Mark and Larry were just fantastic- professional, - informative and got the job done! I called around 2pm and had technicians there within the hour- they completed the job within a few hours - ended up having the part needed in their vehicle- would certain recommend Mark/Larry and Zuta Appliance Repair to others.

Our Viking oven broke 10 days after our home warranty expired, exasperated, I called Zuta based on all the excellent reviews and I'm happy to report that they lived up to the hype! I called and someone picked up a immediately and had me scheduled for a two hour window within a few days.
Mark and Larry arrived on time and were very thorough. Unfortunately for us, it wasn't a cheap fix (we need to replace two parts) but they had the required parts on hand and even showed me how to care for our 10-15 year old stove so it could make it to 25 years. Appreciate the communication, quality of work and effort- also that I have my oven back up and running in one visit!

Mark is honest, hard working, reliable, punctual, and an all around great guy. I can't praise him enough for the hard work. Mark responded quickly to assess the leaking of my dishwasher, even around a holiday, started on a Friday and got it done well in a short time. Highly recommend Zuta Appliance Repair.
