Description of Work: Cleared bathtub stoppage by replacing old iron pipe and installing cleanout. |I was pleased with the professionalism and thoroughness of plumber's approach in detecting the cause of the stoppage and repairing the plumbing connection.

Description of Work: Repaired a sump pump and discharge line for our french drain system. They do great work but their prices are unbelievably high. They are well enough staffed that they can respond to emergency calls, which is how we ended up using them. This is the second time we've used them for an emergency and both times they responded promptly and did a superb job, but, given their prices, I don't think I would ever use them for routine work. They're just too expensive by a factor of at least 50%.

Description of Work: Major plumbing due to water leaks in upstairs unit into crawl space of two story building. Excellent work performed over 2.5 days of job.

Description of Work: Cleared sewer line. Unable to clear line out to the street and could not use camera to fully see the problem. Determined line clogged by roots using their tool to cut through roots. Camera capacity/equipment needs improvement. Camera too large to fit into the line

Description of Work: Needed to replace my disposal. Alfred Nahman purchased the new disposal, got out to our house quickly, and installed the disposal. Everything went as planned and no problems with the new disposal so far.

Description of Work: The provide was on time. However, I wasn't satisfied with the service. I was trying my best to inform him I paid Angie's list to have a plumber come out and check my slow pressure water coming from the kitchen sink and bathroom vanity. He didn't bother looking at the receipt from Angie's list and went directly into selling mode. Telling me I needed to purchase brand new piper, for the vanity, new faucets at $200.00 for the kitchen and new pipes under the kitchen etc.for a grand total of approximately $900.00 not including the price I paid to angie's list.When I decided to call his office to speak to the owner or manager in charge and request someone else to come out because apparently something is wrong with this guy. I believe he though because I'm a senior citizen he could com me into spending more money and he could profit. Well this lady didn't fall for his tricky and called the office and believe me he was finished within 30 minutes and all needed was to have the water bleed.

Description of Work: The problem was a shower which had a drop in cold water pressure when the toilet was flushed. He looked under the house and did not come up with a solution. So as to not waste a visit, I had him change a leaky hose bib on the outside wall of the house which cost $177 beyond my original $139.
