Description of Work: My husband chatted with Evans Pests because we heard noises in our 2-story chimney which sounded like an animal in there. He was too busy to come out but said he could in the next couple of days. My husband had a good impression of the guy he talked too, didn't get his name though. He was reasonable and seemed helpful, just booked up. No more noises so we didn't call him back.

+ -1 moreWe've used Neil's company before and called in a panic when we saw shavings on the floor coming down from the ceiling. We were afraid it might be termites. Based on what we told him on the phone he said that wasn't what it sounded like and because they were heavily booked for the next week he offered to send someone over to pick up a sample of the shavings. Then he called and gave us his thoughts on what it might be and because of our need to get it taken care of right away, he made a real effort to send someone out in a few days. His crew was great, as always and took care of the problem.
Description of Work: We have beamed ceilings and noticed "shavings" on the carpet coming down from the ceiling. Whatever was up there was making a new knot hole. Neil's crew identified the problem and dealt with it inside and outside the house in under an hour after arrival.

+ -1 moreEXPENSIVE BUT GOOD. VERY PROMPT. IT WAS QUICK AND IT SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN EFFECTIVE. VERY DETAILED INSPECTION REPORT. KNEW EXACTLY WHAT WAS GOING ON. GOOD COMMUNICATION.
Description of Work: IT WAS A TERMITE INSPECTION AND REPAIR. SPRAYING AND TINTING. TO GET RID OF SUBTERRANEAN AND THE ONES INSIDE THE HOUSE IN THE AIR.
