1. Always within my allowance: Nirko understands I have more budget on some projects than others and is wiling to work with me to match my repair budgets and make it really reasonable.2. Great communication:Nirko is often onsite. Being onsite and talking with me and the clients every morning before work begins. I have his cell phone number and can call or text anytime. The office answers the phone 95% of the time. If they don't answer they usually call back within 10 minutes. I am meeting and talking with the job foreman every day before the job starts.3. Changes are always recorded in writing.Whenever they encounter unforeseen structural issues, or if they think additional work is needed either Erin or Vida in the office always calls me for verbal approval and email me a detailed change of order to approve in writing. 4. A walk through:The foreman after the job is completed performs a walk through with me or the client - making sure all is done to our satisfaction.5. Easy payment:Sunshine accepts all payment method. I can choose to pay with a company check or credit card. The always email the invoice as the job is completed.6. Quality work:I referred over util now around 7 different customers. All of them are very happy with the work Nirko has done for them.I definitely will continue to work with this company and recommend them to anyone that need any gutter work.
I called them up in January this year, at the peak of el nino season.No other company answered the phone or returned my messages but Sunshine Gutters and an additional local company ( I called 7 different companies).I talked to Vida at the office who immediately set me up with an estimate two days after my call.
I met with Nirko, who was very knowledgeable and professional.
Originally I wanted Sunshine Gutters to help me fix my wood rain gutters but he explained that these days, he preffers to replace those with a seamless aluminum gutter system that will not rust or leak.
My rain gutter system looks amazing and with all the rains we had this year , I cannot complain- it all drains properly.The price was fair, the install technicians team were very polite and respectful.

We had a very good experience with Sunshine Gutters. Right from the start we could tell that this was a professional operation - it was nice to be able to have our calls answered by a person rather than the home office machines of some of the other companies. And even though our job was relatively small they were happy to work with us, and set up a prompt appointment rather than putting us off many weeks. The workers came on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up well. The owner of the company came at the end of the day to oversee the job, and he was personable and interested in the job having been done right. It was also nice that there was no pressure to pay up on the spot - instead he told us he would email us the invoice.
It seems that the work was done well, and we have not had any problems with the gutters or the downspouts. All in all, one of the better experiences we have had with home improvement contractors!
We agreed on the price and he scheduled my appointment for the cleaning and repairs.
Two technicians came then to complete the job.
They did a great job and I'm grateful to them for their wonderful job.
They made sure that I was satisfied with their work and were great in their executions.
I will certainly rehire them in the future in case I will need their services.
