Description of Work: Their work was fine but more than 3 times what I've normally paid. Two trees we didn't address because they quoted $3000 for the two of them. I later had the same work done on those two trees for $600 total.

She did call back a few minutes later and told me that they had tried to call me, though I had no record of a call, to tell me they don't service Fallbrook. She said I should call Angie's list for a rebate. Nancy was very nice but overall it was a disappointing experience, especially since it was the first time we had bought a "Big Deal."

Description of Work: I was offered the service AND bought it online through Angie's List, but never heard from them. I finally contacted them and was told they do not come to our area. I then had to contact Angie's List to get my money back. What a hassle -- why would it be listed and allow me to purchase the service if it was not available???? I would have given an "F", but at least they were nice about it.

Description of Work: we have a HUGE tree that hangs over the house. they thinned it out and made everthing much safer. they also cleaned up ALL the trimmings.

Description of Work: Juan seemed very knowledgeable very quickly came out and gave me an estimate on my project of lacing 20 eucalyptus, trimming many pepper trees and trimming a very tall palm tree. He also completely removed five other trees and trimmed several others. It took two days to do. The work was done to my satisfaction. They cleaned up after themselves and everything looks good.

I purchased the coupon for tree service on Angieslistlist and within the following few days received a call from Henderson Tree Service to set up the appointment. The man came out to meet with me to look over the trees that needed work. He gave me an estimate and said I would be contacted by the company to set up appointment time for the actual work. I was called the next day, and appointment was made. The crew came out, and the job was done beautifully. Everyone was so polite, and professional. They were punctual, finished the job in the estimated time frame, and cleaned up all the debris. I would absolutely use this company again, and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs tree service

Description of Work: the company xld after seeing the distance and on the same day as the order. I sent two emal to have my amex purchased deleted but no reply so I told amex to disbute the charge.

Description of Work: Bought Angie's big deal 199 for 400 worth of service. Called the company and they don't service 92129. Lame - why did Angie's and this company let me purchase the Big Deal to begin with! Waste of time getting refund from Angie's due to this issue.

Description of Work: I had purchased the 'Big Deal' thru Angie's List to use Henderson Tree Services. They advertised $99 valued at $200 worth of Tree Cutting Services. I purchased one for our home and one for my daughter's home. I had planned to have 3 medium to large branches cut down at my home and one tree 'laced' at my daughter's. When a 3 man crew came out, they looked at the 3 branches that I wanted cut off and began 'gearing up'. The person who looked like the head guy said this should take half a day to do this job and half a day to do my daughter's. I asked what the price was and after phoning in to his office, he came back and told me $600 for mine and unknown for my daughter's, as they'd have to see it first. Needless to say, I called their office and spoke to the female who answered the phone 'Nancy' and told her there is no way I'm paying $600 for 3 branches that need to be cut down. She said they are licensed and insured and that 'costs money'. I explained that a couple hundred more would have been more in line with a reasonable price and that I believe this whole process smacked of 'bait and switch' tactics. I told her I was not interested and would not use their services for my home OR my daughter's home, now or in the future.
