William's Lawn Care-Irrigation

It was okay except for he thought I had put the order through him and not Angie's List. It wasn’t a happy interchange.

He got the sprinklers to operate very efficiently. They now give good coverage good, even coverage. I've cut back on the watering times so I need the sprinklers to work properly.

William arrived as promised. After looking at the area where water was leaking from a pvc pipe, he told me what he had to do to repair the pipe and immediately started to work on it. While working on that pipe William discovered another pipe that was leaking and discussed the leak with me before starting to work on the second pipe. About an hour later William was finished with the repairs. William was professional and prompt. I would recommend William's Lawn Care/Irrigation to anyone who asks if I know a good reliable company to repair irrigation problems.

Did what was expected, good advice

Very professional work and addressed sprinkler coverage issues I have had. I am pleased with William's work and have contracted with him to put in a drip system for my flower beds in March. The initial quote for the service was more than I could afford but William was able to restructure the proposal to something I could work with and still address my issues. I am pleased with the work done and would recommend William to any of my friends.

Provider did not respond to first call, but did respond via text message to second call a week later. Provider is not currently accepting new maintenance work.

William was friendly, and very knowledgeable about my problem. I would not hesitate to contact him again.

WIlliam did a great job on the original Angie's deal and we hired him to do more extensive work which was done to our satisfaction. Weeks later when one of the sprinklers broke, he came out and fixed it within 24 hours and charged nothing.

The provider contacted me to let me know that the deal didn't include sod removal. I look forward to working with this company in the future.

It went well. They were excellent. They were efficient and prompt. They gave me the real estimate. I felt like I was getting a good deal on everything that was needed in terms of cost and they did a really good job.

He fixed the problems we already knew about and showed us the additional problems before he repaired them. He was very professional and the work was excellent.

Williams Lawn Care arrived promptly in the morning and checked my sprinklers for leaks and made sure all were spraying to capacity. I was given an estimate on replacement of some sprinkler stations that were leaking. William took apart and cleaned the areas that were clogged. William replaced three of the sprinklers in the back yard which are now working great. I will call William the next time I have a problem with my sprinklers and will recommend William's Lawn Care to all friends and relatives.

They were prompt and efficient. They were very knowledgeable and professional. He was very friendly and courteous as well.

No fault of the contractor, but we just couldn't find a mutually agreeable time.

I was completely satisfied with the work that was completed. They kept me informed on all work being done. Quoted prices on all irrigation repairs and was able to turn a major fix into a minor one. Had all the necessary parts on the truck so repairs were done quickly. Good communication and was on time with appointments.

The service went very well. William clearly explained what he was going to do as he went which was great because I knew every little about sprinkler systems. He arrived on time, did the work efficiently and the cost was right around his estimate or a little less. I certainly would use his services again.

I called william last night because a sprinkler valve was leaking; it was not one he had fixed before. He made time to come out today and fixed the problem by replacing the valve. He reset the timer and checked to see that sprinklers were operating correctly. He was courteous and professional.

Turned into a 2 day job. Replacing valves proved to take longer than he has expected. Sprinklers now working well.

It went great. William diagnosed some problems with the sprinkler system, and repaired them as discussed, and for the price agreed upon. I was very happy with his work!

First off I just want to say that I did not have any work done by this man. It did not even get that far because he was extremely rude over the phone and he would not even help provide a solution when he advised me he did not do what I was calling for. I'm sure he would do OK work if he could get past the first contact. Overall this experience was terrible. ***UPDATE*** On 04-01-14 I wrote a review for this contractor. He says he never talked to the woman on this account, which is true because I am the husband of the account holder. Everything I said in my review is true, I have no reason to lie. So to make matters worse this man showed up on my doorstep today and argued with my wife about the review. He stated that he contacted Angie's List and got my address from them and took it upon himself to drive out to my house to argue. My wife did advise him that even if a bad review was written he should have never shown up at my house. I was not home at the time and he continued to argue with my wife even after she told him I was not there. Once I got home she told me what happened and I contacted him right away. Once again he was rude to me on the phone as he was the first time. He only lost his attitude after I advised him that I would be contacting the police. I told him to never come back to my house and that is when the conversation ended. Please be aware that when you write a review that your address is given out and this could happen to you.

I called 2 straight gardeners and he called back immediately. He came out within the next day and told me how much he charge for clean up on the yard and how he would charge to do what I wanted done to get the lawn back. He has just been fabulous. My lawn has never looked this good ever and I have been very happy. I found him on Angies List. He has been in business only for 2 to 4 years but he is well worth it. I really appreciate all his skills. He redid the sprinkler system for me. Many of the sprinklers had to be replaced. He charged me what might be the labor for them, a little over what each sprinkler had cost and now they work beautifully. He flushed the system and he found one that was not working and told me that has to be replaced though it was one he had just repaired, he told how much it would be, I wrote out a check and he had it replaced the next day. He re-seeded it December and I now have a beautiful green grass. He also sprayed everything before he seeded and killed most of the weeds that were there. He used a systemic weed killer in the spot and he is on top of it all the time. I think he has above and beyond his call of duty. He is really good. He also trims the roses every 6 weeks which I appreciate very much. He charges $25 a week for mowing and to edge.
