SUNSHINE GUTTERS

I initially called to have a few downspouts replaced and one leaky gutter repaired. My house is really old so it wasn't a big surprise to hear that it was in need of all new gutters & downspouts. Johnny and crew showed up on time, were really friendly (even with my monster dog), and got the job done quickly. They even went out of their way to patch up a few things along the way (did I mention my house is really old?). I couldn't be happier, they did a great job!

I had them come out about six weeks ago. Unfortunately, I later noticed that one of the two gutter was still leaking. After I contacted them, they came back out and identified that one of the downspouts was installed wrong 10-15 years ago. Due to this, it was clogged. This was not noticed on the first inspection/repair job but they did fix the problem for me on the second visit. They were always very pleasant to deal with, but I did take them a little while come back out. Overall, I would work with them again.

All I can say is WOW! Our gutters were in desperate need of cleaning and new covers. Sunshine Gutter came out and took care of 3+ years of gutter debris and expertly replaced our aging gutter guards with new ones! They also did a great job of cleaning up all the debris from my property before they left. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking help for clogged/problem gutters! I have been using them now for a couple of years and never have any problem with scheduling or with their service. They have always done a thorough job cleaning my gutters and also leave my decks and driveway clean of leaves. I was glad they were able to come out today due to the rain coming tomorrow. Their crew was fast and efficient.

When you run into a company that is honest, fair and does a good job, you want to tell all your friends. But I don't have any friends looking for new gutters right now, so I am writing a Review here :) I got an estimate so fair, I didn't bother to get another one. I dealt with removing old gutters and chose to do my own eave repairs. Three guys showed up on time and efficiently installed the gutters. Great job! This was a smooth easy transaction. Only have done it once in my life, but was completely painless.

Sunshine Gutters is a great company to work with. From my initial contact, they have been responsive and professional. We needed our downspout repaired and reattached to our house after a WM truck lifted it's bucket and hit wires that ripped off our downspout. They came out and provided a quote. They had to order the same type of downspout that was damaged. When that came in, they got us on their schedule and arrived early for the appointment. Their price did not break the bank either. Great company. I would definitely use them again.

I had Sunshine Gutters come out and provide us a quote for screens over our gutters. We were tired of cleaning our gutters year after year. We contacted them and Nir came out and recommended a product called gutter glove. He had a sample with him to show to us so we knew exactly what the product would look like. He took down our measurements and by the end of the day we had the quote in our email address. Erin from the office called the next day to make sure we had received the proposal. Because of the great customer service this company had we decided to move forward with the job. We absolutely love the product and it's great since we never have to clean our gutters. The product even comes with a 15 year warranty.

A moving truck clipped the end of the rain gutter over our garage. I called around for bids; Sunshine's was competitive, and they were able to schedule the replacement of that section of gutter promptly. They showed up as scheduled, and when I got home that evening the new gutter was in place, and everything was cleaned up and the old gutter hauled away. It doesn't get any better than that.

I called Sunshine Gutters to get a quote to replace my old rusted gutters. They were able to send an estimator out there the very next day. The estimator was very nice and the quote was very reasonable. I signed the contract and they had me on the schedule within 1 week.

I called Sunshine Gutters to get a quote for gutter cleaning. Erin at the office asked for my address so they could pull it up on a satellite map. She asked me a couple of questions and was then able to provide me a quote for cleaning. I agreed to the service and they got the job done within a week. They were so great to work with, the team showed up on-time and were very professional. I would definitely use them again.

Sunshine Gutters was the only quote that we received to have our downspouts replaced. Our existing downspouts were completely rusted through. The owner of the company Nir came out and was great and explained to me exactly what needed to be done. Erin from the office called me the very next day to make sure that I had received the proposal. She even waited on the phone with me to make sure I had received it. They were able to fit me into their schedule. I would highly received this company.

I had Sunshine Gutters replace the gutters on our house. We had received many quotes but we chose to go with Sunshine Gutters because the estimator was really honest with us, and the office provided us great customer service. I highly recommend them.

Sunshine Gutters repaired our copper gutters. During all the rain that we had this past winter I noticed that our copper gutters were leaking at the joints. We had Sunshine Gutters come out and provide us a quote to solder the joints so I wouldn't have this problem again. All the other companies I had called were not able to solder they wanted to seal them. I would highly recommend Sunshine Gutters for any of your gutter needs.

They finished the job in 1 day and within a week from signing the contract. Great job and the gutters are looking sunny!

I work in the solar industry and due to the nature of our work, sometime collateral damage is done and the Rain gutters systems of my clients. Here are some reasons I like using Nirko (owner)/Sunshine Gutters. 1. Always within my allowance: Nirko understands I have more budget on some projects than others and is wiling to work with me to match my repair budgets and make it really reasonable.2. Great communication:Nirko is often onsite. Being onsite and talking with me and the clients every morning before work begins. I have his cell phone number and can call or text anytime. The office answers the phone 95% of the time. If they don't answer they usually call back within 10 minutes. I am meeting and talking with the job foreman every day before the job starts.3. Changes are always recorded in writing.Whenever they encounter unforeseen structural issues, or if they think additional work is needed either Erin or Vida in the office always calls me for verbal approval and email me a detailed change of order to approve in writing. 4. A walk through:The foreman after the job is completed performs a walk through with me or the client - making sure all is done to our satisfaction.5. Easy payment:Sunshine accepts all payment method. I can choose to pay with a company check or credit card. The always email the invoice as the job is completed.6. Quality work:I referred over util now around 7 different customers. All of them are very happy with the work Nirko has done for them.I definitely will continue to work with this company and recommend them to anyone that need any gutter work.

We called Sunshine Gutter's to have our gutters cleaned after many years of avoiding it. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. When I called in to the office I was given a free quote for the cleaning by Erin- who was extremely professional, kind and efficient. I also liked that included in the cleaning was a free inspection of the gutter system. This is something that the other company's we considered did not offer. The team that arrived to do the work was courteous, quick and did a super job. There was no debris left behind which both me and my husband were happy about. There have been several rains since the gutters were cleaned and we no longer have sheets of water shooting off of our home! We couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish. We will definetely be calling their company for any future gutter work.

I called them up in January this year, at the peak of el nino season.No other company answered the phone or returned my messages but Sunshine Gutters and an additional local company ( I called 7 different companies).I talked to Vida at the office who immediately set me up with an estimate two days after my call. I met with Nirko, who was very knowledgeable and professional. Originally I wanted Sunshine Gutters to help me fix my wood rain gutters but he explained that these days, he preffers to replace those with a seamless aluminum gutter system that will not rust or leak. My rain gutter system looks amazing and with all the rains we had this year , I cannot complain- it all drains properly.The price was fair, the install technicians team were very polite and respectful. This company is definitely worth an A rating here Definitely recommend this guys.

We had a very good experience with Sunshine Gutters. Right from the start we could tell that this was a professional operation - it was nice to be able to have our calls answered by a person rather than the home office machines of some of the other companies. And even though our job was relatively small they were happy to work with us, and set up a prompt appointment rather than putting us off many weeks. The workers came on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up well. The owner of the company came at the end of the day to oversee the job, and he was personable and interested in the job having been done right. It was also nice that there was no pressure to pay up on the spot - instead he told us he would email us the invoice. It seems that the work was done well, and we have not had any problems with the gutters or the downspouts. All in all, one of the better experiences we have had with home improvement contractors!

They turned up ion time finished the work in 3 hrs or so and travelled to my home which was lily 40 minutes plus each way. They were the only people that would come out as everyone else was too busy. This was in December before the rains really started. I should have had them come earlier but the was my error and probably cost me some money

One inspector came at first to inspect the house gutters and estimate the job to be done. We agreed on the price and he scheduled my appointment for the cleaning and repairs. Two technicians came then to complete the job. They did a great job and I'm grateful to them for their wonderful job. They made sure that I was satisfied with their work and were great in their executions. I will certainly rehire them in the future in case I will need their services.

I had no contact from Sunshine Gutters with in the first two days after I purchased this deal. After receiving a message from Angie's List prompting me to call Sunshine Gutters to schedule my service. I called Sunshine Gutters on or around 12/16/15. I talked to Erin, she said she found my original estimate and info on my Big Deal purchase and she would respond back to me with an estimate on the extra linear footage. Erin nor any one from Sunshine Gutters has responded back to me. I am very dissatisfied and have asked that Angie's List refund and cancel my order. This is no way for a company to communicate and do business.

Incompetent. The facts: HERE IS WHAT I WROTE TO THEM - "I am very dissatisfied with the service. You will recall that Sunshine Gutters cleaned and inspected my gutters and "made sure all downspouts were flowing properly" on 12/22/14. During the next rainstorm on 2/8/14 (just over a month later), the same gutter overflowed again. Now I am being billed for the same work again and told that two downspouts were clogged? Understand that this is the first issue I've had with the gutters in the 2 years I've lived here. Something doesn't square. Beyond the double work, I'm also dissatisfied with the quality of the work. Apparently, the technician must have swept off the roof itself. I came home to a bathroom filled with dirt and roofing debris that came in through an open skylight. There is also dirt and roofing debris on our deck and the perimeter of the house. I'm into the cleanup for an hour this morning and that was just the bathroom. Finally, the technician suggested that two other downspouts are leaking and need to be replaced. Not sure how this was missed in December. Am I missing something?" HERE IS THEIR REPLY - "I have spoken to the lead technician who was at your house yesterday. The 2 downspouts that we unclogged are the same 2 downspouts that are cracked. They are located front left of house. Your current downspouts are 2" round and because of the size of the downspouts it is very easy for them to get clogged in a short period of time. For installation of 2(50 feet) pre-painted 30 white 2x3 aluminum downspouts the price will be $700. Normally the price would be $820, but we took off $120 since debris went into your bathroom through the open skylight. When we were there on 12/22/14 cleaning the gutters we had mentioned in the invoice that 1(20 foot) downspout needed to be replaced. We replaced that downspout for you on 1/23/15. And when we cleaned the gutters yesterday 2/23/15 we recommend to replace another 2 more downspouts.

It well. They were on time, they were neat and clean. I ended up putting duct tape on one area they missed. They matched the color well. It was good
