Description of Work: She set up a date & time to come view the house before cleaning. Never showed up I waited all afternoon! Did not read that the 7-hrs of deep cleaning was cut into 3.5-hrs with 2-people! Big difference. House was ok, but not $199 worth. I could have paid a lot less for 3.5-hrs...I may never do Angie's list again....

Description of Work: For the rate of $40/hour that I paid I expected more than a regular cleaning service. The only extra was cleaning/wiping-down of baseboards ... but that did not warrant the double rate of what I normally pay for regular house-cleaning. After they had left I noticed spider webs under the side tables in the dining room and family room.

Description of Work: Staff were courteous. They spent 90 minutes (each). They did not deliver the services specified in the offer, even though I had excluded some of the specified services. Two weeks later, I had a local housecleaning team in to clean, for $75.00. They actually did a GREAT GREAT job and included the things Personal Castles had promised and had not delivered. | |Again, staff was courteous.

Description of Work: They surpassed my expectations. The two workers were so good to work with. Friendly and polite. My home was sparkling after they were finish. Description of Work: They came on time and did a deep cleaning. My tile counters and cook-top backsplash haven't looked like this in years. I hired them to do weekly cleaning and am very satisfied. The same crew that did the initial visit are now my weekly crew.

Description of Work: The owner was very responsive, so I had no problem getting a time slot for them to come out. The workers came early which I did not mind at all. The quality of their work was not very good. It was supposed to be a "Thorough Housecleaning", but they missed many areas, hence for the overall C rating.
