Description of Work: I'm a little late posting, but have to say this was the best money I've spent in a long time. I had Dennis come in after having water damage work performed at my house that involved basically moving all of my belongings into a pod while the work was being done. When it was finished, and before everything was moved back in, I had Dennis do a top to bottom cleaning of my house. | |Dennis and his crew were punctual, polite, thorough and Dennis knows his stuff. Things sparkled that hadn't sparkled in years. They vacuumed, dusted (and boy it was dusty), scrubbed and worked all sorts of wonders. | |Obviously, this is not a cheap service, but you get what you pay for, that's for sure. I will probably do this about once every 12-18 months from now on, because it was worth it to feel like the house had been so thoroughly cleaned. | |And to top it off, Dennis had trouble removing two ceiling light fixtures in my kitchen, and didn't want to force them (and break them in the process). He called to let me know and asked if I knew where the fixtures had been purchased so he could call and ask how to remove them. We got the information online, and he came back the next day just to take down the fixtures, clean them, and put them back up. I was impressed by the follow-through.

Description of Work: Dennis and his team are truly superb. I consider myself a clean freak and even by my fussy standards they shone. I bought an old neglected house and they gave it a major deep clean and then came back on a separate occasion to do the windows and out houses. They removed the windows to make sure that every piece of dust and nasty dirt was removed. Dennis micromanaged his team throughout. Not only were they super efficient but a delight to have in my home. Dennis my compliments and thanks to you and your team, it's nice to know that some people still take real pride in their work, outstanding.

Description of Work: I've been having quite a bit of work done to the house in the last few months and have hired a variety of painters, electricians etc. The quality of work across the board has been substandard and I have not stopped lamenting the total lack of "pride of workmanship". To the rescue comes Dennis Michaels. We've worked with Dennis for years and he has never once disappointed. I'm taking the tiime to write this review after all these years because we have so come to expect his professionalism that it was all the more pronounced after our recent disappointing experiences with other service providers. Dennis and his crew are polite, efficient, diligent, respectful of property and thorough- all of which contribute to spectacular results. Do not hesitate to hire Dennis Michaels. You will be very happy you did.

Description of Work: Dennis' team cleaned our absolutely filty garage. There is no questions it looks 100% better. Dennis goes around with you and notes your specific needs, he asks, and asks again, but does not insist. He will do and not do whatever you want. This was a hard job and given that it was very well done.
