"He did a bad job, he painted the front door at the top so now there is paint on the glass because he did not tape it off and did not try to clean it. He complained about the previous guy that painted it because there were spots but he did a worse job painting it while holding onto his phone while he is painting and put the wrong color. The back door he put a deadbolt in but it just spins so I had to hire a locksmith to fix it. I had a door jammer on my office and master bedroom door that he was supposed to have it installed but it did not work so I had to have the locksmith fix that also. He was supposed to do touch paint on the wall by the door frame an he did not do it, I went around to check the work after he left because he said he was done and found these issues, I had to hire someone else to fix these issues. He gave the key to my neighbors which they came into my house and ruined mt computer."

He was here checking on the work daily to make sure everything ran smoothly which is rare for a contractor as usually they just come a few times during the process. Everything is beautiful and he went to extra mile to shop with me for the flooring tiles, quartz countertops, cabinets and sink. I'm super picky as an artist / former fashion designer and he was able to help me create exactly what I had designed. He had great ideas such as adding a waterfall edge to the quartz countertop and a window sill piece from quartz as well. This project was a complete gut and rebuild due to a dishwasher leak - homeowner's insurance claim. I was having issues with my insurance and David went above and beyond to help me navigate the insurance issues so we could complete the project. He is always very prompt and organized. Some of the other contractors that I had previously contacted could not even be bothered to give me a call back or show up on time to a scheduled appointment but David was able to meet with me right away and always notified me of the work schedules. Pricing was reasonable and in line with other estimates I received."

"The good reviews are fake. They promise a free estimate but then strongarm you into getting the work done immediately. Benjamin came out for a free quote that ended up being a very very very very expensive slider replacement ($875 for two sliders, which then became $700 and then $650 as I kept saying no). I kept telling him no, and he kept saying I could not say no, he loved these doors, the sliders needed replacing, he wasn?t leaving, how much money did I have, who could I borrow money from, etc. etc. I should have been more aggressive and just demanded he leave or I?d call the cops, but I am dealing with personal and family health issues as well as my condo?s destruction by flooding while working multiple jobs with no sleep (he arrived an hour earlier than the appointment time at 8am), and I agreed to his ridiculous price because I?m stupid and just wanted the door fixed and to move on with my life. I realize I can?t take that back after the work is completed, but he caused a lot of"
