SUPER GLASS

Very well. They gave a free estimate and later completed the job for the same price. Which was great.

They had so many positive reviews on Angie's List and Yelp so I went to their store over the weekend to get an estimate. They took down my info and said they would contact me. Great. Unfortunately nobody ever called me back. This was a few weeks ago. I called them earlier this week and spoke to them again about getting an estimate. The lady who answered was very nice and asked me to email some photos to sales@superglassonline.com. I sent that email two days ago and nobody ever responded. I guess they are too busy for me, or the work I need done isn't big enough for them. I guess I will have to look elsewhere.

They were very quick to reach out to me, send a guy for an estimate, schedule for service the next day, and getting the work done. I thought the quote I received was reasonable, and their speed and promptness was impressive. Would consider using them again for future work.

The glass tabletop was no longer covered by the 1-yr Ethan Allen warranty, so I went on Angie's List to find a service provider to make me a new one. I chose Super Glass, a small glass company in Campbell, CA. I finally connected with Milad and we confirmed measurements and price to replace it with a 1" bevel. It arrived on the exact day scheduled and he helped me load it into my car to take home. It fit PERFECTLY and looks great. I couldn't be happier. It's 3/8" tempered glass with a 1" bevel and I'm confident it'll be much better than the original. You can see the "before" and "after" photos below.

Our first contact was with Melody who efficiently scheduled Milad to give us an estimate. Milad was wonderful. He listened to our needs and made suggestions. He was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We received the estimate from Milad, which was very reasonable, so we decided to go with Super Glass. Then Sam and an assistant came over to take precise measurements and remove the cracked vanity mirror. Again, very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Melody then called to schedule the work for a certain date. We had guests coming so we needed the work done by an earlier date, and they were able to accommodate us. Then came the installation team: Javier and Jose. Outstanding! They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, took pride in their craft, and did beautiful work. Javier expertly engineered the installation assisted by Jose. The measurements taken by Milad and by Sam were spot on, because everything fit beautifully, including the large vanity mirror with the hole for the light fixture and the fact that our walls are not straight! They made sure that not a smudge was left on any of the glass before they left. We are thrilled with the result. Our master bath vanity and guest bathroom look like a spa. Absolutely beautiful. We have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending Super Glass. We would definitely use them again.

Requested quote on replacing shower glass. Turned over to Milad on phone. Said he was involved with something and would call back promptly. He did not call. I called for him the next day and gave him measurements for the quote. Said he would get info to me right away but they were very busy. Duh! I am a prospective customer. Never called. I am housebound 71 year old. Treat everyone with respect and kindness. In most instances get same returned. Not with Super Glass.

Everyone at Super Glass is amazing. From the first contact with Milad on a busy Saturday. We heard good things and stopped by to get a ball park price on a frameless shower for our bathroom remodel project. Milad took the time to listen and create a drawing of what we wanted. He went set by step from the design to the type of glass, finish, and even the hardware. He was very knowledgeable, patient and very helpful with his recommendations. Many months later when we were ready to move forward we worked with Melody. She is incredible. She made sure our design was correct, and that we received the proper pricing. She scheduled the measurement and the installation. She was in constant contact along the way. The installation was perfect. Even better than we could have imagined. The detail work was impressive. We love our new shower. I would highly recommend Super Glass to anyone that wants a job done right by a team of professionals that know what great service really is all about.

He was late according to date and time that I was told. I think that was due to work overload. I was happy to have the company fit us in. As soon as he arrived, he got to work on the door. If I had done it myself, I would have probably broken a part. I am glad that I had not taken on the job. It took him about 15 minutes to fix and repair the job and put everything back. He was very courteous and explained ways to keep the area clean due to hard water.

I was extremely happy with the work done by Super glass. I didn't write a review at the time but should have. They did a perfect job with the glass panels and they were also the best price. Their workmanship is above par and would only use them if I need any glass work done.

Arrived on time, installed it during the estimated time. Also came back out a second time to educate us on proper maintenance of the glass due to hard water. Doors weren't cheap & because of the design of our shower, we have to make due with some slight water leakage. But they look great & the crew is great to work with.

Super Glass is awesome! They were incredibly responsive to my questions and had very helpful suggestions for the large mirror over my new double vanity. I'd been having such problems with my general contractor - who FORGOT to order a mirror for the bathroom remodel! - so I went and took care of it myself. Milad responded quickly, I got an appointment within two days for measurements, then it took about a week for the glass to be custom cut. The installers (Sam was the lead guy) were friendly and efficient, and the mirror looks great! I would definitely recommend them and I will definitely use them again.

I contacted 7 vendors, 5 from Angie's list A-grades, mainly by phone. Thanks to the Angie's list, all 5 vendors responded promptly. In summary after all searching, I will pick up this Super Glass in following two reasons. - Pricing I am looking for the glass with permanent surface protection - shower guard option to maximize our big investment for shower door. Super Glass has the best deal on shower guard option. There are other less expensive ones, but with coating option that will last for a few years, 5 years as max. - Responsiveness This company gave me two follow up calls after the tel discussion and estimates. I really like their "customer first" style. We may come back and place our order on them soon.

The work was good. They told us lead time will be 7-10 'business' days when we signed. After the glass arrived their warehouse in 9 business days, they gave us an appointment 1 week later. They came home and found one of the pieces was wrong measurement and didn't install. We again waited for the correct glass and that came in 3 business days and they came home in 3 business days. Then they told us to wait for 4 days for all of it to dry. After that we found a small leak - again took us another 3 business days to get appointment and 3 days to dry. The lead time was way way way off 7-10 business days. If time doesn't matter, their work is good.

We really liked them. It was the best $180 we've spent in a long time. We would definitely hire them and would definitely recommend them to somebody else. Everything was perfect. They did an excellent job. I have already recommended them.

My experience with them was good. The staff was good but I don't have a strong recollection because it was three years ago.

The installation went beautifully. The delay to get the glass manufactured was factored into the schedule, and Sam Shaeghi, partner in the company and installer, arrived on schedule with his assistant. They mounted the glass panel and the hinged door just where we wanted it. The glass was installed on recently installed tiling, and they knew just how to do that with the least amount of trouble. Sam also made sure we got a lot of information about caring for the glass so that it will remain crystal clear for many years. My wife and I had been waiting to be able to have that door manufactured and installed for a long time, due to a grievously mishandled bathroom renovation, totally independent of our dealings and experience with Super Glass. One reason we selected Super Glass is that their shop is only a few miles from our house. We wanted to be able to find our contractor if we needed any follow-up work or other support.

I sent a quote request, complete with pictures of what I needed done. They didn't even bother to contact me. Completely unprofessional ;(

They were very professional and fast. Everything worked fine.

They did great work. He did the work very quickly and the shop was open on Saturdays. We just dropped off the frame and we came back in about a half an hour and it was done.

I would recommend them. They do high quality work.

Everything is great. The shower enclosure is beautiful. We called for another estimate at Lowe's and it was more expensive and they wanted to restrict the height to standard height to save money, but even with that restriction they were still much more expensive. (By several hundred dollars.) Super Glass was very professional, the work was great, they came on time, they were very nice and friendly. (And hilarious!) We've had the new enclosure in place for a few months now and it's great. We are very happy. Our existing enclosure seemed to be a bit tricky, and they handled all the cuts and turns really nicely. The hardware that they used was also much more heavy duty and higher quality that what Lowe's offered in their bid. Everyone we dealt with at Super Glass was very friendly, helpful, and professional.

Other companies had quoted prices of $200 or more. They were pleasant, and easy to work with. They did the whole service in 15-20 minutes.

We took the broken window into the shop for repair (called first to verify availability). We weren't sure if $57 was an excellent price for an approx. 2 ft. x 4 ft. single pane window, but the shop was open on Saturday, and Milad replaced the glass immediately. We couldn't be happier with the promptness and courtesy we experienced.

The job appeared challenging because it was an old window with a warped frame. They completed the job in a timely and professional manner & I'm happy with the results.
