Excellent. A friend of mine referred me to his service. He responded promptly to my phone call, arrived at our agreed upon time, professionally diagnosed and fixed the problem. Everything went well.

William arrived promptly. The area was very overgrown and needed trimming, etc. William brought his own tools and worked efficiently. Now It looks great!

excellent. william is very conscientious and does excellent work. i had problems for a long time with my drip irrigation system. he realized it had a lot to do with the timer, explained which one to get, and replaced it. he then set the timer, but the next day called because he believed (correctly) that he had made a mistake. he come over within 24 hrs and reset the timer + fixed holes i had mistakenly punced in the new tubing. asked for no extra money, but i gave him a present as compensation.

William was very knowledgeable. He was able to troubleshoot the problem and found the problem was faulty wiring connected to the timer. He was there for about 3 hours. He explained what he was doing and showed me how to adjust the sprinklers.

William was easy to work with. He came on time and was professional. He came back on his day off to fix one watering station that had a problem.

William did a fantastic job! He responded to our request immediately, scheduled easily with our time frame and showed up on time. Very pleasant, professional, honest and fair. We would definitely hire him again!

first of all William is a great guy and someone I have no problem with hiring again. woke up this morning to find my front sprinklers on maybe since the timer set in about 2am went to the shutoff valve but it took me forever to get the water turned off. called William who had worked for me previously we set up a mutual time to have him come over & he was here on time immediately began to access the problem & I left him to his work upon completion he informed me that the valve installed previously was defective and the issue wasn't my fault & that I owned him nothing I offered to pay his labor charge but he said there was no need it was a follow up & not my problem a lot of vendors would have probably tried to gauge me some more but not William he took responsibility of the issue fixed it & no charge. for that I will always appreciate his service. contact him if you have similar issues he's the best

Amazing!!! Not only did he do an outstanding cleanup on my yard, but he fixed my sprinklers. He found leaks that I wasn't even aware of and showed us the leaks that were under ground before he repaired them. Now I know why my water bill was much higher this year compared to last couple of years. I also really appreciate him calling to confirm before his scheduled appointment. He also gave me a solution to my yard that will save even more water.

Weed wacked the front and backyard. Sprayed weed killer. Trimmed a short palm tree and one 10 foot palm tree. 1100 sqft home on a small lot.

The service was very good. He was good and he was prompt.

William arrived on time and went to work immediately, quoting the price for each component of the job as he went. The price on Angie's List for a Best Buy was $55 "for a sprinkler flush and tuneup," but he said after he got here that the $55 was really for an analysis of what needed to be done ... thus, every component of the job (e.g., replacing one sprinkler head) was added to the $55. So my total, including the $55, came to $235. The valve that had a leak originally no longer leaks, but now the other one does. He showed me this and assured me that the leakage was minor, but the leak continues as long as the sprinklers run, and I don't like it. And, one of the sprinklers he did not replace is still malfunctioning; the grass around it was and still is dead. I'm still giving William an overall grade of A, but it's an A minus, and other customers should be prepared to shell out more than they expect, and to specify absolutely everything they want done.
