My aunt was extremely pleased with the work and I was very happy with the set up process.

It went very well. They were punctual and professional. The payment process was seamless. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were significantly higher than another contractor and had a 6-8 week waiting period which was 4-6 weeks too long.

Arrived on time. Were professional, personable, and efficient. The manager did the installation, as the person scheduled was I'll and rather than call and reschedule the manager came and did the installing. A big plus for that. Of course, I will need to wait until the first big rain to determine the effectiveness of the product. At this point I would give an A rating.

Sunshine was easy to work with. They gave a clear, accurate estimate. They were responsive. We're happy with the service.

They were significantly more expensive than other similarly rated gutter/roofing companies by about $700. Due to my own procrastination, this was the only company available as the rainy season approached. The installer made a couple of mistakes: 1. He installed a downspout directly on top of a hand rail 2. Installed a downspout behind wires for my internet, thereby making the wires hang loose in front of the house. It both looked unsightly and was nearly a hazard for snagging. 3. Installed gutters on part of the house I expressly asked not to have gutter installed on. The staff was responsive when I called to have the work fixed. 1. I received a refund for the gutters installed but expressly not asked to have installed. 2. The installer moved the downspout off of the handrail. Later, when the installer --or technician, as they refer to him -- was given instructions to move the cable behind the downspout, he instead cut the wire. In broken English, he was later able to read the instructions he had "to move the cable behind the downspout (photos included)" back to me, though I cannot be sure he understood what they meant. Basically, the contact people are responsive. The installers are not communicated with well enough by those in the office, or the "technicians" are not able to follow instructions or exercise common sense for whatever reason.

Nobody ever contacted us. We have hired someone else.

It didn't get done we had to many scheduling conflicts but they will be who I call in the future.

Sunshine Gutters did an outstanding job from beginning to end. Nir, one of the owners, provided the estimate within minutes of doing a thorough examination of our gutters and downspouts. Their bid was extremely reasonable, beating Home Depot and nearly all other gutter companies. We replaced about 170 feet of gutters and 6 downspouts. From that point on, Erin managed everything for us, including scheduling, deposit and payment. The job they performed was done within a week of the bid and we couldn't be happier. Great quality, fast, friendly, affordable, professional

After several calls where they didn't call me back, I tried a different number and got a recording saying that they were only doing new installations until summer. I had another general contractor make the repairs in 10 minutes. So, they did not honor their "lifetime" warranty.

Scheduled appointment, but was delayed 3 times, which was okay. Once they came four days later, they took their measurements and never got to me with a quote.

I was VERY pleased with Sunshine Gutters. They were responsive, flexible, and professional. When they came on site they were easy to work with and accommodated last minute changes easily - no attitude or rolling of eyes. Their pricing seemed reasonable and the quality of work seemed good. My impression is that if it turns out something wasn't done right they will come out and fix it - which was part of what I was looking for. I recommend them and would work with them again.

I hired them at an expensive price, naively thinking a licensed, expensive company would do a better job. The work consisted of 2 people climbing on the roof scooping debris with a plastic scoop and rinsing the gutters. The workers said that when they flooded the downspout, water came back up, meaning the sewer line below was clogged. They said they didn't do this work. They also recommended replacing the downspout. I hired a plumber to do the work, only to find the line was clear. Both the plumber and a separate licensed contractor told me they didn't think the downspout needed replacing. My call to a supervisor was left unanswered. I had hoped to give them an opportunity to express my concerns about their recommendations. The receptionist gave me a ready answer about the sewer line being "beyond their purview" and I thought that suggested this has come up before. I realize management cannot control everything an off-site worker says or does but their lack of response just added to my bad feelings. Anyone thinking of using this company should proceed with caution.

An amazing company that gives 100% from coming out to your home and explaining the different options to insulation and clean up. One of the owners whose name is Nir came to my house three years ago and looked at my home and told me I needed to replace my gutters but felt the downspouts were in great shape and didn't need to be replaced. Move ahead three years when I finally got around to getting a brand-new roof and was going to replace the rain gutters. Nir returned to my home and repeated the exact same recommendation as he did three years ago not aware that he had been to my home before. This is a company that doesn't try to oversell you they want to make sure that you get the quality and the correct gutters and downspouts for your home. Do your homework there are a lot of people that want to take advantage of you but make sure you call the Sunshine Gutters.

Don't go anywhere else! I had gutters done on my 1950's ranch in 2014. All of the boxes were checked: Great Customer Service; Friendly & Knowledgeable Advice, and most important, Excellent Product and Installation. As an aside, another contractor damaged a downspout last fall. I called Nir who said if I could wait until summer, he could give me a better price for the repair. Well, his crew just left my house and replaced the damaged downspout in about 5 minutes. Nir was true to his word and gave me an excellent price for the service call. Not all contractors are going to go the extra mile to make a customer happy, as they are only concerned with $$$$$. I would highly recommend Nir, Erin, and the crew, and will definitely pass on their number to friends and family.

Sunshine Gutters is the PLACE to fix or replace your gutters! Starting with talking over the phone to Erin who scheduled Nir to come over and give us an estimate...Erin was excellent listening to our description of the job and scheduling Nir asap to give us the estimate. Nir showed up promptly and on time ...very pleasant conversation and again listening to our requests and giving great advice and description of the product and the process Price was excellent and the crew led by Johnny showed up on time and very detail oriented did a fantastic job also must mention they were very clean! No doubt I'll be using this company again and also I'll be definitely recommend them to anyone that needs gutters!

Got a call from Sunshine Gutters that reminded me that it might be time to get my gutters cleaned out again. I sent a Yelp message to them, got a response back and made arrangements for an appointment. Came home to find my green recycling bin had a bunch of wet leaves inside from my gutters!
