NES Propery Services is the best contractor that I have ever worked with. They listened to what I wanted, added suggestions that would make the bathroom more cost effective and beautiful, and were very easy to work with. I was in Chicago for most of the remodeling project in Los Angeles. Sean kept me updated with texts, photos, and calls. Both Natalie and Sean were great in helping me with selection of quality fixtures, cabinets, flooring and everything needed for the Master bathroom, and troubleshooting as necessary. Extremely professional from start to finish. My entire home was even cleaned before I returned to Los Angeles! They went above and beyond to make sure things were right. The results exceeded my expectations! If I ever do any additional projects in Los Angeles, NES Property Services will be the company that I definitely contact to do the work. I wish I could find someone as reputable and good for my home in Chicago!

We just had our bathroom remodeled by NES Property Services. This was our first remodeling project and we are SO very happy with the outcome! Our bathroom is beautiful with a large walk in shower with a bench seat and a large niche running the length of the shower. The craftsmanship that went into the tile work is precise and beautiful and exactly what I envisioned. NES was able to accommodate a custom built-in shelf unit in the bathroom working around it and actually incorporating it into the design so it blended seamlessly with the new floor and wall! All of the specialists on their team are experts in their field, courteous, and professional. NES (Sean and Natalie) are a pleasure to work with and effective communicators. They are able to listen to your wants, needs and concerns and address any issue that comes up with professionalism and consideration. They are honest, family people with a passion for their work which translates into making sure their clients are happy and business is conducted with integrity.

All of their workers did a good job. Natalie was good about addressing problems as they arose. Both Sean and Natalie had good design ideas. I would hire them again in the future.

We are beyond happy with the final results of this remodel. What started as a bathroom remodel, became 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and living area whole house remodel. Workers came when they said they would and were always pleasant and professional. The quality of all the work is exceptional. They kept their timeline promise even when I doubted they could.

Excellent work, great communication, friendly and trustworthy workers, flexible scheduling, and clean. NES did an A+ job, and our kitchen came out even better than we could have imagined!

Natalie was great about putting my concerns to rest during the initial contact and one of the primary reasons I selected their business. Sean was great in helping me select the right materials and overseeing the crews he chose to work on our project. Although a complete remodel of a master bath may take up to 4 weeks, our remodel took more than 6 months before the work began - all due to family issues that took priority over the remodeling of our bathroom. Sean remained positive and reassured us he would be there when we were ready. And our bathroom is a real showcase!

Their workers were great and trustworthy. They were always on time and Nes did a great job keeping us informed on the weekly schedule and always responded to our emails/texts. They also kept promise with the timeline of the project. I would recommend them for sure!

While I started out only doing a Master Bathroom Remodel, I ended up replumbing the whole house as well as smaller jobs in almost every room. They are the best! Their workers are artists at what they do and while they may not be the lowest bid you get (they were for me without the extras I had them do), you can be assured you will get top rate service, workmanship, and materials

Natalie and Sean are an awesome, attentive, caring team. They make remodeling as non-invasive as possible. Everything haa been done with great attention to detail. Their workmen have been respectful and efficient ... a whole team of very hard working men. My bathroom remodel is almost completed and it looks fantastic. I continued my remodel with flooring, etc.

When I bought the house, it was the original 1936 kitchen. For the remodel NES redesigned my entire kitchen from scratch which included: removing a wall to adjoin 2 rooms to make the kitchen bigger, new floor plans, new electrical, new countertops, new flooring, new custom cabinets, new lighting, and new appliances. Natalie helped me design a kitchen that is not only practical but beautiful for a reasonable price. She and her husband gave me excellent advice on what to pick out each step of the way. They also helped me pick out appliances. I just used them again to replace the vinyl flooring in my bathroom to tile after my toilet leaked.

Amazing, incredible, impeccable workmanship and attention to detail; all accolades that pretty much sums up the outstanding work done in my home by the awesome team of NES Property Services. Their work included the redesign of my fabulous kitchen with gorgeous cabinets and granite counters, created my new bathroom spa, expanded my family room, added new windows and shutters, and new wood flooring throughout my home. Oh, and I absolutely love the fabulous custom tile they laid in my dining room, kitchen, and entry-way. I felt comfortable with the integrity of their workers to do what needed to be done, often times under very tight timelines. I appreciate that their dedicated team cleaned up each time, each day that they worked in my home. No matter which room friends and family see for the first, they are amazed at the work that was done. Thank you NES for exceeding my expectations!

The NES quote was near the middle on price of the four bids for this guest bathroom project. NES kept to the contract for price and time and performed with top quality workmanship. NES were the greatest for organizing and executing on time. I am now considering hiring NES again, this time for the remodal of the masterbath. NES has my highest recommendation.

NES Properties is an excellent contractor. Natalie, the general contractor helps the customer to design a kitchen that is practical, beautiful for a reasonable price. Her team includes cabinet maker, counter top specialists, plumbers, electrician, tile installer and any other expertise, as needed. She provides customer service through the project and guarantees her work even after completion. They keep the work area clean and clean up after completion. We have been very satisfied with her teams work and we strongly recommend NES Property service as General Contractor to our friends and neighbors.
