Responded to my phone call, very professional. Did job on time and as promised. I wasn't even there.

They were on time, professional, and did a great job.

I had a $99 coupon for $200 worth of work, and was slightly surprised at the estimate of $475. (* I had to pay an additional 275 after the coupon value was deducted from the estimate.) Juan Ortiz, the man who gave me the estimate, patiently explained the hourly cost of 2 men, and the liability etc, which made the cost seem much more reasonable to me. Unfortunately, I had to be at work on the day they came, but they did everything that was promised, adequately, as far as I could tell. I had a good crop of plums in the summer!

I bought an $800 coupon for $400 on AL. Removal of the large pepper tree was bid at $1000. I agreed and presented my coupon. Job was done expertly for $600. I have several more trees that will likely require service or removal, and I plan to call Henderson Tree Service first.

Try to get their first phone call since there won't be another follow up or reminder.

Called them - they said they would be happy to come out and give an estimate. They never called back and they never showed. Completely unresponsive.

The palm was sitting on the property line and needed to be removed for safety. Arby and Rudy arrived ready to work and removed the palm quickly and efficently. A discovery of a riser for the irrigation system was found imbedded in the exterior of the palm. Arby and Rudy gave suggestions as to how to adapt the imbedded pipe and materials to do the task.

The original quote for the three areas was $2100, which we thought was quite excessive. There were a total of 7 trees. One was the palm tree. The quote for it was $450. Considering that it had been trimmed about three years ago, we thought that was also a bit pricey. On the upside, they did a great job and removed all the debris.

The service was pretty good. Overall it was a pretty good experience. It had been a couple of months since they did the landscaping work, but everything has grown back again. The pricing and their tree service was good.

Both the owner and the worker were very nice. The price was the issue.

Crew showed up on time and were very professional. Checked with me to make sure it was what I wanted. Cleaned up all the debris.

A crew of three arrived on time and the tree pruner climbed to the top of the tree and through the expert use of ropes and trimming equipment trimmed and shaped the tree from top to bottom. The two ground men collected all trimmings and cleaned the yard. The result was excellent and the tree now looks good and has straightened up.

We purchased the $399 for $800 worth of tree services. We knew we would need more work done than that, so we had them come and give us an estimate. We ened up paying $2400 in total to have our palm trees trimmed and have 6 giant eucalptus trees cut down and removed. We were surprised when they were able to complete this all in one long day's time. They did a great job and were very professional. It was a super hot and humid day, but they didn't let that slow them down. We will use them again in the future, as we have a lot of trees on our property.

They did an excellent job. They were on time for the estimate. The person who came to do the estimate, Juan, was friendly and knowledgeable. They did exactly what they said they would do, and the work was done well.

The estimator came out right on time and was very knowledgeable. Estimation was $400 but I had an Angie's List coupon for $400 worth of service for $200. I agreed to the estimate. There was a bit of confusion since I did not hear back form the company for a while to schedule the service. When I called to inquire they said that they had us down for service that day. Fortunately I was home and available, but I did not recall getting a call to set it up. It happens. None the less they did a great job on the tree, and cleaned up very nicely.

I have a huge beautiful tipu tree that needed pruning. Juan gave me the bid and came back with his men to do the job. They did a beautiful job and I will have them back when the tree nees pruning again. Beautiful job.

Overall it went well. We had a $200 coupon that we purchased for $99 through Angies' BIG DEAL program. Since there were many other people purchasing the coupon, it took more than a month for the company to arrange for an appointment for the tree expert to evaluate and offer a total estimate. We were pleased with the men who did the job as well as a good cleanup.

Overall a good experience, but not the best I've encountered. I don't think the discount was worth it. I may be more exacting than most customers as I am an avid gardener and I take great pains with my landscape. Do get agreement that they will not start or finish without you if you are picky like me!

The three man crew arrived on time with a boom truck, a dump truck and a wood chipper the morning of the job. They went to work preparing the area so there would be no damage to our property from falling limbs. The work went fine, and the crew leader came to the door in the early afternoon to ask me to inspect the work. Everything looked great...the trees were trimmed very nicely and all the limbs and leaves had been cleaned up from our driveway. They did a fine professional job, and I will use them again!

I bought an Angie's List deal for tree trimming. I called and had an appointment for the services within one week. Tree trimmer came on the day scheduled, trimmed the tree perfectly, and cleaned up all the trimming. Perfect job.

They came out the same day I called and provided an estimate for the cost of trimming back many trees, which were well overdue for trimming. The price seemed reasonable and we agreed to have them perform the work. They arrived the next day as scheduled and worked efficiently and professionally until the job was done. They were careful and removed all the trimmings and waste from our yard when they were done. A very easy and good experience and I would use them again.

I bought one of their big deal coupons ($400 for $200). They priced the job the same as other companies so there was no attempt to inflate the price because of the coupon. Nancy in the office was very nice and worked to get me the appointment time I needed (within 2 weeks). They arrived exactly on time and finished in about an hour. The palm trees were right next to a fence and they did a great job taking the trees down without harming the fence. Considering how dirty palms are they did a good job on clean up. I had to do some final cleaning and raking, but that was my choice as I could have asked them to do it but felt they did enough. I had a few bucks left on the coupon so I had them take a good size pile of clippings I had and put them in their chipper. I thought they did a very good job and will be happy to hire them again.

Purchased a Deal of the Day coupon on Angie's List. I called and spoke with Nancy to schedule a tree trimming. We had branches from our Pepper Tree growing into the electrical wires running from the street to the house. It was a mess and we were pretty sure the cost of the coupon would probably cover the work, which it did. I did not want any addtional work done at this time and made that clear in my initial contact with Nancy. She set up the appointment, called with the date and time. Two men came and did the work on time and as scheduled. They worked very efficiently taking the tree way back so it wouldn't interfere with the wires. They were friendly but professional, worked steadily and cleaned up all branches and debris. We are very satisfied with their work and would give them an opportunity to estimate other work for us.

Not sure it is ever wise to work with someone who does not honor their offer.

They ignored my calls and they never contacted me even though I left several voicemails with my phone numbers. When I did manage to have them come over, they told me they did not have the right equipment and that they would come back in a week. They never came back and never called again.
