NES did 2 bathroom remodels for me. The communication was very good and the bathrooms turned out great. Very satisfied. Natalie and Sean came to the tile shop with me and helped me pick out tiles. Their tile subcontractor was excellent. I do not have a good eye for design but NES helped with all that so I did not have to make very many decisions.

My husband and I highly recommend Nes Property Services. We cannot begin to say how impressed we were with Natalie and Seanâ s quality of work, level of attention to detail, timeliness of their work, and professionalism. We asked them to remodel our kitchen. They literally transformed the kitchen we couldnâ t stand to be in into the kitchen of our dreams! It was a huge undertaking as the kitchen has a lot of angles and everything in the kitchen was customized to the tee. It was no easy task but they were commmitted to giving us the kitchen we wanted and they delivered. They literally went above and beyond. We couldnâ t believe how knowledgable they were. Any question we had was immediately followed by a response and suggestions which actually worked to our advantage. Natalie and Sean truly know their industry! You wonâ t be disappointed.

They solved the issue I had with a ceiling starting to sag. I wanted a wall taken down to enlarge my kitchen. Sean told me that they would fix the ceiling issue. We discovered that the front 2 sections of my manufactured home were pulling apart. We also discovered that my AC duct sections had come apart in the ceiling, so the system was not working as it should. They fixed everything!! My home is more like a regular house that a mobile home. I have insulation in the walls and ceilings, and plaster on all the walls. I will be able to enjoy my home in comfort for the rest of my life!

NES Property Services, I cannot say enough good things about their work ethic, professionalism and quality of finished product. We did an extensive master bath remodel, including taking down walls. Every time I walk in my bathroom I am so thankful that Natalie and Sean of NES Property Services brought their expertise to bear. They gave me great advice. They explained pricing. Their subs were fantastic! Every person who came in this house took the project seriously. NES Property Services did a great job remodeling our kitchen, pantry, and entertainment center and were willing to work with us to make our over 10 year dream remodel a reality. The project was completed on time and the crews were all very professional, super clean and respectful with the rest of our house. We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen.

Very professional crew. Worked every day but Sunday, even a few Saturdays. Completed the job on time. A full master bedroom and bath remodel, and it's beautiful!! Sean and Natalie were always available to answer questions and address any concerns. We couldn't be happier with the process or results.

Very good customer service. When we had a concern or thought we saw a problem, they addressed it promptly, even if it took more than one attempt to get it right. They kept their promises. They addressed problems immediately. An owner was always available, easily reachable, and reasonable to deal with. Worker/s were onsite every workday. Crews, generally, were respectful of being in the home. Followthrough is solid. After completion of the project, they remain available to remedy issues. We thoroughly enjoy the results of the remodel.

Natalie and Sean are AMAZING!!! They are honest, genuinely care about their clients, and will not rest until the customer is satisfied. They went above and beyond doing my two bathroom remodels and I could not be happier. I only wish I hadn't already done by kitchen before I met them, so they could have done that too.

We hired them because their ideas were the best of all the contractors we had out. The owner's are very hands on and take a personal interest in the project. It turns out that they had done work for 2 of our relatives and we did not even know that. Our relatives were extremely satisfied with their work and strongly recommended them. We are just in the beginning stages of a big project so I cannot comment on the work yet but we have been very happy with everything up to this point. They are very enthusiastic, personable and confident in their work. I will update this review when the actual construction is done

We had a water leak in kitchen which required not only repairs and replacement in the kitchen bit also the master bedroom ceiling and wall below the kitchen. All of the workers that Natalie and Sean sent to accomplish the work were great. Natalie and Sean took a personal interest in making sure that the work met our expectations. We could not be happier and would recommend their Company to anyone seeking similar work on their home. Great folks!

I have had NES complete at least four major projects for us, and have been quite pleased with the results. They follow through on timelines and are always communicative about next steps.

If you decide to hire NES, you re working with true professionals, Every person that worked on my bathroom remodel were knowledgeable, friendly and the work they did was not complete until I was happy. During several stages of my remodel, I had vacations planned and communication with NES was beyond my expectations. They kept me updated via text messages, photos and calls. I knew right away I didn t have too much to worry about, even if I have remodeled before. If you re new to remodeling, I assure you they will be there to assist you every step of the way. I highly recommend NES and if you re looking to get a job done right, if you want to work with professionals and if you appreciate courteous people, look no further. Just be aware there are companies and contractors that will do a job cheaper but I found it well worth every dime I spent. Thank you NES for my beautiful new bathroom!!

Complete remodel of two bathrooms that involved major construction efforts (think moving walls, reframing doors, etc.). Great folks all around! Fair, honest, and reliable. What more can you ask for? Very fair and honest pricing and very open and honest folks. I can't overstate how awesome it is to be able to actually trust folks in this business. Natalie and Sean go out of their way to ensure that you are happy and satisfied and will work collaboratively with you through any issues that may arise or white glove it if that s what you prefer. Good people for sure. Will be looking to them for future projects for certain!

Our project isn't actually 100% complete yet but all that is left are a few minor touch ups. And that's exactly what I want to mention here. remodels done while you are living in the house are invasive and can be overwhelming at times. Sean and Natalie made it as painless as possible. When you reach a point where it's nearly done, there are always tiny details and minor touch-ups to be handled. These folks have made it quite clear that the job is not done until I'm completely happy and every nit I can pick has been exterminated. They will bring back the carpenter, painter, whateverâ even after the Andy Gump has been hauled away and the protective paper taken up off the floor in adjacent areas, if something is foundâ maybe months later, there is no worry about Sean and Natalie standing by their work and doing whatever is needed. Their work ethic and trustworthiness is phenomenal. And let me just mention their tile workâ  GORGEOUS! In our tiny bathroom they relocated the toilet to the other side of the room, removed the old 1942 tub and put in a marvelous shower with a low curb and grab bars, floating vanity, gorgeous glass vessel sink and even replaced the window and put in a larger door for easier access. The bathroom is now much better laid out and feels twice the size even though it's exactly the same dimensions. Best part is, there is practically nothing these folks can't do. So when it comes time to do our driveway, roof, add on a room or convert our garage to guest house or apartment, they can handle everything. Their name says "Property Services" and they really can handle anything your property needs. So far, everything I've been able to compare quotes on has been very competitive too so you won't pay extra for having a one-stop shop. I really like these folks and look forward to a long relationship with them.

Our kitchen remodel morphed into two bathrooms, flooring and staircase remodel, which all turned out gorgeous and were well worth the adventure. Sean and Natalie were a pleasure to work with.

I needed to help my 75yr old mother remodel her kitchen with new recessed lighting, counters and backslash while living 7 hrs away. We had interviewed many contractors but none stood out more than NES Property Services. In particular, their understanding that my situation needed extra special care be taken working with my mother who has never been through a remodel process. Sean guaranteed me he'd be my Advil throughout the project. Indeed NES was my Advil, the project was completed very timely without issues. Furthermore the quality of work was top notch. After having been through some less than satisfactory experiences with other contractors, NES has proven that you can get both high quality work with high quality attitude in one efficient package. I highly recommend them.

This was our first remodel and NES came highly recommended by someone we knew well and trusted. Right from the start Natalie and Sean really listened to us and helped us imagine what we could do in the space we already had. They used quality materials and provided lots of options, but were also happy to let us follow our own design instincts. In the end we got exactly what we wanted, a gorgeous new kitchen with plenty of space to cook and entertain in a style that still fit our house. We can't say enough good things about our experience with NES, and look forward to working with them again.

NES Propery Services is the best contractor that I have ever worked with. They listened to what I wanted, added suggestions that would make the bathroom more cost effective and beautiful, and were very easy to work with. I was in Chicago for most of the remodeling project in Los Angeles. Sean kept me updated with texts, photos, and calls. Both Natalie and Sean were great in helping me with selection of quality fixtures, cabinets, flooring and everything needed for the Master bathroom, and troubleshooting as necessary. Extremely professional from start to finish. My entire home was even cleaned before I returned to Los Angeles! They went above and beyond to make sure things were right. The results exceeded my expectations! If I ever do any additional projects in Los Angeles, NES Property Services will be the company that I definitely contact to do the work. I wish I could find someone as reputable and good for my home in Chicago!

We just had our bathroom remodeled by NES Property Services. This was our first remodeling project and we are SO very happy with the outcome! Our bathroom is beautiful with a large walk in shower with a bench seat and a large niche running the length of the shower. The craftsmanship that went into the tile work is precise and beautiful and exactly what I envisioned. NES was able to accommodate a custom built-in shelf unit in the bathroom working around it and actually incorporating it into the design so it blended seamlessly with the new floor and wall! All of the specialists on their team are experts in their field, courteous, and professional. NES (Sean and Natalie) are a pleasure to work with and effective communicators. They are able to listen to your wants, needs and concerns and address any issue that comes up with professionalism and consideration. They are honest, family people with a passion for their work which translates into making sure their clients are happy and business is conducted with integrity.
