"Had an appointment for an estimate with a no call no show. Waited at home for the estimator for 4 hours! Not a good way to run a business! Not sure I would trust the with any roofing needs at this point!"

Amazing EZ-Screen Porch Windows are uniquely designed and custom-sized screen porch windows made to fit existing openings without expensive re-framing. They are also ideal for new construction. It’s easy to enclose your outdoor spaces. Versatile, rugged and attractive, they’re also a snap to operate. Open, they let the breeze in, closed they provide protection for rain, snow, wind, dust and the summer sun. Light weight, but heavy duty. Amazing EZ-Screen Porch Windows are constructed of durable extruded aluminum frames with a tough powder coat. The frames hold mesh screens and lightweight, vinyl-glazed panels in place. The strong 10-mil vinyl glaze we use provides panoramic views, while keeping the elements out. If the vinyl is accidentally distorted, it will return to its original shape within minutes. If cut or damaged, the vinyl can be easily replaced inexpensively. Clean with mild dishwashing detergent and a clear water rise. For best results, we recommend a final cleaning with EZ-Screen Vinyl Cleaner and Preservative, available through Amazing EZ-Screen Porch Windows. The Amazing EZ-Screen Porch Windows can ship your new windows directly to your home within 3 – 4 weeks. Our windows are delivered ready to be installed. We always say, “if you can operate a caulking gun and screw gun, then you can install your own windows”. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
"It went perfectly. I called and spoke to the office immediately. They came out the next day on a Sunday prepared to give an estimate and complete the job. Everything is done. They performed quality work with quality products, very professional, clean-cut, honest, efficient, fair price. We are very happy and highly recommend them."

Thank you for considering Rainbow Painting! We love our story. We feel that informing you how we began is as important as letting you know how we intend to move forward with your project. We invite you to take a moment to learn our history and understand certain processes and equipment we have implemented. History Our father was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina as Juan Domingo Pernisco. He was one of 11 brothers and sisters. The family believed in the American Dream. They worked and saved together, longing to immigrate to the United States of America. Supporting each other, one by one, the family made it possible to send each sibling to the United States of America in the early 1960’s. One by one, they learned the English language and prepared to take their citizenship examination with the United States Immigration office. As each sibling became a United States citizen, they began settling in the greater Los Angeles area, each focused on learning a trade in the construction industry. One brother became a licensed concrete contractor, another a general contractor, B licensed. One brother became a licensed painter while the remaining siblings decided to be masons as well as other tradesmen. Our father was the sibling who became the General Contractor. He acquired his license with the Contractors State License Board in 1968. Juan (John) continued as a General Contractor, John’s Construction, until 1985, when he decided to follow in the footsteps of his older brother Lorenzo “Larry” Pernisco as a painter. One afternoon, John came home to his only daughter Neffer, asking her what to name the family’s new painting business. Neffer, age 5, looked up her daddy with big beautiful eyes, toting her Rainbow Brite dolly in her arms and said, “Daddy, you paint all the colors of the rainbow, like Rainbow Brite, you should name it, ‘Rainbow Painting’”. And so it was, Rainbow Painting indeed. Background Over the years, John painted for famous Hollywood actors and actresse

While the terms deck and porch are often used interchangeably, they are two distinct home features. Porches offer a roof that protects from the elements when coming and going from the house. Generally, porches are on the front of your home. On the other hand, decks are generally built in the backyard of a home and offer no roof or protection from the elements, like rain or snow. Porches typically require less maintenance and upkeep thanks to the roof, but both features require regular cleaning and repairs to maintain good condition.
The cost to build a deck is $8,025 on average. However, this cost can range anywhere from $1,500 to $22,000, depending on multiple factors, such as size, materials, and deck type. You can expect to pay $30 to $60 per square foot when building a new deck.
Cedar decks are often the most cost-effective option, ranging from $4 to $9 per square foot for materials. However, pressure-treated decking, which is resistant to rot, is more expensive, ranging from $15 to $25 per square foot for materials.
Yes, adding either a porch or deck (or both!) to your home can add value. Both of these features add character and curb appeal to your home, but even more importantly, they add an element of convenience. Plus, these home features create additional square footage of living space to your home. Adding a porch onto your home can give you a return on investment (ROI) of up to 84%, while adding a deck can provide an ROI of up to 80%.
Several types of porches are available to meet your needs and style preferences. Some common porch types include:
Porticos are essentially a roof over a walkway leading to the home's front entrance.
Sunrooms are closed-in porches that are an extension of the house with glass or plastic panels that allow optimal sunlight.
Wraparound porches extend around the entire home, or at least the front and one side, and offer multiple entrances to the house.
Back porches are an extension of the home’s floor into the outdoors. These offer more protection and privacy than a deck.
As with patios, there are many types of deck choices to choose from to add personalization to your home. Some common deck options include:
Attached decks are anchored to the home and include simple ground-level options or multi-level structures with stairways and separate landings.
Detached island decks are not attached to the home; they’re a freestanding structure in the yard.
Wraparound decks connect the back of the house with at least one other side and often are built with railings for safety.
Multi-level decks connect your deck through varying levels of elevation, featuring landings that are attached to stairs.
