Description of Work: Replaced a window pane in a dual pane casement window which was broken by a painting crew. Came out the same day I called. Installed a piece of cardboard to protect the window and seal out the elements until it stopped raining and they could replace. Came back and replaced the moment the rain stopped. On time, below estimated price, perfect job.

Description of Work: Mounted two panes of special glass into two kitchen cabinet doors. They had samples and encouraged me to go through all of them. I chose two I liked, they calculated the price, and I chose based on that. The doors were ready when promised, and they look beautiful. I was a bit picky about how I wanted the glue to cover any sharp edges and they made a note of that.

Description of Work: I had them install a 1/2" thick shower enclosure around my new shower base. I shopped around, they had a good price. The job was delivered as scheduled. The quality of the job is very good. The only suggestion is to do something about responding to the phone. Sometimes it can take longer than my patience to respond. Expect a response the next day rather than same day. I've had Sam do several mirrors and other glass work. I'd do business with them again.

Description of Work: I contacted them through their online form to cut 3 pieces of table top glass, and they called me to get more information for the quote. They said it would take 5 days to get the table top glass I needed and cut it, but turned out they were able to turn it around in 24 hours and deliver it. Very professional and all the little details were taken care of.
