Description of Work: They did an inspection walk-through. They checked everything. They fixed a leaky toilet. They did a few small things while inspecting.

Description of Work: We had a kitchen faucet that was leaking from the faucet head and base when turned off. After contacting Albert Nahman Plumbing I was asked to provide my contact information and shortly thereafter a return call was made to inquire about the nature of my problem and to schedule an appointment. I called on a Monday afternoon and was offered a late morning slot for the next day. I received a call the next morning and was informed by the service technician that he was ahead of schedule and could stop by 30 minutes early if I didn't mind. Otis showed up right on time and was extremely professional and friendly. It was raining that day and Otis had shoe covers to wear into the house so that he wouldn't track dirt and water into the house; "company policy for all visits" is how he explained it to me when I thanked him for putting them on and off every time he came into the house and went out to the truck to fetch parts/tools. He inspected the sink and provided me with two options for the repair work - he could replace the broken parts (cartridge) and shut-off connectors which he would check his inventory for since we had an older American Standard faucet which would cost around $300 based on a clearly spelled out pricing sheet or he could install a brand new upgraded faucet with retractable head for only about $150 more. After consulting my wife we decided it made more sense to upgrade especially since we preferred the extendable nozzle feature. Otis got to work, informed me along the way whenever he shut off the water for the house, and was completely done in about an hour (faster than his estimated time frame). When all was said and done he had upgraded all our connectors to metal braided from plastic and the faucet was working perfectly with no leaks or drips. The faucet is covered for 5 years parts and service, and the manufacturer covers the parts for another 100 years. I had an excellent experience with Otis and highly recommend anyone else who is looking for plumbing service to utilize Albert Nahman.

Description of Work: i needed a new garbage disposal as mine was leaking. tony installed one, as well as fix my faucet which had been installed incorrectly several years ago. he was clean, professional, and i would absolutely call them out again if needed!

Description of Work: They did what they described on Angie's list. They did flush, tune up and safety evaluation of our quite old water heater. They also did changed valve & connection. I liked their clear explanation for their service & recommendations. We thought because of our water heater was old, so they will make us purchase new water heater, but they didn't. They just gave us recommendations. Their customer service was excellent. They are knowledgeable that they answer my questions for new water heater products.
