Personal Castles has been in business for about 16 years. The cleaning supplies we use are biodegradable and we use hepa filters which helps with allergies and asthma. We offer professional cleaning services and take a lot of pride in every project we do. Our attention to detail, personalized and quality service, has enabled us to keep our clients happy and to maintain long term relationships with them. Our excellent cleaning team have been with us for many years, so you will always see the same faces in your home when our services are needed. References are available upon request.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for a thorough cleaning to include appliances. Personal Castles sent two people, one male and one female. The deal was that the list of items from the deal would be completed no matter how long it took. This seemed to be a surprise to the two workers, so I printed out the list for them to follow. They worked hard and seemed to focus on some items more than others. For example, they spent a lot of time on the blinds (needed it) and windows (not specified in deal) leaving less time for the appliances. That was ok, because after 3 hours, I felt they had done enough. My bathrooms were spotless! For 6 man hours, it was a deal.

Hi [member name removed] the coupon says it is for 15 windows you have more then 25 . It says clearly in the coupon if there is more windows it will be charge additional. You chose to give me a F because of the reason it does not seem fair. You did not see the work of all my A I have. We would it been happy to do it for you. It is good to be honest and say the total of the windows count instead of acting like you had 15 total, When your house is big just the front you have total of 25 windows that is not counting the back of the house. If you do not believe me get another quote from another Company see how much they charge. I tried to reschedule with you twice and you do not wish too.
