Description of Work: I wished to receive a estimate to update my heater from a gas pilot light to an electric starter. I spoke with a very kind employee by the name of Pay who took my details and said she would have a technician call me right back to discuss my needs. I received a call from a pleasant employee Jonathan within 20 minutes. However, his goal seemed to be simply to book an appointment for me sometime in the future. My impression was that he was not a technician. He didn't seem interested in listening to what I needed. And, I was informed that it would cost $154.00 to meet with a technician in person to simply talk about what I needed. Why would I schedule and pay for a service before I even speak with a knowledgeable technician? What if the technician shows up, I pay $154.00 and the tech says "Sorry, we cant do that." I am not going to pay $154.00 for a "No."

Description of Work: I recently used their services to repair plumbing problems. All of their workers were excellent. They did a very good job in solving the drain system for the washing machine, downstairs sink, shower and toilet. I highly recommend this Company.

Description of Work: Tankless water heater wasn't lighting when water turned on. Tech came four times, didn't have an idea of what was wrong. Ended up spending hours on the phone with the manufacturer, kept throwing parts at it, and it finally worked.

Description of Work: (submitted a review earlier) Excellent service. Diagnosed problem and expedited repair. A follow-up service (removing a "hot water" device from sink) went well also.

Description of Work: I do not like to use this firm. They charge by th item. This is OK IF YOU Hve only one specific job,b ut if you havf several small jobs, the cost goes way over what you would pay by someone working on an hourly basis.

Description of Work: These guys are simply the best. They are prompt, knowledgeable, polite and efficient. I would recommend them for any job, large or small.

Description of Work: They cleaned out my sewer line, which had gotten choked with roots, and recommended removal of the two small trees which were causing it. Expensive, but super-high-tech with video and very much worth it to get my toilets flushing again.

Description of Work: Excellent communication between the technician, scheduler, and myself. I have used them to install a wall heater, fix a leak in a water line and install a new water heater. Each time I have had an excellent experience and I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Replaced and upgraded leaky water supply faucet (into the house) with a new lever lever/ball faucet. They also installed a pressure regulator (from the street into the house) to help keep high street pressure from creating leaks in our old house pipes.
