Description of Work: They cleaned all the gutters on our two story house. I don't think the gutters had been cleaned since the previous owners had moved in, 8 years earlier. They were so full of gunk, but the fellows cleaned it all out quickly.

Description of Work: Crew didn't show up on time. After they sent me an estimate to fix three joints and three corners, I called several times to get the work done and I never received a call back. Based on their non-responsiveness after receiving payment for their inspection, I have to give them an overall rating of "F".

Description of Work: They were great about cleaning the gutters, they showed up on time and got right to it. Where I had a problem was dealing with the front office. I had a problem with one of the gutters pouring water into a covered porch and needed a quote to fix it. Well, that was not communicated to the workers who came out to clean the gutters. I repeatedly contacted the front office and finally after I became rather frustrated and threatened them with a bad review here the owner himself came out and gave me a quote. He was very nice and professional. It turned out it was a roof flashing problem in the end, but I was grateful for the owner's responsiveness.
