had been broken. They were great from beginning to finish. They were on time, responsive and had a great work ethic.... from the estimate to the finished job. I have done a lot of construction in my life and have used many different companies and professionals and they were exceptional. I would definitely use them again.

Sorry about this experience but we don't believe this person called us. There are three other Aladdin Glass companies in our area due to a broken franchise and we are not affiliated with each other. This does happen occasionally.

Description of Work: Aladdin designed two custom shower doors and side panels for us. We had a unique situation with an angled intersection and they were able to McGyver it so it looks great and water does not get through. The team was excellent.

Description of Work: I just got off the phone with Aladdin Glass and Mirror and after describing the work that we needed done, a table top replacement, the sales person was very helpful. He referred me to a place that had standard size glasses in stock which would be cheaper than having it custom made. He also gave me an estimate of what the cost would be if he were to perform the work so that I could make an educated decision about how to proceed. I really appreciated his honesty and insight.
