They charged $415 to use a leaf blower to clear my roof and gutters, it took about 45 min. Additionally, they ran water down the downspouts and pointed out that one of them was clogged, though failed to unclog the downspout. They suggested I call a plumber, thus I would say their service is more diagnostic than actual gutter cleaning. Regardless, I didn't see value in paying $415 for 45 minutes of light work with a leaf blower, but perhaps my standards are too high. I would look elsewhere next time. Lastly, the $20 off coupon didn't really soften the blow of the bill, so don't be sucked in by that little promotion...

They called to reschedule the day before our appointment as it was to rain the Friday they were to come out, but the weather forcast showed no rain for Friday. They advised me that they would be back from 8am-12pm the following Tuesday and were to call Monday to narrow down the exact time. When I called on Tuesday morning they said that the appointment time slot was actually 2pm - 3pm. I advised her that I took a half day off of work and would not be available for that time and had already gone out of my way to reschedule when they had missed the first appointment. She advised me that she would call me back within a half hour of our conversation on Tuesday and it has been over an hour and still no call.

I made an appointment with Sunshine Gutters for an estimate to replace some downspouts. When I talk with a person at the company to arrange a time, I was very adamant that they be on time because I have a scheduled appointment that I absolutely can not be late for. On the day of the appointment, no one even showed up, I waited for as long as I could (30 min past the scheduled time and ended up being late for my appointment). They never call or email me to tell me why they failed to show up or re-schedule. Very poor form.

I enjoyed working with all of the staff. My phone calls were politely answered and messages were returned promptly. All professionals who visited my house or worked on the project were outstanding. The work was done in a timely way. A post-rain repair visit also took place promptly.

Great.... they changed the date and time a couple of times but this was not a problem. They were always in contact with us about when they would show up and they were right on time and did a great job.

There were very good and I've used them two years in a row. They were excellent and very good. They came right away and they had 2 men. They did an excellent job and they didn't dirty anything.

The estimator who I believe is also the owner showed up on time to estimate my repairs. I'd had another provider come out to perform an estimate and it felt like I needed to point out deficiencies that the Sunshine estimator was overlooking. I know that this can be either the result of different experience levels and/or a subjective judgement in many cases. However, it seemed like the items I had to point out where fairly obvious for someone that knew gutters. For example, being able to observe that one of my downspouts was installed at too shallow of an angle seems less subjective and more general knowledge. Regardless, we discussed how he intended to complete the job and he committed to sending me an estimate within 3 days. I never received the estimate, so I went with another provider.

When I first met Nir he introduced himself and shared some insight about his company and we went over what our needs were and he explained with clear and concise details about how he can service our home and give us the products that we need. Nir came across honest and knowledgeable and that was the closer on the deal. Although the other companies came across knowlegable and honorable there was something about Sunshine Gutters! We are definitely please with the install and aftercare, Nir and his company extended there services for future, if we are in need. He was so pleasant as well as his entire staff, they completed the job and made sure the entire exterior was cleaned. We will definitely refer this company to our business peers, friends and family!

They came out let me know what work needed to be done and completed the job. They did break a planter while they were here and deducted the cost of my planter from the total cost of the job.

Angie's List published an A-rating on Sunshine? Really? A second estimate for exactly the same service including gutter cleaning was $265.00, and the work came with more than an assurance of 2-week longevity. We accepted a quote for $100.00 to repair the leaking seam. The work was accomplished within 5-days. The repair was thoroughly explained and the qualities and properties of the sealant were described .

They were prompt and on time and finished the work quickly and efficiently. They also cleaned my solar pannels. They were nice guys.

The company declined the job because they did not feel comfortable working with a tile roof. We appreciated their honesty and integrity. I do think they need to improve communications.

I called this company twice to get an estimate on replacement of gutters. My calls were never returned.

The job went very well. It was a good experience. They were nice and did the job well. It looked good when they were done. We had a couple of bids and they won.

They were very prompt on providing a quote. They were good but their quote was higher than the company I went with. But I did not think it was out of line. It was reasonable. They were very fast. I think I had a quote from them within a day or 2. That was great.

It was great. The owner is very friendly and all of the workers were nice as well. They didn't have any problems with our dog in the backyard either.

A friend refered me and they called. I was interested in their gutter product but they insisted that my husband must be present when I got the estimate/sales pitch. I insisted that I could make my own decisions and if they wanted to do business with me, they needed to just send someone out. The finally did and I bought their product (expensive but quality made). They arrived when they said the would come. THey were gone in less than a day. They cleaned up. . I was very happy with the service. So far no problems with the work either.
