Henderson Tree Service

Arrived on time, completed the job as specified. We had a $399 for $800 Angies list offer, which made it a reasonable deal, otherwise I thought their prices were a bit high.

Work was performed with care and an eye for shape. work and cleanup was performed beyond my expectations.

They were very nice and punctual for the appointment, but I canceled their service because they do not have a licensed arborist on staff. I only found that out after I purchased a $200 voucher on Angie's List, so I had to call them back a few days before the service was scheduled and cancel, which they did with no issues.

They did a beautiful job. They were easy to deal with. They were very courteous and they were the experts.

We needed our tree trimmed. Angie's list had a special from Henderson tree service which we purchased. Called and made an appt. They were on time and did a very nice job. Shaped the tree and cleaned up their mess. It was everything we expected them to do.

The guys from Henderson Tree Service were on time, they really knew what they were doing so they spent the time and did the job and at the end they asked me if they were satisfied because they didn't want to come back. I was very happy with their service. They didn't do anything above and beyond but the few things I asked them to take care of they were ready to help. The guys were easy to work with, polite and they understood what needed to be done. They gave me some recommendations along the way which was very useful to me. They cleaned up their mess as well, they took time to clean up everything and took it all to the wood chipper. The driveway was clean, they cleaned up the area underneath the tree and they even asked me if i wanted to keep some fine branches as firewood because they said it makes some good firewood. I said yes and they chopped it up for me and put it in a stack. I would recommend these guys to anyone! Their pricing was not the lowest but for a big company they were pretty competitively priced, I was happy with the quote I received. It was not the best quote but a good quote. I would absolutely use them again in the future. I have already recommended them to my neighbor and gave them the contact information for Henderson Tree Service.

It did not go at all for the foregoing reasons.

I called they, they responded promptly and came and did the work professionally.

They did a good job, but I think I got what I paid for not the big savings. However I am ok with it because they did a nice job and it needed done.

Start to finish a job well done

Showed up as scheduled; Did work as specified; Cleaned up thoroughly; Did not damage anything.

We have a very large yard with over 20 very tall palm trees. We saw the coupon on Angie's llst and decided to try Henderson's. We have used several different tree services over the years with varying degrees of satisfaction. Henderson was my first attempt to actually use Angie's List. My wife has very high standards and is a tough grader. She and I were both very impressed with the Henderson work crew that came to our house. First, they came on the scheduled day and on time. Second, their arrival was almost silent despite the heavy equipment they brought with them and at least a 4 man crew. Third, every member of the crew was professional. No loud banter. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were very polite and respectful. Fourth, their clean-up was excellent. They left the yard and driveway cleaner than it was before their arrival. Very impressive. Fifth, 1 or 2 days after they left, there was one hanging palm frond on each of 4 large palm trees. I felt they should have removed those fronds. I called Henderson and explained the problem. There was no argument or defensiveness. Instead, we just set up a date for the crew to return to finish those 4 trees. Again they came on the scheduled day at the scheduled time. They cut down the 4 hanging fronds efficiently and again left the yard clean and swept. My wife and I were very impressed. We look forward to using Henderson again and feel very comfortable recommending them to friends and neighbors.

Henderson gave good advice: postpone the Big Deal service for several months (to trim a large pine tree) to avoid damaging the tree, rather than spring when I purchased the service.

After one weather delay they came on time,worked quickly,efficiently, did what we agreed on, and cleaned up.

Went Well. Enough said. Satisfied!

They gave me ideas as to which trees needed trimming and which trees were harming the property. Everything was done the way it was discussed and it looks great!

Extremely professional group of workers. Very prepared to do the job quickly and safely. Very interesting to watch them cut down a very tall tree without hitting the house or fence. Also used them to trim a very overgrown mesquite tree (hope I spelled that right). Cleaned up everything nicely and hauled it away. Would recommend to anyone!

He came and told me he could only do 2 trees for the $99 for $200 worth of tree service. The value wasn't' very good the for job they were going to do. I ended up getting a refund.

They trimmed some trees and disposed of the limbs. It was the first time I had used them. They came, they went, they did.

They did a very good job and charged a very fair price for trimming a huge overgrown tree i had. Hard workers. Did what they said they would do.

I called them to set up an appointment and left a message. Very quickly they called me back and informed me that they do not service my area. They were very friendly and encouraged me to get a refund from Angie's List which is what I'm doing.

There were some issues with scheduling at the beginning but once they got here they did a good job.

They arrived on time, they had all the proper equipment and supplies, they had a well-trained crew, they accomplished the work as I specified. Highly recommend

They were on time and got right to work. They did a solid job with no problems. They removed a 20 foot palm tree and did a pretty good job of removing the remnants. The Bird of Paradise was completely removed with no residual debris. They cleanded up really well and finished on time.
