"Wertax came out and serviced my washing machine. They told me the timer needed to be replaced. They said they would come back out and install it if I ordered the part. I ordered the part and texted Max saying the part arrived. He never responded. I texted him 3x more times over a week and he never answered. When he wanted to be paid after the service call he responded to my text messages within minutes. Once he got his money, he became AWOL. Never once responded saying he would come back out and finish the service call. I would NEVER recommend Wertax LLC. Angi should drop them from their service providers. They are unreliable. There are plenty of small appliance service companies out there. Use them and NOT Wertax LLC. "
