Joe Torres Landscaping

I’m reluctantly writing this review. Joe and his team installed a fence on our residential property not quite four years ago at a cost of $30,000.00. I was initially disappointed with the planning and execution of the fence. The staggering of the panels on the property grade was erratic and haphazard. The height of the fence along the grade varies significantly from panel to panel. Over time, parts of the fence have come loose and have fallen off. The fence currently leans and panels are skewed. One portion of the fence, about four panels, was so significantly compromised I asked Joe to look into repairing it, he responded that repair would cost $2,000.00. I declined having him do the repair. Joe is a nice guy and responsive. And as I mentioned, I reluctantly write this, but I do want to warn any future customers of Joe that you may not be pleased with the work.

Joe is responsive, professional and skilled. We had some challenges from prior work. Joe followed our plan and gave us ideas we had not considered. The team was on time and on budget. I would use them again

My wife and I recently worked with Joe Torres, referred to us by Sara at Pachamama Inspired, for a complete backyard renovation. We were on a tight deadline of just one month to transform our outdoor space, and Joe and his team exceeded every expectation. They delivered not only everything promised but so much more within the timeframe. One of the standout aspects of working with Joe was his exceptional communication. Whether through text, email, phone, or in-person meetings, he was always available, attentive, and proactive in listening to our needs. He made thoughtful recommendations throughout the project and effortlessly navigated our challenging schedule. His team was equally impressive—always punctual, professional, and meticulous about cleaning up at the end of each day. The scope of work was extensive. They completely reimagined our backyard, including new sod, a fire pit, thoughtfully placed plants, mulch, hedges, and trees. The patio was re-leveled, new concrete poured, and beautiful pavers installed to create a polished, functional space. They even handled electrical work with ease. The attention to detail and quality of craftsmanship was truly remarkable. Joe and his team delivered a backyard that not only met but exceeded our vision, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. If you’re considering any type of landscaping, hardscaping, or general contracting work, I highly recommend Joe Torres. Joe and his crew were very professional and did an amazing job. Joe also came back a few times afterward to help me adjust the drip irrigation at no extra cost. The next time I have a big landscaping job I'll be calling him again

Once schedule was set, Joe and his team worked promptly with quality and precision. Every worker knew their job and what to do. If Joe wasn't on site he was always a phone call away and there was always a foreman who I could communicate with if I had any questions.

Joe and his team were amazing. I recently remodeled my house and my yard was mostly a pile of dirt and dead grass. The only things left standing were fruit trees and a magnolia. Joe and his crew graded the front yard where needed, planted what seemed like 50 plants, moved a boulder into place, and laid drip irrigation. Now I finally have irrigation zones that make sense! Native plants don't need as much water as fruit trees so they're on different zones. The crew also installed decomposed granite pathways through my garden. Now I can prune and walk without tiptoeing through the plants. I love my new yard and highly recommend Joe!

Joe and his team were fantastic to work with. On time,clean and collaborative. We had a lot of cactus and succulents to move and replant. Not easy. The hardscape turned out great and level so he corrected any fall issues. I recommend Joe to some friends and they are equally pleased with his work and attitude. We are really happy with his work and prices.

Joseph is amazing! He runs the whole show himself. He answers his phone if you have an issue and follow through on every promise. His original bid came in 2/3rds of the other bids and he made me feel very comfortable, no big sales pitch, just options, recommendations and an accurate timeline. He cleared the back yard, took out trees, tree roots, coved my pool, did fake grass, landscaping, stone, lighting , electrical. He even arranged a pool contractor to replaster my pool. Rebuilt a wall that fell when the ivy was removed. Amazing job! So good. I got him to do my front driveway, all in all over 2000 sq feet of concrete. It was a big job but my house looks great now. The increased value added to the house is way higher than money spent. I highly recommend Joseph Torres. He’s an easy guy to work with.

Joe's crew was very professional. They mostly arrived on time and knew what work was planned for the day. His crew worked together and did a great job. My newly landscaped yard is testament to the quality of work he provides. I would definitely recommend him.

Went fantastic. Honest work for an honest price. Joseph was always available and promptly return phone calls. His crew was professional and courteous, did quality work and left the project spotless. I would definitely use again.
