We had our second cleaning by Personal Castles and it was as excellent as the first one. In fact, I've scheduled them to come back again in a couple weeks. We’ve found a keeper!

Sophia and her team are professional, on time and have done an excellent job every time. They have been accommodating of my time preferences and how we want the clean done.

We had another house cleaning service for years, but with their rate increases we were motivated to look elsewhere. I feel very fortunate to have stumbled across Personal Castles during my research. Maria from Personal Castles came to clean our home for the first time a couple days ago. She was extremely meticulous and thorough, even my husband was impressed! The pricing is reasonable and the job was extremely well done. We are very happy with their service and will be sticking with this one!

Great! Housecleaning team was on time and very efficient. They are quick but thorough and pay attention to detail. You can ask them to do extra cleaning and they are open to that as long as they have the time. I have had many different house cleaners and agencies and Personal Castles is at the top of my list!

Rosa did an excellent job cleaning the house. A second person was supposed to come and help but was unable because of sickness. We will certainly use the company again.

She did a pretty good job. She didn't have to do deep cleaning. She did a reasonable job.

They scheduled it for 2 months out. Then the day before they were to show up I was notified that they would not be doing the job nor were they planning to reschedule. Then Angie's list refused to refund my money. I wanted to give Angie''s list a try because I have so much work to do around the house and thought I could trust the companies they vet. Not a happy customer.

The thorough cleaning went really well and I was so impressed that I hired PC to clean my home twice a month. I assumed that the same crew would clean my home. But throughout the course of their employment, personal changed several times. Some were better than others. Some listened to my requests, others didn't. My big request was to NOT mop my hardwood floors. I explained that the wood was old and could not take being soaked. (My home is 70 years old and the wood used in the flooring was recycled from lumber mill leftovers - it is not well varnished anymore.) But they kept mopping it anyway. One cleaner explained that he knew what was best. It was such a relief to finally let them go - I should have done it much sooner!!!

Expert house cleaning you could count on. As a husband I have never been good at cleaning but wanted to give loving support to my wife. The services of Personal Castles I started to use for special home events and now use regularly twice a month. We have a Christmas dinner for our family members each year. There could be up to 20 visitors which requires so much time for my wife to prepare the meal. At the same time we want our home to be sparkly clean. The services of Personal Castles takes the burden off me the husband and my wife is happy with the great results. An expertly cleaned home makes our family events so pleasant. My wife is a school teacher and gives so much time to her class. It is a wonderful gift of time to my wife to have our home expertly cleaned twice a month. I highly recommend the house cleaning services of Personal Castles.

The service was just fine. They didn't charge me more than they quoted. They're punctual, professional and effective. They're reasonable. The workers were just great. It was the first time I've used them.

Sandra came early so she'd have all her equipment ready to start at the time we scheduled. She is a powerhouse and thoroughly organized so no time was wasted. She attended to the details and most gratifying to me, she easily dissolved the long-existing hard water spots on the front window which we had been unable to clean off. All the windows sparkled when Sandra was through. I will call Personal Castles again in the spring. A job well done!

Staff is very friendly and reliable. After trying them out, I signed up for regular cleaning. They have been reliable and thorough. No need to supervise their cleaning, they got to everything before I asked!

Turned out okay. They were pleasant and one of them was a good worker the other one kind of so so but it's usually that case so I understand. It could have been better but it was kind of okay. They were willing to do what needed to get done.

I used personal castles to clean our house twice. I wanted to use them for ongoing bi weekly service but they don't clean thoroughly. In many spots you couldn’t even tell if someone had cleaned or not. For example corners of the room were not vacuumed or mopped. Our master bath shower didn’t appear to have been cleaned at all except for a swipe of polish on the bathroom fixtures. Even then it wasn’t completely polished. We have a kitchen pantry, and there are some things I like to stock up on, tea is one of them. I noticed one of my boxes of tea was missing. I can’t prove the cleaners took it, but I did notice some of the reviews for Personal Castles mention petty pilfering. A single box of tea is not something a burglar breaks an entering to steal.

They are okay. They are very quick is my best thing. My worst thing is that they are a little slapdash. Sometimes they forget to dust like one time they forgot to dust and they don’t always like dust the objects. I think I need to be clear about it.

Windows were left smudged. tracts were not cleaned. Terrible!

Since it was a single story house it took almost an hour for all work to be completed. They were careful and even took off shoes upon coming inside to complete the windows. Only question arose when we were informed that each window with a sliding section counted as two windows against the count of 15 windows offered in the special price. This was easily cleared up because we had this discussion beforehand with the person in charge that this would apply to the sliding glass doors. We were pleased with the result when they finished.

After weeks of back and forth and not showing up one time, they agreed to come today at 9am. I got a text from Sophia at 12:45pm about the cleaner having had car trouble. This is ridiculous. The last time there was no show, they said they were too busy ! Personal Castles is unreliable. Thank you for wasting my time, Sophia.

was very late. Did not clean tracks of windows as described. The window washing was fair.

The window cleaning went very well. Dimas showed up on time and was very professional. He cleaned all of the windows with the small lights inside and out as well as the screens. We made sure to have all the furniture moved out of the way. Minimal supervision was required.
