Dennis and crew cleaned up all fire and smoke damage plus do an excellent job at overall cleaning - including cleaning and arranging our fridge. We never thought anyone could clean up all the extensive smoke damage but they made the house look like it never happened.

We had a plumbing problem that backed up into the downstairs bathrooms and kitchen drain. We weren't equipped to handle the cleanup and called in the experts. Dennis Michaels and his team did a wonderful, thorough job. We were so happy with the results, and their outstanding attention to detail, that we are hiring them to clean other parts of the house, as well. They did an outstanding job and I highly recommend them for a thorough, on-time, on-budget cleaning of any part of the house!

He and his crew not only cleaned to the standard promised, but exceeded it and honored the original estimate. They are on-time--and if traffic is heavy, Mr. Michaels calls to let me know -- and they always clean for the contracted 2 hours and 30 minutes and finish ontime. They are pleasant, responsive, professional. If a specific area of the house needs additional attention, all I have to do is point it out and they take care of it. No push-back like two of our previous housecleaners. For those of you with pets, my dogs like them--another indicator that they are ok to have regularly in the house. Overall it went excellently, I rate them highest of any of the people we have had clean our house over the last 20 years and recommend their services without hesitation. I would say that trust, integrity, delivery of promised services, attention to detail are major reasons I highly recommend the services of Dennis Michaels and his crew.

The house was sparkly everywhere! Dennis has a great crew and supervises them the entire time they are there. I asked him to wash the front & back patio which was not in our original estimate but he did it anyway with no charge.

Couldn't be better. Since I booked at the last minute, they had to work around their schedule, but that wasn't a problem at all. Dennis' crew was extremely hard working and efficient. I had a lot of books and CDs and Dennis suggested The Container Store which really helped me get a handle on my stuff. Also, Dennis was very clear on what he was going to do and how much it would cost and how long it would take - he was right on it took him and his 3 staff members 3 and 1/2 days. My floors look better than they have in the 11 years I've lived here. My only regret is that I hadn't called him years ago. I am going to try and get him back every year for a spring cleaning. It might seem expensive, but worth every penny. In addition, Dennis was just a joy to work with.

I recently moved my mother out of the house she has lived in for 50 years, and I knew the house would need a very thorough cleaning. When I first started reviewing the providers for house cleaning, I noticed a lot of people had problems with cleaning crews using the wrong products or abrasive tools, resulting in damage to their property. I read a lot of reports looking for the kind of service that would put our house in perfect order for a sale--this careful review prepared me for what it might cost! With Dennis Michael's Service I found what I was looking for. Although the service was quite a bit of money, I had a good idea of the amount of work involved. Dennis showed up to give me an estimate and was very courteous and professional. We went over every item carefully to create the quote. When we were done I was even more aware of the work that needed to be done! Dennis and his crew (4 altogether) showed up right on time, and got to work at 9:00 am, and worked straight through till after 5:00. When I arrived to make the inspection I looked around and asked for them to try a little harder on some challenging areas, and I was graciously accommodated. The house looked beautiful and a number of things were done that were above and beyond the scope of what we had discussed. Even the front porch was swept, cleaned and hosed off and the threshold scrubbed clean. All in all, I was more than satisfied. We got excellent value for our money and I highly recommend this cleanng service to anyone who needs a top notch job.

Dennis is meticulous, professional, funny, kind, and courteous to both the client and his crew. I can recommend him highly. Don't be intimidated by the cost of the services he provided us: the job was very big, and remember: you get what you pay for. He does maintenance cleaning as well. Once the house is clean, he'll come on a regular basis to keep it that way. We have a regular housekeeper but are seriously considering hiring Dennis to come in a few times a year to do a very thorough job. We will probably be doing some construction as well. I can't imagine anyone else cleaning our house after a construction crew messes it up!

Dennis and his crew spent 2 days cleaning the inside of my house, all of the windows and the inside of the garage. They did a fantastic job.

Always prompt and professional. This is our 2nd time using them. They are the most detailed job imaginable and left the apartment not just clean, but spotless and shiny. In just one day, they undid a years worth of negligence to the apartment and it rented immediately.

We needed a complete cleaning, especially of the "hard to reach" areas of our house. All work was done efficiently and professionally.

I first talked to Dennis over the phone and we agreed to meet so he could see the place and tell me what his service could do. We went through my place thoroughly and he told me about all of the areas/places/things he would clean. We sat down to discuss payment and I was shocked at his first quote, $1200. We eventually talked and settled on $1050. I had no idea that that is what this would cost. They came and worked while I was at work and I was very pleased with the result! If I ever have a big cleaning job to do again and some extra money, I'd hire him again.

Very well. The job was fairly large and when I had a question about whether an area had been cleaned, Dennis made sure all my questions were answered.

Dennis meets with you and discusses every area you want cleaned in great detail to make sure nothing is missed. Dennis and his crew prompt and friendly. His crew worked amazingly hard for 9 1/2 hours. Dennis is a lot of fun, non-judgemental about my dirt (!) and always made sure to check with me if a solution he wanted to use for a difficult cleaning project might have unexpected consequences. They did miss 2 (tiny) things, but I have no regrets whatsoever and would gladly use them again and recommend to all.

I had called Dennis Michaels and he came over to our condo a couple of days prior to our cleaning appointment to see exactly what had to be done. Mr. Micheals is very professional and personable and made me feel that things were going to go well from the start. As mentioned above Mr. Michaels and his crew spent 5 hours detailing and scrubbing our condo and we would recommend him highly if you want a detailed and professional job.

They came in and started to wash the walls, baseboards, windows, everything that I had neglected in the past seven years! All done was amazing! Dennis oversees the crew and is there to talk if you have questions. Crew was great! If you need good cleaning, call Dennis! Two days of cleaning when I had never done it before is worth the price. The spirit of the people and Dennis is not to be challenged = They are the best! I was suffering from a spinal problem, and could not do the work myself. I put it off for a few years, and ended up with a dirty house! Dennis and staff came and cleaned the house without judgement. attitude, just wanted to help. That's valuable. They cleaned my fridge without any judgment - it was filthy~ the crew was so nice and Dennis didn't pass judgement on that either. Definitely the people to call for house cleaning service!!!

They did everything I wanted! It was a very thorough clean.

We were impressed with Dennis from the first time we met him. He is very well organized and clearly loves doing this work. After the initial inspection, we gave him a deposit against the estimate. Dennis and crew arrived exactly when he said he would every day. His crew was always cheerful, courteous and very hard working. They all take great pride in their work -- and justly so. Even though they finished a week ago, my wife and I still wander around the house amazed at how good it looks. (Their work is much, much better than a service we had used previously.) The first day Dennis arrived with one extra person. No additional charge. He is also provided a lot of little extras. For example, Dennis is very helpful at advising (and helping) you solve those nagging little problems every house has. We got heater filters changed, blinds repaired, etc. Plus, and this is a big plus, it was always fun having Dennis and his crew around. This is no small matter when you work at home as I do. On a scale of 1 to 10 we give Dennis Michaels a solid 11! Update: After the initial, very thorough cleaning nearly six years ago, we have been using Dennis' services on a monthly basis and are still very, very happy with him, his crew, and their work. Highly reccomend.

Michael comes on site and oversees the cleaning. He consults with me if there are any questions. They seem to be very detailed and thorough. Michael came out a week ahead of time to do a walk through and we mutually agreed on what would and could be done.

Dennis came out for an interview to see the house first. Second, we created a detailed outline of what I wanted so there was no dispute over what was going to be included and what was not going to be included. He asked for a deposit. Very smart of him from a business view. Dennis called the AM of the appointment to re-confirm and arrived right on time. At the end of the day, my windows were sparkling and my floor shining. I was very pleased. I recommend this service.

Overall, Dennis and his team did a fantastic job. My parents arrived 3 days after the cleaning and commented on how nice the house looked. The team did wonders for the wood floors. Dennis followed up a day later to make sure we were happy, and then again after my parents left to see if they liked it! We have a person who comes in once a week to clean, and overall she does a good job, but we've found once or twice a year the place needs a thorough detailing. Dennis is now our guy for that.

Dennis is a rare find for me. He and his 4 employees came and made my condo shine like a diamond. They started with the ceilings of the bathrooms, took out parts of my windows so they could clean both sides, moved all my heavy furniture to remove 3 years of cat hair, hand cleaned my wood floor and found dirt in places I never even thought of. Dennis is so nice and funny I didn't mind writing out the check to him. I will definitely have him back.

Our home was a complete mess and my in-laws were coming to visit. The guest bathroom had mold that regular cleaning couldn't remove, all of the windows needed to be washed, the walls needed to be washed, etc. I contacted Dennis and he came over to give me an estimate for the cleaning. He was very professional and went over the entire house with me, pointing out areas that needed to be cleaned that I hadn't noticed before. He suggested a day and a half worth of cleaning to do a proper job, but there was only enough time for one days worth to make it before my in-laws showed up. On the day of the cleaning, he brought four employees with him. They showed up ten minutes early and started cleaning immediately. They scrubbed the guest bathroom three times to get it looking like new! They stayed until 5:30pm and the house looked amazing. It was as nice as they day my husband moved in! My in-laws were very impressed.

It went beautifully. Dennis is a perfectionist, which is what you want in a house cleaner. As the oven was an add-on, he had to pop out for oven cleaner, which he did cheerfully. One of his crew dislodged a piece on our 1965 broiler-- which also had likely not been maintained since it was installed in the house-- so that the door would not open/close properly. Dennis immediately offered to hunt up someone to do the repair and reimburse us for it. That didn't seem fair, since the broiler is ancient, so we just agreed to split the cost of the service visit; we deducted $40 from the bill. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise because we discovered another great new service provider, i.e. the guy who came to fix the broiler, who made other repairs that likely prevented a fire -- he pointed out that so much heat was escaping from the oven because of a disintegrated seal that the wood alongside of it has been charred, which we hadn't even noticed! All that having been said, Dennis was very professional and accommodating about the situation. He and his crew were efficient, thorough, clearly took pride in their work and were willing to go above and beyond.

The crew cleaned all windows inside and out, all screens, mirrors, glass tables and desks, dusted all "ledges and edges" (and believe me, you have a lot more than you think), fed antique furniture with wood feeder, polished two ceramic chandeliers to a shine they haven't had since they were new, cleaned floors and baseboards (hardwood, old saltillo tile, carpet, rugs, and linoleum), degreased an absolutely horrible second oven and much more. In the course of things, a rod broke inside one of the chandeliers, from metal fatigue, not carelessness. Dennis immediately called an electrician he works with who came out that evening, took the chandelier back to his workshop, repaired and reinstalled it, all at no cost to me. This is outstanding service!
